Rebecca Pacey is the Chief People and Transformation Officer at Infinite Care. Infinite Care is a residential aged care provider with services across Australia. Following an underwhelming and inadequate experience with residential care facilities in her personal life, Rebecca coincidentally found herself working in the sector.
