Tamar Sagiv is an Israeli-born cellist and composer. Her work explores themes of memory, identity, and emotional resonance. She is the recipient of the Zubin Mehta Certificate of Honour, in addition to an award from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation. She's performed as a soloist with orchestras in Israel and Germany, and at venues including Lincoln Center and Alice Tully Hall. VOV1 - Việc ứng dụng khoa học - công nghệ, đổi mới phương thức sản xuất và quản lý, từ bảo tồn nguồn gen đến tổ chức vùng trồng, chế biến và truy xuất nguồn gốc, không còn là lựa chọn, mà đã trở thành yêu cầu tất yếu để giữ gìn và phát huy giá trị nguồn dược liệu Việt Nam trong dài hạn.Với hơn 20 viện, trường, trung tâm nghiên cứu cùng hệ sinh thái khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo, Đà Nẵng được đánh giá có lợi thế quan trọng để tham gia sâu hơn vào chuỗi giá trị dược liệu. Phó Giáo sư, Tiến sĩ Võ Văn Minh, Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Sư phạm – Đại học Đà Nẵng cho rằng: “Trường Đại học Sư Phạm, Đại học Đà Nẵng có hệ thống phòng thí nghiệm hiện đại, đội ngũ nhà khoa học trẻ đa ngành tâm huyết… Đây là những nguồn lực quý báu để kết nối cùng doanh nghiệp, chính quyền và cộng đồng, hiện thực hóa mô hình ‘bốn nhà'. PGS.TS Trần Thị Thu Hà, Viện trưởng Viện Nghiên cứu và Phát triển Lâm nghiệp, Trường Đại học Nông Lâm - Đại học Thái Nguyên cho biết: "Chúng tôi đã lưu trữ, bảo trợ tồn của 26 loài cây dược liệu quý trong chương trình điểm của quốc gia. Trong đó nhìn chung những mô hình này đều có những tính chất thành công và đang lan tỏa giống và sắp tới những quy trình công nghệ này sẽ được đưa vào cho phục vụ cho chính chương trình phát triển dược liệu quý cho đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số".Triển vọng phát triển dược liệu bền vững cũng đồng nghĩa với yêu cầu bảo tồn đa dạng sinh học và gìn giữ nguồn gen quý hiếm. Khi khoa học - công nghệ, đổi mới sáng tạo và chuyển đổi số được triển khai đồng bộ, dược liệu không chỉ được bảo tồn hiệu quả hơn, mà còn từng bước trở thành nguồn lực cho phát triển kinh tế xanh, gắn với sinh kế bền vững và chăm sóc sức khỏe cộng đồng. Đây chính là hướng đi dài hạn để ngành dược liệu Việt Nam vươn lên mạnh mẽ trong thời gian tới.

VOV1 - Việc đẩy mạnh phân cấp, phân quyền trong lĩnh vực y tế gắn với mô hình chính quyền địa phương hai cấp từ ngày 1/7/2025 là một quyết sách lớn nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý, chất lượng dịch vụ y tế và đáp ứng tốt hơn nhu cầu chăm sóc sức khỏe của người dân.Thời gian gần đây Bộ Y tế đã tập trung, quyết liệt trong phân cấp, phân quyền, nhằm thể chế hoá kịp thời các kết luận, chủ trương của Đảng về tiếp tục đổi mới, sắp xếp tổ chức bộ máy của hệ thống chính trị tinh gọn, hoạt động hiệu lực hiệu quả; tuân thủ quy định về nguyên tắc phân định thẩm quyền, phân cấp, uỷ quyền của Luật Tổ chức Chính phủ năm 2025, Luật Tổ chức chính quyền địa phương năm 2025. Bản đồ quan trắc không khí nhiều khu vực ở nội thành Hà Nội như Thanh Xuân, Tây Hồ, Vĩnh Tuy, đường Lê Duẩn xuất hiện màu đỏ sẫm, có hại cho sức khỏe người dân.UBND thành phố vừa có công văn tăng cường các biện pháp cấp bách về kiểm soát ô