Jeremy Tuttle is the Director of Learning Design for Niche Academy where he leads a fantastic team of creative people. He has designed instruction for asynchronous online delivery since 2016 and has been in the education space since 2009. While At Niche Academy he has overseen the creation of over 400 tutorials, and for his previous employer he wrote microcredentials on topics like Criteria and Rubrics and Formative/Summative Assessments. Stan Skrabut is a card carrying lifelong learner who has spent his career helping people and organizations achieve improved performance. He is a scholar, teacher, author, veteran, martial artist, and avid reader. Throughout his working life, he has changed roles and responsibilities countless times. He worked as a guard, organizational trainer, instructional technologist, webmaster, systems programmer, lecturer, and director. He uses informal learning, especially reading, as a way to improve himself and subsequently his teams. She has earned an M.A. in Educational Technology from The Ohio State University and B.S. in Communication Technology from Eastern Michigan University and about 15 years of experience working in educational technology and instructional design. Rob is an educator, learning experience designer, and documentary filmmaker.  He has a rich and varied work history with experiences in health care, higher education, not-for-profit, and small and large private sector organizations. Sparked during his film production studies at York University, a linking theme throughout Rob's career has been the role of media and technology as an enabler of learning. During the tech boom of the early 2000s, Rob held senior roles in several Ed-Tech start-ups and then took on the lead of the Learning and Customer Experience practice at Maritz Canada, a US-based marketing services company. Rob has been active as a community builder, spending 10 years as a board member, board chairperson, and ED at the Canadian Society for Training and Development – now the Institute for Performance and Learning.  More recently, Rob completed contract roles leading Executive and Corporate Education at the Ted Rogers School of Management and as AVP Professional Development at Sun Life and is now an experience design consultant with clients in North American and Europe and an active volunteer with several local charities. Karen has over 20 years of experience in the learning field. She led the process of creating a formal online learning program at the Community College of Rhode Island. At Johnson & Wales University, she created training faculty for online course development and delivery and worked closely with faculty developing online courses and managed a team of instructional designers and technologists. She has served as a reviewer for Blackboard's Exemplary Course Program, OLC Innovate & Accelerate conferences. She is an alum of the OLC Institute for Emerging Leaders in Online Learning and have presented at OLC's Accelerate, NEAAN, and the Distance Learning and Teaching Conference.
