Anesh Daya Bio: Anesh Daya, Founder & CEO of On the Spot Language (OSL), is a language disrupter whose unique “Outside In” program equips English language learners with the communication and life tools needed to break down traditional learning barriers. This innovative and award-winning program teaches English language immersion by literally bringing the classroom outside! The idea of being a Language Disruptor came to Anesh after his own cultural immersion - living and teaching English in Taiwan. Although Anesh never set out to learn Mandarin, he did so indirectly by talking to strangers on the street and learning the Mandarin he needed to successfully use everyday language like ordering noodles from a street market vendor. Without realizing it, Anesh was laying the groundwork for what was to become his award-winning program - teaching from a place of cultural curiosity and functional learning. Voted best ESL program in Toronto, Anesh's passion for teaching and managing ESL programs over the past 20 years is undeniable. Anesh is loved and revered by students and colleagues from Taiwan to Japan and Canada who appreciate the way he adapts his methodology to meet the ever-changing needs of his students. In response to the recent Pandemic, On the Spot Language now offers interactive, online programs that also teach mindfulness and mental health coping skills to build resiliency and encourage life success. About Ethical Seduction Podcast Ethical Seduction is a podcast that helps listeners improve their knowledge and skills related to sex and relationships. The show is hosted by four passionate humans, Steven, Kimberly, Eva, and Brandie, whose paths crossed in the local Nashville kinky community center called The Mark. The Mark is a non-profit, kink-friendly BDSM community center located in Nashville, TN, with a focus on education, inclusivity, sex positivity, and consensuality. Steven and Kimberly met there in 2015 with Eva and Brandie attending soon after. All four have been volunteering on a regular basis and serve as members of The Mark’s Management Team. Steven has developed several classes, including Ethical Seduction, and leads The Mark’s Welcome Team which greets new people entering their community. Kimberly also teaches, hosts community “play parties”, and is the acting benevolence coordinator for The Mark. Brandy is a registered nurse, serving on both The Mark’s Medical Advocacy team and Education Committee. And Eva is a Jill-of-all-trades helping check people in, teaching, assisting with various management duties, and she helps hosts Many Loves events for the local polyamorous community. The concept for Steven’s first Ethical Seduction class came about when he noticed how some people who came to The Mark struggled with certain social situations or with meeting new friends or partners. Sometimes people held themselves back because they were nervous, while other times they would accidentally make someone feel uncomfortable. And so Ethical Seduction was started as a way to better understand each other, to help people develop better social skills, and really empower them to be able to create the quality interactions they wanted. The Ethical Seduction Podcast was started last December as a way to further these discussions, to give people better sex and relationship education, and to help them get what they want both in and out of the bedroom!
