It's a recap of week 5 of the 2022 NFL season. Locker room chemistry was a big theme in week 5 of the 2022 NFL season. We saw the New York Giants pull off an upset in London over the Green Bay Packers, who appear to be a divided locker room. Can Aaron Rogers get the Green Bay Packers in line? Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos continue to struggle, and Pete Carrol faces his own challenges in Seattle. The Dallas Cowboys pulled off an upset of their own over the Los Angeles Rams. Will the Los Angeles Rams fall apart this season? Will Dak Prescott be ready for the Cowboys big matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles? This was an NFL weekend defined by team chemistry and I'll discuss it here on Brewstilled with a Triple IPA from Equilibrium Brewery!

Todd has an exciting life update and shares his experience at a local beer/distillery. Speaking of brews, Todd gets the Oskar Blues while Arie finds Equilibrium. In the metal world, we cover crossovers and artists branching out into new mediums! We got a great bunch of songs to go along, which are featured in our “Songs of the Week” playlist! Last but not least, our featured band from Europe released a new single that’s sure to make you bounce off the walls with their tight riff and songwriting! Episode Breakdown: Catching up with the boys (:48) What we’re drinking/Beer news (9:57) Metal news (16:34) New music (30:16) Featured band (41:45) Featured Band: This week's episode features Eternal Change from Nothing Noble. Copenhagen-based progressive metalcore outfit NOTHING NOBLE provide neck-breaking, bouncy grooves that grow ever heavier and darker with every frustrated yell and growl from the gut of vocalist Cornelius Qvist. The quartet is now, after 3 years of intense writing, ready to release their unrelenting sophomore album "Modern Dismay".  "Modern Dismay" is an exhibition of excessively groovy and deliciously dissonant, disgusting and catchy choruses, added guest performances by prominent vocalists from the international metal scene (COUNTERPARTS, END, MØL). The album is to be released on August 6th through Prime Collective. What the track means to the band: We've been writing on this song since our debut album. We love it and we're so happy it became this good!  What the band is drinking: Beer of choice as a band: Classic Adam (drummer): IPA & sours Cornelius (vocalist): Kriek / sours / heavy stouts Lui (guitarist): Imperial stout Uzay (bassist): Some cherry beer he tried in Belgium. Energy Equals is an extremly juicy DIPA with some nice citrus notes in the nose, and taste, while maintaing a hop bite one might love from a DIPA. These artists are on a list and I try and reestablish connections whenever possible, so when these come together it brings me extra joy. This episode is a great adventure and insight into hard work, realizing what you want and the importance of community. Julia's story is honest, funny and makes you think. It resonated with me and was very natural and relaxed. Episode 63 : Beer Fests and Good Vibes Alex and Nick both went to beer festivals this weekend. We compare and contrast pros and cons of each and really just enjoy the fact that beer brings out the best in everyone. Alex went to Pittsburgh Beer Fest at Stage AE and he recaps the event first. Alex thought this festival was great for drinking but not the best for rare beers and “craft” breweries. Check out his review of Lancaster Brewing Co.'s Shandy in our previous post. Up next was Nick's experience at Good Vibes Beer Fest by Voodoo. All the breweries brought the best of the best to this festival. The cost is high but Nick felt it was worth it to have some of the best beers in the world. Nick has a mega man crush on Will from Equilibrium Brewery. After Nick's experience we get into the pros and cons and that takes us to the end of this week's recap. Beers We Drank: Hazy Vibes - Voodoo Brewery (NEIPA - 7.3%) Zangief (2019) - Voodoo Brewery (Imperial Stout - 14.6%) Mash Tun Time Machine - Other Half (West Coast IPA - 8%)
