The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/13/2024): 3:05pm- On Saturday, Republican presential candidate Donald Trump held a campaign event in Wildwood, New Jersey—where an estimated 80,000 to 100,000 supporters were in attendance. According to Collin Rugg, the size of the crowd rivaled a 1932 speech Franklin Delano Roosevelt delivered from Sea Grit, NJ. 3:15pm- According to polling from The New York Times, Sienna College, and The Philadelphia Inquirer, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump now leads President Joe Biden in five of the six key 2024 swing states—Pennsylvania (+3), Arizona (+7), Michigan (+7), Georgia (+10), and Nevada (+12). The polling data shows Biden with a 2-point lead in Wisconsin. You can read more here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/13/us/politics/biden-trump-battleground-poll.html 3:20pm- Nate Cohn of The New York Times writes of recent 2024 Presidential Election polling: “The sense that [President Joe] Biden would do little to improve the nation's fortunes has helped erode his standing among young, Black and Hispanic voters, who usually represent the foundation of any Democratic path to the presidency. The Times/Siena polls found that the three groups wanted fundamental changes to American society, not just a return to normalcy, and few believed that Mr. Biden would make even minor changes that would be good for the country. [Donald] Trump and Mr. Biden are essentially tied among 18-to-29-year-olds and Hispanic voters, even though each group gave Mr. Biden more than 60 percent of their vote in 2020. Mr. Trump also wins more than 20 percent of Black voters—a tally that would be the highest level of Black support for any Republican presidential candidate since the enactment of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/13/us/politics/biden-trump-battleground-poll.html 3:40pm- Mark Penn—an adviser to former President Bill Clinton and chairman of Harris Poll—says the Biden campaign isn't focused on winning the correct voters. He's attempting to win the radical left, while seemingly forfeiting the moderate/independent vote. Penn explains that the swing voter is worth 2x the value of a progressive voter: “People usually assume that turning out so-called base voters in an election matters most, since swing voters are fewer in number. And it's true that in today's polarized environment, Mr. Biden and Mr. Trump have about 40 percent of voters each and nothing will change those people's minds. But in that remaining 20 percent of the electorate, voters have disproportionate power because of their potential to switch. It's simple math: Take a race tied in the run-up 5 to 5. If one voter swings, the tally becomes 6 to 4. Two voters would then need to be turned out just to tie it up, and a third one would be needed to win.” You can read Penn's full editorial here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2024/05/13/nyregion/trump-trial-michael-cohen 4:05pm- On Monday, former Trump attorney Michael Cohen testified in the “hush money” case brought against former President Donald Trump. As a convicted felon, will the jury find Cohen a credible witness? 4:30pm- Alan Dershowitz—The Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law, Emeritus at Harvard University Law School—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the “hush money” case being brought against former President Donald Trump. Professor Dershowitz reacts to Trump's former attorney Michael Cohen's testimony—emphasizing that when Cohen “moves his lips, he lies.” He explains: “Never in the history of the United States has anyone ever been prosecuted for failure to disclose the payment of ‘hush money'…this is a one off.” You can find Professor Dershowitz's book, “Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law,” here: https://a.co/d/g5v1Pau 4:40pm- While leaving court on Monday, Donald Trump said the case being brought against him “is all politics.” 4:50pm- While appearing in Wildwood, NJ, former President Donald Trump joked about having the “world's best hotdog” and said of a rise in prices caused by Bidenomics, “I don't have bacon anymore. It's too expensive!” 5:05pm- Steve Hanke—Professor of Applied Economics at Johns Hopkins University & former Senior Economist for Ronald Reagan's Council of Economic Advisers—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his latest article for Reason, “Sanctions Are for Losers.” Professor Hanke warns that the Biden Administration is adopting a form of “state capitalism” which he describes as mimicking Xi Jinping's China. Hanke was recently named one of the most influential people in Washington, D.C. by the Washingtonian Magazine. You can read the article here: https://reason.com/2024/05/02/sanctions-are-for-losers/ 5:40pm- Matthew Petti of Reason writes: “Just asking questions? That might become illegal, sort of, in New Jersey. Powerful interest groups there are pushing a bill that would overhaul the state Open Public Records Act (OPRA), making it harder for the public to request government documents—and the legislature might vote on it today. One provision would allow state and local agencies to sue people who request too many documents at once.” You can read the full article here: https://reason.com/2024/05/13/new-jersey-mayors-want-the-power-to-sue-you-for-asking-too-many-questions/ 6:05pm- Wendell Husebo of Breitbart writes: “Some records of phone calls related to the criminal prosecution of former President Donald Trump were deleted from case files, Manhattan District Attorney Office paralegal Jaden Jarmel-Schneider admitted during the trial. The acknowledgment is important because the defense may not have all of the evidence necessary.” You can read the full article here: https://www.breitbart.com/2024-election/2024/05/13/braggs-paralegal-admits-call-records-deleted-from-trump-case-files/ 6:30pm- John Yoo—The Emanuel S. Heller Professor of Law at the University of California at Berkeley & a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Michael Cohen's testimony on Monday in Donald Trump “hush money” trial. Plus, is Trump right—does Wildwood really have the best hotdogs?
