This may be the MOST controversial podcast episodes I have ever completed! I was asked by a subscriber to review and article that was published in Nov. of 2021 called Dialing In Your Agile Sprint Efficiency. (https://medium.com/@rylerhockenbury/dialing-in-your-agile-sprint-efficiency-cf4435ba09f9) While I do not think the listener was trying intentionally to get this type of reaction from me, I for the first time in a very long time was FLOORED by the poor advice given in this article. I am curious to hear your feedback in the comments. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/agiledad/support

On this edition of Parallax Views, we have another "Triple Feature" for listeners. First up, former New York Times journalist Barry Meier joins us to discuss the saga of the private intelligence firm Fusion GPS, former MI-6 agent Christopher Steele of Orbis Business Intelligence, and the media coverage of the infamous Steele Dossier (which purported, among other things, that Vladimir Putin and Russia had "kompromat" on President Donald J. Trump vis-a-vis an alleged "pee tape" with prostitutes that was then used to blackmail Trump) as outlined in his book Spooked: The Trump Dossier, Black Cube, and the Rise of Private Spies. We delve into the hidden billion-dollar industry of corporate investigative firms, Jules Kroll, the mercenary nature of these firms, the connection between "vulture capitalist" Paul Singer and the saga that would come to be known as the Steele Dossier, oppo research in the world of politics, Fusion GPS's connection to a Russian oligarch, and much, much more. "Ping!! How Those Trump/Russia Stories Got Shopped to the Media" by Barry Meier - The Nation -11/2/21 Then in our second segment, prolific author Sally Denton joins us for a short conversation about her 2008 book The Plots Against the President: FDR, A Nation in Crisis, and the Rise of the American Right in light of the Janury 6th Capitol breach anniversary. Denton explains how powerful Wall Street forces, allied with various right-wing elements including Christian evangelicals, Nazi sympathizers, and militias, plotted a coup against President Franklin Delano Roosevelt due to the path he wanted to take the United States on vis-a-vis the New Deal. The plotters approached the "Maverick Marine" Gen. Smedley Butler, known for his seminal antiwar book War is a Racket, in the hopes that he would assist them. Instead of taking up their offer, Butler notified J. Edgar Hoover at the FBI. The plot was then eventually investigated by Congress. Know alternately as the Business Plot or Wall Street Putsch, this extent of the plans and how close they were to being executed have been a matter of heated historical debate over the decades. Media at the time denounced it as a hoax, but since then the question, again, has become how close the plot was to being carried out. Denton and I talk about all of this as well as the relevance of this story to our current times. "Why is so little known about the 1930s coup attempt against FDR?" by Sally Denton - The Guardian - 1/11/22 And finally in our third segment, Paul Robinson, professor in the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa and a scholar on issues related to Russia and its history, joins us to discuss Russia, Ukraine, and NATO. In particular we discuss his Irrussianality blog post "Why Russia Fears NATO".
In this look back episode...Judge Nathan once again denied Ghislaine Maxwell's attempt to get bail and cited the same reasons as the previous denial, mainly that Maxwell was considered an extreme flight risk due to her own multiple passports. Leftist politicians and activists call for the government to step in and create a massive welfare state to eliminate the need for Americans to work at all.Robert Rector, The Heritage Foundation's senior research fellow for domestic policy studies, joins the podcast to explain that work is crucial for a functioning and flourishing society. The left's proposals to replace work with government handouts, Rector says, can have only bad consequences.“We're now violating that contract when you [eliminate work],” Rector says. “Those who choose to work [will] have a double obligation to support themselves and their families and the families of those who choose not to work. THE THESIS: The Party is erasing entire Covid patient databases, they are laundering “cases” and infections of injected people into the data of the “un-injected”, the FDA--a pharmagandist group--is aiding in the cover-up. But, God is watching. THE SCRIPTURE: Galatians 6: 7-10 7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8 Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. THE NEWS: Vaccines Not Durable, Omicron Might Turn COVID-19 Endemic: Bill Gates US Government to end daily COVID death reporting. A document issued issued Jan 6 by the US Health and Human Services tells hospitals they are no longer required to report daily COVID-19 deaths to the federal government starting Feb 2. Story broken by @DataDrivenMD ← A SOCIALIST is calling this out? Canada disappears an entire Covid database The dictator of the Province of Washington is--once again--lying about Covid “cases” in the people who have been injected and people who have not. - Michael Butcher THE MONOLOGUE: WHAT ELSE ARE THEY COVERING UP? [AUDIO] - Klaus Schwab opens World Economic Forum's virtual "Davos Agenda" and introduces China's Xi Jinping. [AUDIO] - Here's Klaus Schwab talking about gene-editing of human beings