What's up, Amigos?! I'm glad you're still here. Seriously. I was worried. Because if you listened to the media, this weekend was supposed to be the one that finally got us. You know the drill. Trump did something horrible, therefore America was doomed. Trump did something good, therefore America was also doomed. Trump breathed. DOOMED. But somehow, against all odds, you people survived. You survived Trump pulling us out of the global climate-change farce. The planet was supposed to burst into flames by Tuesday. Yet here you are. Still breathing. You survived Trump's reductions in violent crime. I know. Terrifying. Fewer people getting robbed and murdered. What kind of monster would do that? Then there's the illegal immigration apocalypse. Thankfully, no NEW illegals were able to steal your money, while many are actually leaving the country. And now some of them can't bank here. They can't wire money here. They can't simply stroll across the border, establish themselves, and send your money back home. How oppressive! And somehow, despite all those terrifying Trump trade wars, you're still alive. You haven't been forced to sell your house to buy a dozen eggs. In fact, you may have noticed that the economic apocalypse keeps getting postponed. But the big one... Iran. The media assured us Trump was going to get us all killed. World War III! Nuclear war! Mushroom clouds! Your children would be vaporized! And yet... You didn't get droned by Iran. Congratulations! Apparently surviving the Trump presidency is now an extreme sport. And that brings me to all you horrible people listening right now. Yes, you. You racist... Homophobic... Xenophobic... Bible-thumping... America-loving... Trump-supporting... deplorables. You people are amazing. The Left has spent years predicting your extinction. The media has declared Trump supporters morally diseased, politically doomed, economically suicidal and apparently one tweet away from civilization collapsing. And yet you just keep showing up. Every morning. Coffee in hand. American flag somewhere nearby. Voting for Trump. Driving the people who hate you absolutely insane. You are like cockroaches to the Left. They've tried everything. Impeachment. Indictments. Investigations. Media hysteria. Russia. Ukraine. January 6. The economy. The climate. War. Recession. Eggs. And every time they scream: "THIS IS IT! TRUMP HAS FINALLY DESTROYED AMERICA!" Kevin Jackson has been called, the "white-collar" Joe Rogan. Given their similar backgrounds in TV, comedy, and martial arts, it's easy to see why people enjoy Kevin's show so much. Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Weather caused studio power issues. It happens! On this explosive edition of Armed American Radio, host Mark Walters connects the dots between a heroic armed citizen who helped stop a mass killer in Idaho, New York’s aggressive prosecution of a law-abiding gun owner facing more than a dozen felony charges, and what may be the emerging roadmap anti-gun politicians are preparing as they continue losing major Second Amendment battles in the courts. Mark opens the broadcast with a detailed analysis of the tragic shooting at the newly opened In-N-Out Burger in Twin Falls, Idaho, where an armed citizen and an off-duty Idaho State Police trooper reportedly returned fire after a rifle-wielding attacker murdered innocent victims. While national media predictably focuses on the killer, Mark asks the question many refuse to ask: How many additional lives were saved because a responsible citizen was carrying a firearm? The discussion explores why armed self-defense remains the last line of defense when evil appears without warning, why “gun-free zones” failed yet again, and why defensive gun use continues to dismantle the gun-control narrative every time it occurs. Joined by Breitbart News Second Amendment columnist AWR Hawkins, the program examines how this incident demonstrates the reality that law-abiding citizens are overwhelmingly part of the solution—not the problem. The conversation then shifts toward what Mark describes as the next phase of the anti-gun movement. With the U.S. Supreme Court preparing to hear major challenges to so-called “assault weapon” bans and anti-gun organizations suffering repeated defeats under the Bruen standard, are gun-control advocates changing tactics? Mark analyzes New York Governor Kathy Hochul’s efforts to replace repealed federal ATF regulations with even more restrictive state laws while discussing similar legislative strategies appearing across blue states. The broadcast examines why many gun-rights advocates believe politicians are pivoting from broad firearm bans toward criminalizing technical violations, administrative paperwork, and regulatory compliance as a new avenue to discourage firearm ownership. The centerpiece of the program is one of the most compelling interviews ever aired on Armed American Radio. Firearms trainer Rob Pincus joins Mark to introduce the extraordinary case of Demetrio Daga, a New York gun owner who now faces more than a dozen felony charges after investigators allegedly used online purchase records to launch an extensive firearms investigation. Appearing publicly alongside his attorney, Kevin O’Brien, Demetrio tells listeners what it was like to be surrounded by heavily armed