nhiễm môi trường không khí trên địa bàn thành phố, trong đó yêu cầu Sở Giáo dục và Đào tạo thông báo, hướng dẫn các trường học hạn chế các hoạt động ngoài trời cho học sinh trong các khung giờ và ngày có chất lượng không khí ở mức "Xấu" trở lên. Trường hợp chất lượng môi trường không khí bị ô nhiễm nghiêm trọng, chỉ đạo các trường học tạm dừng hoặc điều chỉnh thời gian làm việc, học tập.Diễn biến ô nhiễm không khí những ngày đầu tháng 12 này trùng khớp với cảnh báo được Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường đưa ra cách đây một tuần, yêu cầu UBND TP Hà Nội và 6 địa phương khu vực đồng bằng Bắc Bộ triển khai biện pháp khẩn cấp ứng phó với đợt ô nhiễm dự báo kéo dài từ cuối tháng 11 đến đầu tháng 12. VOV1 - Từ đầu năm đến nay, nền kinh tế Việt Nam có nhiều dấu ấn nổi bật. Tăng trưởng GDP duy trì ở mức cao, lạm phát được kiểm soát, cán cân thương mại tiếp tục xuất siêu, trong khi môi trường đầu tư - kinh doanh được cải thiện rõ rệt.Mới đây, nhiều tổ chức quốc tế tiếp tục nâng dự báo tăng trưởng kinh tế năm nay của Việt Nam thêm 1-1,5%. Cụ thể, Standard Chartered đã nâng dự báo tăng trưởng của Việt Nam năm nay lên 7,5%, cao hơn mức 6,1% đưa ra cuối tháng 7. Ngân hàng Hồng kong và Thượng hải(HSBC) nâng từ 6,6% lên 7,9%; Ngân hàng United overseas(UOB) đưa lên 7,5% (trước là 6,9%); Ngân hàng phát triển Châu Á(ADB) lên 6,7%.Tuy nhiên, theo UOB, quý cuối năm nay được dự báo sẽ gặp nhiều thách thức trong bối cảnh căng thẳng thương mại và thuế quan. Do đó, để đạt được mục tiêu tăng trưởng cả năm 2025 từ 8,3–8,5%, quý IV sẽ cần đạt mức tăng trưởng rất cao từ 9,7 - 10,5%.Khách mời: PGS.TS Phạm Thế Anh-Trưởng Khoa Kinh tế học, ĐH Kinh tế quốc dân.

Martin Porter and David Goggin are the authors of “Buzz Me In: Inside The Record Plant Studios”, which chronicles the history of the famous Record Plant recording studios. This studio was the hit factory of the 1970s, where Jimi Hendrix, John Lennon, Bruce Springsteen, the Eagles, Prince and many others recorded. This is an Encore Presentation of my October 2021 interview with Joey Dee, star of Joey Dee and the Starlighters. Joey wrote and sang “The Peppermint Twist”, a #1 song in 1962 that became part of the worldwide “twist” dance craze phenomenon. He and the band were the house band at The Peppermint Lounge in NYC, where people lined up each night to get in to rub elbows with the stars of that era including Jackie Kennedy, Judy Garland and John Wayne. The list of famous musicians who played with Joey includes Jimi Hendrix, Ronnie Spector of the Ronettes and Felix Cavaliere of The Rascals.My featured song is my reimagined version of Dobie Gray's hit, “The ‘In' Crowd” from the album PGS 7 by my band, Project Grand Slam. Inbal Segev is a virtuoso Israeli-American cellist. She has been characterized as “a cellist with something to say”. She's performed with the Helsinki, Dallas and London orchestras among many others. She frequently commissions and champions new works. Her playing can be heard in the 2005 movie “Bee Season” starring Richard Gere and Juliette Binoche. One of her newest projects in “I'm Nobody! Who Are You?”, an Emily Dickinson setting for unaccompanied women's choir.
