Pengadilan Negeri Kota Depok telah menetapkan Al Wafi sebagai pemenang atas sengketa tersebut, pada tanggal 15 Juni 2022. “Putusan Perkara Perdata pada Pengadilan Negeri Depok dengan No. Perkara; 219/Pdt.G/2021/PN. DPK, tanggal 15 Juni 2022 menolak permohonan sita jaminan yang diajukan oleh penggugat dan menolak eksepsi Tergugat III untuk seluruhnya,” ujar Iwan Marten, Tenaga Ahli Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School, pada Senin (20/6/2022). Dia melanjutkan, Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Kota Depok juga menyatakan gugatan penggugat tidak dapat diterima dan menyatakan gugatan Penggugat Rekonvensi tidak dapat diterima (Neit Ontvankelijke Verklaard). Iwan yang ditemui di Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School mengungkapkan kronologis kasus sengketa lahan tersebut hingga naik ke pengadilan. Dimana, kasus itu bermula ketika Yayasan Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School membeli 2 (dua) bidang tanah yang terletak di dalam Komplek Al Wafi berdasarkan Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan No. 02960 atas nama PT Cipta Propetindo (Tergugat II) tanggal 23 Oktober 1992 seluas 945 m2 dan Sertifikat Hak Guna Bangunan No. 02958 atas nama PT Cipta Propertindo tanggal 14 Juli 1992, tanah seluas 740 m2.

Colonel Divakaran Padma Kumar (DPK) Pillay began his career as an Indian Army Officer. In 1994 he was grievously injured during a military incident in Manipur. Following this incident, he shifted his focus to become a researcher, aiming to better understand national security and sustainable development to improve the lives of Indian people just like those he had encountered in combat. Col. DPK Pillay is now a research fellow at the Institute of Defence Studies, a think tank for research in international relations based in New Delhi.This podcast focuses on Col. DPK Pillay's 2018 research paper: 'Food Security in India: Evolution, Efforts and Problems'. DPK identified a lack of food security, and rising food prices, as a key factor in the unrest and conflict that he found himself in the centre of in 1994.