officers after dropping his children off at school, watching dozens of law enforcement officers search his home, and seeing his life instantly transformed into a criminal prosecution despite having no violent criminal history. Attorney Kevin O’Brien explains why he believes the case represents something much larger than one individual prosecution, arguing that responsible gun owners throughout restrictive states should pay close attention to how aggressively firearm laws are now being enforced against citizens who have harmed no one. Rob Pincus expands the discussion by explaining why similar investigations are becoming increasingly common and what these prosecutions may signal for the future of Second Amendment rights in America. Throughout the three-hour national broadcast, Mark repeatedly asks listeners to step back and look beyond each individual headline. Whether discussing heroic defensive gun use, expanding state-level firearm restrictions, or criminal prosecutions based on complex regulatory requirements, he argues that each story reveals another piece of what he calls “The Anti-Gun Blueprint.” If constitutional challenges continue eliminating sweeping firearm bans, what strategies will anti-gun lawmakers pursue next? This episode explores that question in depth while examining the legal, constitutional, and cultural battles shaping the future of the Second Amendment. If you care about the right to keep and bear arms, concealed carry, constitutional freedoms, self-defense, Supreme Court litigation, or the rapidly changing landscape of American gun laws, this is one of the most important Armed American Radio broadcasts of the year. Then, he welcomes back Glenn Kirschner who shares his insights on the ongoing failures of law enforcement accountability, particularly regarding ICE and federal investigations. They discuss the dire consequences of allowing agencies to investigate their own misconduct and the importance of independent oversight in restoring public trust. Next, john speaks with Greg Garrett who is an award-winning professor at Baylor University. They talk about his new book "White Lies: Confronting 10 Cultural Myths About Race." Dr. Garrett reveals how deeply ingrained myths shape our understanding of race and justice in America, while emphasizing the importance of confronting these stories to foster genuine reconciliation. Then finally, comedians Rhonda Hansome and Keith Price join the crew. They tackle the backlash against diverse casting and the ridiculousness of those who cling to outdated notions of race and identity. They explore the complexities of immigration, the hypocrisy of those who benefit from undocumented labor, and the need for compassion over hatred in political discourse. Breaking developments in the COVID accountability story. Former senior NIAID adviser David Morens has been indicted on federal charges tied to the destruction and concealment of pandemic-era records. Senator Ron Johnson joins Del to discuss what this case could reveal about how key COVID decisions were made.In the Jaxen Report, we revisit the emails that first raised alarms about efforts to avoid FOIA requests and shield officials during the pandemic. We also examine breaking developments on Capitol Hill, where Rep. Anna Paulina Luna's amendment to the Farm Bill passed, striking language that would have provided pesticide manufacturers with liability protections.Next, who controls your car? A little-known provision buried in federal infrastructure legislation could require new vehicles to monitor driver behavior and even limit operation if “impairment” is detected. Then, Del reports back from The People vs. Poison rally outside the U.S. Supreme Court, where many are demanding accountability over glyphosate liability protections. Food Babe founder Vani Hari joins the conversation. Finally, functional medicine physician Dr. Ann Shippy discusses the fertility crisis and her new book, ‘The Preconception Revolution,' exploring how environmental exposures and health before conception may shape the next generation.Watch LIVE today — 11am PT / 2pm ETGuests: Sen. Episode 103 opens with the White House declaring the Iran war terminated as the War Powers Resolution deadline hits. Ghost walks through Joe Kent's "declare victory and leave" framework, parallels to the Iraq mission accomplished moment, and why Trump's posture toward Iran looks increasingly like Reagan's 1984 Lebanon exit. Trump simultaneously threatens troop withdrawals from Spain, Italy, and Germany and hits the EU with a 25% auto tariff, accelerating what Ghost calls the inevitable dismantling of NATO. Iraq gets a new prime minister designate with a complex banking past tied to sanctioned money laundering networks, while Bloomberg reports two competing Gulf alliances forming around the UAE/Israel axis versus a Saudi Arabia/Turkey/Pakistan/Egypt bloc. Israel's internal fractures deepen: the former Mossad chief calls settler violence an existential threat, IDF generals use the phrase Jewish terrorism, and Bennett and Lapid merge parties ahead of October elections. The episode closes with the sweeping US indictment of Sinaloa's sitting governor and nine other Mexican officials, and Ghost ties it back to Colombian president Petro's long standing warnings about cartel banking networks.

