欢迎收听雪球和喜马拉雅联合出品的财经有深度,雪球,3500 万投资者在线交流,一起探索投资的智慧,听众朋友们大家好,我是主播匪石-34,今天分享的稿件名字叫投资是一门严谨的科学计算,来自山水之间1024。二月初,兴全董承非抛弃新能源拥抱银保地的新闻尤为轰动,作为仅次于外资的第二大机构持股人,实际上是单一最大持股机构,兴全的连续卖出导致欣旺达在短短两个月内跌幅超过40%,现在站在欣旺达历史新高的位置来看,唏嘘不已。欣旺达中报分析:欣旺达21年上半年实现收入157亿元,同增36%,归母净利润6.2亿元,扣非净利润2.2亿元,同增438%。21Q2实现收入78亿元,同增24%,环比略下滑,归母净利润4.9亿元,扣非净利润0.59亿元,同增47%,环降64%。21Q2归母和扣非差距较大系非经所致,非经主要包括政府补助0.7亿元+资产处置损益(转让土地使用权)2.3亿元+公允价值变动和投资收益0.55亿元。如果只看基本财务数据,那么这个中报出来我会选择一键清掉这个第二大重仓,但基于对公司的了解,我选择继续持有,所以享受到了财报公布后24%的涨幅。1、中报毛利率达到了16.64%。除了刚上市那两年,算是创了新高,这得益于电芯自供比例的进一步提升,欣旺达90%以上业务都和电芯相关,所以电芯是欣旺达较同行最大的壁垒,也能促使欣旺达利润持续增厚,成本逐渐降低。2、公司拟在南昌投资200亿元,分四期扩产电芯+pack 50GWh,第一期投入16亿元,投资建设4GWh电芯和4GWh电池系统生产线,21年开始实施。主要投资方向是磷酸铁锂电芯和pack,配套储能客户。3、动力板块21H1实现收入5.7亿元,同比+344.3%,受原材料涨价、缺芯延迟出货和产能爬坡影响,上半年亏损3亿元出头。下半年出货明显加速, 7月份出货0.3Gwh,价值约3亿元。按照七月份单价计算,公司1Gwh出货对应营收10亿。4、7月6日调研公司说2025年动力电池预期做到250-300亿营收,8月10日中信电话会议按照客户预期,2025年订单会达到100Gwh,因为降本等原因,按照1Gwh2025年6亿营收看,7月份欣旺达这个200亿的投资项目是客户和南昌政府共同驱动的。4、今年欣旺达年底总产能10Gwh,惠州4Gwh+南京6Gwh,上半年公司预期明年15Gwh的总产能,中报提高到了15-20Gwh,三季度南京满产,但这个满产并不是6Gwh,今年营收只要30亿动力板块就能达到盈亏平衡。5、6.25日我在《怎么做成长股》中预测今年锂威净利润9亿,实际上上半年就完成了4.9亿,按照产能新增产能规划和上半年数据计算,2021年欣旺达电芯净利润12-13亿。6、2023年是我对电池材料的一个估值顶峰计算,这个在星源材质上讲过多次,2025年是电池PACK公司估值顶峰的节点。欣旺达就是以2025年的营收和利润来做计算,保守估计2025年欣旺达电芯净利润30亿,电池净利润30亿的合理计算,按照40倍,即五年复合增长率38%计算,五年后市值较之前预测的2000亿提高到2400亿。这还不包括其他业务,当前市值不到700亿,四年半3.5倍左右。按照我的初始成本15左右计算,这次投资五年半时间大概11-12倍收益,但我不会拿那么久,最后一块铜板留给有需要的人。7、由于定增证监会要求出让土地,原本是拿来做员工宿舍的,八月底或者九月初就会递交上去拿到批文,具体的定增对象其实已经敲定,价格会比较低,所以很抢手。8,混动将成为新能源汽车的下个爆发性事件。综上所述,持股欣旺达的可以继续格局,没有的便等机会,没机会就不买,成本决定持股心态。现在市场风格是算预期,宁德时代算预期利润,恩捷股份也是,星源材质是欣旺达同样如此,除非市场风格转变到算当下,不然这种机构的预期管理会一直存在,那么当下利润不错而未来扑朔迷离的银行地产会被继续边缘化。为什么会出现这种情况?2015年股灾以后,资金向确定性高的万科A、中国平安一类聚集,经过2016-2018上半年的价值投资以后,散户大V已经习惯了这种估值方式,这类赛道已经拥挤不堪,钱和人都产生了拥挤,都知道人多的地方只产生价值,不产出利润,新能源很火,新闻很多,但股东数量大部分都还在逐渐降低。更重要的是渠道的信息差,都说认知决定收益,大部分投资者连信息的获取来源都是空白,还怎么谈认知?不要问我四维图新,这个股只能旁敲侧击,说多了反而无益。下次再聊聊域控制器,以华阳集团为核心。还有就是女性投资者普遍反应我写的数据和计算看得不明所以,在这里统一回复:投资是一门严谨的科学计算,佐以市场情绪放大预期,最基本的东西反倒是最难的。
