First, they talk to Kim who started working as an Amazon Flex delivery driver as a way to work while taking care of her adult son with autism. She breaks down exactly how it works and what kind of money she makes. She started her cotton candy business while pregnant and had her first big event at the Car Mom Auto Show. Now, she is working private events and making enough money to buy a car. After many difficult school years that took their toll on her older child's mental health and on her own, Lizz chose to take her younger child out of school when she was unable to cope with the move to secondary. Amongst lots of other things, we talk about how they transitioned from a more curriculum style learning to unschooling, and the challenges that come with letting go of how we think learning should look. Kelly is a little stressed as she is headed to Dallas for a three day shoot for two reasons. First, she will be without Lizz who is moving out of her house during that time. But the bigger issue is that Kelly is feeling like she is in her ugly era. Is it that time of the month or are they just getting old? Considering both ladies were recently mistaken for teenagers it may be the former instead of the latter. Speaking of getting older, Kelly is starting to think about what kind of car to get George when he gets old enough. Kelly discovered a new method this week that has changed the nighttime routine forever. She explains exactly what a tariff is and why it can affect so many things we buy every day. Everywhere you look people are talking about Chat CPT and other AI technology. It can be a little scary, but can it be used for good? Kelly put Chat GPT to test to see if they could get any use out of it and had it write the podcast today! Did it give them any gems?  It's first suggestion was to talk about chaos moments or funny kid quotes. While they couldn't think of any, it did bring up some drama at the library. Then, it suggested a segment called "What's in the Snack Bag?" which is basically Taste drive and Lizz brought a new viral snack for the ladies to try, frozen grapes. Spoilers: not a fan.  Chat GPT then suggested Kelly and Lizz talk about pop culture headlines including stories on Katy Perry and Kim Kardashian, which is not really their thing. But it did bring up a good question - is anyone really a fan of Katy Perry?  Next, Chat GPT suggested a segment called "Carpool Categories: What's In My Purse?" It sounds like a Instagram post from 5 years ago. But with the suggestion of "Currently Obsessed," it gave the ladies time to talk about red sneakers and how car care is self care. So it's not all bad.  Before they wrap up the Chat GPT talk, Lizz has a suggestion from a Carpooler on alternate names for the "Ceiling Vent" segment from Chat CPT. Some of them are great, some not so much... But it could just be Lizz's delivery...  Before they wrap up the episode, Kelly has breaking IIHS Safety Pick drama in Industry News. Another big week for the Car Mom as Kelly is headed off to Dallas for a big event. Lizz's pumping schedule made it too difficult to make the trip herself, but she has some big news of her own. She is finally a certified CPST! Is this big enough to change the Instagram bio?  Driveway dumps are turning into Ceiling Vents and the ladies have a lot to talk about. First, Matty is writing a kid's book and it's enough to make any parent cry. It reminds the girls of how they would use rhymes to remember things as kids and how they are using it to teach their kids valuable life lessons.