The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: 4:05pm- On Monday, former Trump attorney Michael Cohen testified in the “hush money” case brought against former President Donald Trump. Prof. Dershowitz Joins Rose to discuss new book: “Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law” and weighs in on the campus protests. Dershowitz thanks Evangelical Christians for their support of both the Jewish people and Israel. ** In Regards to Antisemitic Protests: “PROTESTS ARE INCUBATOR FOR POTENTIAL FUTURE TERRORIST” “They will be groomed and solicited to plant bombs” • He has long supported Israel – His “Toughest Client” • Support of Benjamin Netanyahu • “Thank God for Evangelical Christians – My sincere thanks to them” - Dershowitz College Campus protests and President Biden's weak comments on antisemitism. The origins of antisemitism go very far back. Show me the man and I will find you the crime. Political opponents of Donald Trump will stop at nothing to “get” him. Why these efforts are unconstitutional and why we should be concerned about this departure from constitutional norms. Digging to find crimes to influence an election does not constitute the equal application of the law. This anti-democratic effort is likely to create dangerous precedents. “You can't get a truthful analysis of any legal matter regarding Trump on CNN” Dershowitz is embarrassed that one of his former students is a commentator who talks about how strong the case is against Trump. He knows that the commentator knows better and knows the law. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/rose-unplugged/support

Lake County is a wine growing region in Northern California that many winemakers like to nickname “the new Napa”. The area is known for its volcanic soil and sharp differences of temperature between the day and night during the growing and harvesting season. The result is a wine that is rich and flavorful, an absolute delight both to enjoy now and to age for many years to come.https://elkwine.com/products/herzog-sr-lake-county-cabernet-sauvignon-california?_pos=2&_sid=1ac5b9035&_ss=rEpisode Guest: Alan DershowitzAlan Dershowitz is one of the most celebrated lawyers in the world. Professor Alan Dershowitz—The Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law, Emeritus at Harvard University & Author of “Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process and Our Constitutional Rule of Law”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the thirty-three student organizations at Harvard University that have explicitly, and outlandishly, blamed Israel for the Hamas-led attacks on Israeli citizens. Dershowitz refers to the organizational reaction as “anger inducing”—calling for the school to release the names of the students who have now openly defended barbaric acts of terrorism against women and children. Additionally, Dershowitz wonders why it took so long for university leadership to denounce the abhorrent beliefs echoed by these organizations.
The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: Daniel Turner—Founder & Executive Director of Power the Future—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the Biden Administration's decision to reduce sanctions against Iranian oil production. Is the money from Iranian oil sales being used to support terrorists? Earlier in the day, National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby was asked if, given the Hamas-led attack on Israel and reports of Iranian involvement, the Biden Administration would consider reimposing Trump-era sanctions on Iran will concurrently ramping up domestic oil production. Kirby seemingly dismissed the idea. In a speech following the meeting, Biden reemphasized U.S. support for Israel and said that he has spoken with Iran, warning them to “be careful.”