with Charlie Rose FOIA docs reveal Pfizer shot caused avalanche of miscarriages, stillborn babies When a group called Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency asked Pfizer to share the raw data from their COVID vaccine trials and post-marketing surveillance that was used to license the injection, the pharma giant linked up with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to refuse the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. In fact, the FDA (meant to serve and protect public health) hired Justice Department lawyers and went to court to shield the pharmaceutical giant from having to reveal its data – for 55 years. . . . Fortunately, a judge ruled that the FDA and Pfizer would have to answer their FOIA requests. Among the first reports handed over by Pfizer was a “Cumulative Analysis of Post-authorization Adverse Event Reports” describing events reported to Pfizer up until February 2021. It reveals that the drug behemoth received more than 150,000 serious adverse event reports within three months of rolling out its COVID shot, but here we will focus on Table 6 of the data on pregnant and lactating women who received the shots in the first few months of the rollout, which began December 11. Most of these women would have been healthcare workers because that was who the first rounds of shots went to. As the clinical trials preceding the rollout excluded pregnant women, these would have been the first pregnant and lactating women to have ever received the “vaccines.” Table 6 states that of 270 “unique pregnancies” that were exposed to the “vaccine”, “no outcome was provided for 238 pregnancies.” This leaves 32 pregnancies with known outcomes. Pfizer's report states that there were 23 spontaneous abortions (miscarriages), two premature births with neonatal death, two spontaneous abortions with intrauterine death, one spontaneous abortion with neonatal death, and one pregnancy with “normal outcome.” That means that of 32 pregnancies with known outcome, 28 resulted in fetal death. Children forced to Zoom into school ended up with suboptimal immune systems—the opposite of herd immunity. RUSH: We're gonna get to the Ukraine business, it's gonna be the focus here. That happens to be the soap opera story. Actually, it's not the soap opera story. This is Putin running rings around us. There's no question what's going on here. Vladimir Putin's reassembling the Soviet Union. And this is something — I've got the sound bite — I predicted this back in 2008. And all the smart money in Washington, inside the Beltway — we've got these sound bites, too — they're shocked that Putin is trying to reassemble the Soviet Union. They can't believe it. Even Lurch — this guy, John Kerry, is shocked that Putin is actually conducting a ground war. Listen to this. Grab number 17. Let's just get this out of the way 'cause I think it's hilarious and it is indicative of how just outclassed we are. We're clueless. This generation of leaders is literally clueless about our enemies. Remember something you were taught early on in this program. The purpose of any military is to kill people and break things. It's not to advance anybody's social agenda. It's not a laboratory for the left's social ideas or playgrounds. It is to kill people and break things, and the second rule is that the aggressor in any conflict sets the rules. And if they violate an existing rule book, then so be it. The aggressor sets the rules, and right now, Putin is setting the rules. I went back and did some research. In 1979 when the Soviets invaded Afghanistan, '79, '80, they did it at Christmastime, when we were all distracted. Putin goes into Ukraine, after, by the way, colonizing Georgia. They got Georgia back now. Remember Shalikashvili and South Ossetia? Well, they got Georgia back and they're marching now. And when did Putin do it? He sent the troops in during the Olympics that he hosted, that NBC televised and the world was watching. And then after that he continued this buildup last night during the Oscars. That is strategy. What it means to me is, in just that regard, if Putin actually made strategic decisions based on the American people being distracted it tells me that Putin believes that American public opinion still matters, in terms of impacting American leadership. https://www.rushlimbaugh.com/daily/2014/03/03/clueless_american_leaders_shocked_by_putin_s_attempt_to_reassemble_soviet_union/ Learn more about your ad-choices at https://www.iheartpodcastnetwork.com

Donald Trump is famous/infamous for using the courts for his own nefarious purposes - bringing baseless lawsuits to weaponize the delay in the court system and run out the clock. After losing in both the trial and appellate courts, Trump is now seeking to enlist the Supreme Court in his attempt to hide from the House select committee information in the possession of the National Archives regarding his conduct in connection with the January 6 attack on the US Capitol. Given that Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor recently used the work "stench" to describe the politicization of the Supreme Court, we now await word on whether the Supreme Court will accept review of Trump's latest appeal, thereby giving Trump the delay he seeks and adding to the court's political "stench," or reject Trump's appeal and allow Congress to fully investigate the attack on American democracy so it can put legislative fixes in place to prevent the next attack from succeeding.
