This week snapped our neck a bit with good and bad news- First the bad- SCOTUS decided that the HR Department at “Oppression R Us” can cite their morality as a reason to not cover birth control in their healthcare plans.  Chalk up one more reason why we need the ERA, stat!  BUT, in a strange amount of GOOD NEWS, a flurry of judicial smackdowns happened in the lower courts that left anti abortion overreachers sulking back into their sewers.