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (10/11/2023): 3:05pm- On Saturday, the Palestinian terror group Hamas broke through barriers separating Gaza from Israel—raiding Israeli towns, killing over 1,000 civilians with another 150 civilians having been kidnapped, according to estimates. President of Israel Isaac Herzog said of the attack, “not since the Holocaust have so many Jews been killed in one day.” Meanwhile, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed that in response, Israel “will exact a price that will be remembered by [Hamas], and Israel's other enemies, for decades to come.” 3:15pm- According to reporting from Summer Said, Benoit Faucon, and Stephen Kalin of The Wall Street Journal, “Iranian security officials helped plan Hamas's Saturday surprise attack on Israel and gave the green light for the assault at a meeting in Beirut last Monday, according to senior members of Hamas and Hezbollah, another Iran-backed militant group. Officers of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps had worked with Hamas since August to devise the air, land and sea incursions.” However, the Biden Administration is denying these reports—explaining that they have not yet discovered a direct Iranian connection. If Iranian involvement in the October 7th attack on Israel is ultimately proven, will an even larger war in the Middle East breakout? You can read The Wall Street Journal's report here: https://www.wsj.com/world/middle-east/iran-israel-hamas-strike-planning-bbe07b25 3:30pm- In a closed-door meeting held on Wednesday, Republicans selected Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) to be the next Speaker of the House—113 to 99. However, it is worth noting that former Speaker Kevin McCarthy won his party's support last November with 188 votes before ultimately requiring 15-votes to officially winning the speakership. 3:35pm- Annie Karnie of The New York Times reports that the House is in recess and will not meet to hold a floor vote for the vacant speakership at 3pm, as was originally planned. Karnie writes, “The move to recess came as it became clear that Scalise would not have the votes to win the gavel on the House floor today, and members complained of a rushed process. Meanwhile, Jordan, in a private meeting with Scalise, offered to give a nominating speech on his behalf, according to his spokesman. But that gesture did not seem to move a number of Republicans from across the political spectrum who said they would not vote for Scalise on the floor. So far, the eight who deposed McCarthy are not the main problem for Scalise (although Nancy Mace and Bob Good, two of the eight, have said they are undecided on who they will support on the floor). He faces a new set of opponents, some of whom made alliances with McCarthy. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who became a McCarthy ally, for instance, has said she will vote against Scalise on the House floor.” You can read the latest news regarding a potential House vote to determine the speakership here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2023/10/11/us/house-speaker-vote-news/745258fd-a9a5-522c-8e7c-f89fe99e23e9?smid=url-share 3:40pm- The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board writes that not only has the Biden Administration provided Iran with $6 billion in previously frozen assets, but they also “throttled back enforcement of oil sanctions, which gave Tehran billions more dollars to finance Hamas, Hezbollah and other terrorist proxies. Iran's oil production jumped to three million barrels a day in August from 2.6 million in April, according to Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries data. Iran's oil minister said in August the country's oil production would hit 3.4 million barrels a day by the end of September, the highest since 2018 when the Trump Administration imposed sanctions. Its exports have increased even more—by about one million barrels a day this year—because it has also been shipping stored fuel, namely to China.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/iran-hamas-oil-sanctions-biden-administration-israel-gaza-adbace0b 3:50pm- Rich is joined by 1210 WPHT producers Anthony and Dan who are at Citizen Bank Park ahead of tonight's game 3 playoff matchup between the Philadelphia Phillies and Atlanta Braves. According to a report from Kit Klarenberg of The Grayzone, “[t]he arrest of US regime change operatives in Tbilisi suggests a coup against Georgia's government could be in the works. As Ukraine's counteroffensive fails, the West appears eager to open a new front in its proxy war.” You can read the full report here: https://thegrayzone.com/2023/10/06/maidan-color-revolution-georgia/

In his 85 years, constitutional scholar and legal expert Alan Dershowitz has played a role in some of the biggest legal and political moments of our time — basically every “trial of the century.” On this episode of "The Glenn Beck Podcast," Glenn gets a deep look at the most controversial case Alan has tackled yet. Dershowitz has said that two of the most unpopular people he has defended were O.J. Simpson and Jeffrey Epstein, but neither compares to his defense of Donald Trump. And the consequences of defending Trump have been catastrophic, not only for him, but for everyone he loves. He analyzes the multiple civil suits and indictments against Trump and offers his expertise on how Trump's lawyers SHOULD argue his cases. Having lived under McCarthyism, he says a new McCarthyism is looming. It's the focus of his latest book, “Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule Of Law,” and a recent highlight of his podcast "The Dershow." But just how imminent is the threat? “We're four bananas away from being a banana republic," Alan warns. Dom welcomes in Professor Alan Dershowitz, author of Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to