A brave 11 year old boy who sadly passed away last year from a highly aggressive malignant tumour is being remembered and honoured by family and friends in his community this Christmas. The Zak Moran rocks on group are continuing their fundraising efforts to donate to various childhood cancer charities and are organising a toy run on December 2nd to bring joy to children sick in hospital at this time of year and organisers are looking for your support. Newcastle NSW, Australia - Sunday 4th December 2011. Many families find it financially embarrassing around this time of the year. There are many who struggle to live day-to-day, providing for their families in the best way they know how. Community organizations have prepared and organized many events throughout the year, which helps many people: single, unemployed, disabled and so on. The annual 'Toy Run' is to help with children who 's family cannot afford to buy them presents, with side donations of food goods and vouchers. Every year, market stalls are set up, selling: motorcycle apparel, clothing, jewellery, food & beverage stands and much more. Motorcyclists from around Australia, New South Wales and the Hunter Region, each purchase toys for the event and do the ride to deliver the toys. And each time, Santa has arrived on his Harley, pulling a small trailer load or carrying his large bag of toys. Anyone and everyone attends this event, it puts a smile on someone's face when they see the joy that this event produces in the eyes of the less-fortunate children and their families.

PORTLAND, Ore. - This site usually concerns itself with chains cranked by humans not engines. But when I heard the clatter of motorbikes roar though the land I sprang from the house with my camera in hand. I saw outlaws and lawyers on choppers and trikes and watched as they filled two city buses with toys for the tykes. Then, what to my wondering eyes should appear, But a chopped up hog, with Mrs. Claus on the rear. With a white bearded driver, so lively and quick, I knew in a moment it must be St. Nick. And to know that it was done to help the children at Shriners Made the noisy spectacle all the more finer. Yes, thousands of Harleys was a sight that was great And we can all tip our hat to the folks from A.B.A.T.E.