The indictment centers on a year old social media post featuring seashells which was already investigated and set aside by the Secret Service. The timing of this renewed interest appears linked to recent events at the White House Correspondents Dinner and a desire to prove loyalty to Donald Trump. Critics suggest that the focus has shifted from obtaining actual guilty verdicts to simply filing indictments against perceived political enemies like the Southern Poverty Law Center and James Comey. Jim Jordan and other allies continue to support these moves publicly despite the legal weakness of the cases. Analysis of the charges under 18 USC section 871 reveals significant hurdles regarding free speech and the lack of imminent threat. This latest legal maneuver is being characterized by many as a political vendetta rather than a legitimate pursuit of justice. The Eastern District of North Carolina is now the staging ground for a case that many believe will be dismissed on substantive grounds just like previous attempts. This week, Mary and Andrew follow the money from Alabama to New York to Southern Florida. They start with an 11-count indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center alleging financial crimes and defrauding donors — the DOJ suggesting that the center's goal was to give funding to extremist groups rather than to report on them. The co-hosts find the charges dubious at best, with a speaking indictment that seems “weak” and lacks specifics. From there, they analyze another set of charges out of the SDNY against an Army soldier who won over $400,000 in online bets using his classified knowledge of the US capture of Nicolas Maduro. After reviewing the merits of that case, they head to Miami, where President Trump's civil suit against the IRS was put on pause to discern how to handle him being on both sides of the case. As Mary notes, the judge is asking Trump to essentially “show me we really have adverse parties here.”Then to DC, for a look at the charges filed against the alleged gunman in the White House Correspondents' Dinner shooting, and how the administration quickly used that as another reason to build the White House ballroom in an unusual court filing. And last up, Andrew and Mary review the DC Circuit's decision on Trump's asylum ban. This podcast is also available on YouTube at ms.now/mainjustice. Two active murder prosecutions with significant forensic and procedural dimensions are examined in this episode with analysis from retired FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer. In Los Angeles, David Anthony Burke faces first-degree murder with special circumstances — lying in wait, financial gain, and the alleged killing of a witness — in the death of fourteen-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Additional charges include lewd and lascivious acts with a minor under fourteen and mutilation of a body. District Attorney Nathan Hochman alleges Burke killed Rivas to protect his music career. The unsealed autopsy documents two stab wounds with smooth-edged wound characteristics, dismemberment with embedded trace materials, and toxicology results indicating the presence of controlled substances in the victim's system. Prosecutors disclosed that forty terabytes of digital evidence from Burke's devices contained what they described as a significant amount of child exploitation material. Burke is represented by defense attorney Blair Berk, whose team maintains he did not cause Rivas's death. In federal court in Miami, sixteen-year-old Timothy Hudson was indicted as an adult on charges of first-degree murder and aggravated abuse in the death of eighteen-year-old Anna Kepner. The charges stem from events aboard the Carnival Horizon in international waters on November 6–7, 2025. Kepner's cause of death was ruled mechanical asphyxiation. Hudson pleaded not guilty through defense attorney Eric Cohen and remains on pretrial release under GPS monitoring. Prosecutors have filed a motion to revoke release; the matter is pending.Coffindaffer provides procedural and forensic analysis of both cases, addressing evidentiary standards, investigative timelines, and the legal implications of the charges filed.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video?