get his expert analysis on the now third indictment of former President Donald Trump. First, Dershowitz takes us inside the pertinent danger to the First Amendment that arises with such an indictment, telling of the precedent that this filing has on how politicians will control their speech in the future. Then, Dershowitz explains how the 6th Amendment plays into the case as well, and talks about how the Left plans to strategize moving forward, hoping to use this indictment to keep January 6th fresh in the mind of voters in the 2024 election. Dom first tells of the irony of now the third time that Democrats have filed an indictment less than 24 hours after huge revelations that implicate the President. Then, Dom tells of a new nationwide event by Brave Books featuring actor Kirk Cameron that brings a conservative ideology into libraries, which is facing push back from the American Librarians Association, the organization that promotes Drag Queen Story Hours. Also, Dom reveals that there have been multiple articles now written about his interview with Philadelphia Labor Leader Ryan Boyer, who admitted in a column in Broad and Liberty and on the show that he had to teach his child to lie to unlock better education, a common tactic for those living in Philadelphia. Then, Dom welcomes in Professor Alan Dershowitz, author of Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to get his expert analysis on the now third indictment of former President Donald Trump. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (06/12/2023): 3:05pm- On Friday, federal prosecutors unsealed a 49-page indictment of former President Donald Trump detailing his alleged mishandling of classified documents after leaving office. The indictment includes numerous federal charges—31 counts “related to withholding national defense information, 5 related to concealing possession of classified documents, and 2 false statements”, according to The New York Times. In a statement made during his press conference, special counsel Jack Smith defended the Trump indictment, explaining: “We have one set of laws in this country, and they apply to everyone.” He did not take questions from the press. Dom welcomes in Professor Alan Dershowitz, author of Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, to the Dom Giordano Program to gather his opinion on the new indictment of former President Donald Trump over his denying a subpoena over classified documents. Dershowitz tells how he was able to predict in his book almost everything about the indictment. Dom asks Dershowitz to put on his legal hat for some expertise, knowing the professor has served as Trump's attorney and as an attorney in other high profile cases, such as the OJ Simpson case. Dershowitz suggests he'd use the defense the Trump was, as usual, puffing himself up and accidentally, not nefariously, shared this classified information. Dershowitz explains how he's participated in conversations with former officials in which they puffed themselves up with classified information where no repercussions were applied. Full Hour | In today's third hour, Dom welcomes Gregg Jarrett, Fox News legal analyst and author of The Trial of the Century, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the unsealing of the Trump indictment. First, Dom asks Jarrett about the document which was released only about ten minutes prior to the interview, with Jarrett delving in-depth into what is revealed, explaining why this is further evidence of bias and unequal application of the law when comparing what's been discovered to allegations against the Clinton campaign. Jarrett provides in-depth analysis about the documents themselves, then delves into the bias presented by governing organizations under the Biden administration, also explaining why he believes the Presidential Records Acts needs to be fixed due to ambiguity. Jarrett's new book, The Trial of the Century, which analyses the Scopes Monkey Trial, is currently available everywhere books are sold. And the right to hear is just as important as the right to speak. And so people who have been denied the right to hear have the power to bring lawsuits,” Dershowitz says.

The ends justify the means for the Left. If it suits them to call any criticism of George Soros antisemitic, they will. Soros was born Jewish but doesn't identify as a Jew. Isn't your self-identity everything to the left?... Why is Trump charged with 34 counts? Alvin Bragg's office is supposedly shorthanded. That's one reason he lets so many criminals go unpunished. But when it comes to a former president who happens to be a Republican, Bragg finds plenty of personnel to do his dirty work… Dennis talks to Alan Dershowitz, legendary Harvard Law Professor. In today's third hour, Dom welcomes in Abington Police Chief Pat Molloy, who, this past week, was also sworn in as the President of the Police Chiefs Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania, to hear his opinion on the judge's decision to overturn a FOP challenge to Philadelphia's Driving Equality Law. Molloy points out the necessity of allowing police officers to do their jobs, particularly in a time when violence and crime continues to skyrocket, and lays forth the negative implications of the bill which greatly ties the hands of police. Molloy takes us inside the world of policing, telling how officers feel when they see the continued trend of elected officials being counterproductive to their ability to do their jobs. Then, Dom welcomes Professor Alan Dershowitz back onto the Dom Giordano Program, to hear his thoughts on the indictment of former President Donald Trump. Dershowitz condemns the new lawsuit using his vast depth of the judicial system, explaining why he, even as a liberal leaning individual, sees the absolute bias in Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's effort to arrest Trump.
