In this episode of Style DNA I go on a style journey with the English TV and Radio Presenter, Actress and Model the gorgeous, glamorous and very down to earth Kelly Brook. We talk about how as a child she wanted to be a ballet dancer but her body had different ideas and in her teens she became a glamour model…as she says “I had a child's face and a porn star body”.  That her body didn't represent the young woman she was. It took a while for the body,  the brain and the soul to connect.  The late 90's was a time dominated by waifish aesthetics and she stood out as a modern pin-up, reshaping mainstream ideas of beauty with a confident, fuller-busted silhouette. She is very open about how long it has taken her to accept her looks and her body… I ask her about her amazing confidence and what she put that down to …she admits to imposter syndrome especially in the presence of all of the brilliant journalists on Loose Women, which she appears on regularly. She admits to wanting to keep learning.   She talks about curling her hair and getting out of the door…she never thinks that she is the finished article and she doesn't mind that …nor should any of us IMHO. And then I ask her about her body confidence – she puts that down to her husband, Jeremy Parisi, who she says loves her body and her curves.  She says she was an 8-10 dress size when she met him and is now 12-14 and how he has never even commented on that. She feels a responsibility to be confident and honest about how her body looks, insisting that the images from the recent shoot for her Kelly Brook for Next swimwear edit were not heavily retouched (because it is so easy to tweak pictures), but she wants to show who she is and what her body is and feels that this is an important part of how things get moved along. Bravo…brave, refreshing and inspiring. Over the years Kelly has been voted FHMs sexiest woman in the world, she has graced the cover of American Playboy and as the glamour model that she was ….the pin-up on millions of young men's bedroom walls so I wanted to discuss the aging process with her. In her pragmatic and honest manner she says she is comfortable with the it in this age obsessed world …she says that she is all about quality over quantity, definitely feeling happier as she gets older…yes! Kelly currently hosts the  London Drive Show on Heart Radio with Jason King which is now the No 1 Commercial Drive Time show in the country. I loved this positive, honest and quite frankly joyous conversation …thank you Kelly for being a wonderful opening guest for season 10 x

Why do you think that is and what are we missing out on when we avoid colour?3.For someone who loves colour but worries about looking ‘too much', how can they wear multiple colours in a way that still feels polished and professional?4.How does understanding your personal colouring change the way you shop, dress and get ready day-to-day?Peter answered this so well to help you become confident with colourAbout the HostWorking with personal clients, Lisa is passionate to inspire & empower ambitious women to have a wardrobe that gives them the confidence & self belief to achieve & reach their goals whilst reflecting their personal brand.Lisa has contributed to editorials such as The Guardian, Times, Daily Mail, The Sun, Daily Express works as the Style expert for BBC & Heart Radio throughout the UK. Today is episode 100 of "After God's Heart". The vision of this program originated from an idea behind the name. It grew out of a study that Dr. Biles did through the life of David. How he was a man after God's heart and the passion for us to be more like Him. So, the vision for this program is much the same. How can we, as believers in Jesus Christ, incrementally become more like Christ. Let's open our Bibles again to Acts 17 and hear the conclusion of a message entitled, "Making God Known".

Have you ever been in a situation where, as a believer in Jesus Christ, you felt outnumbered by those who opposed your faith? That's where we find the Apostle Paul in Acts 17. Paul was in the city of Athens and had an encounter with the religious elite of the city. Here's scene: in the city of Athens, there was (and is) and large rock area that is flat on the top. On top of that mountain is where the elite of the city used to gather for dialogue. On the way up to the top of the mountain was a pathway lined with pagan idols. Paul was making his way up the mountain and stopping by each idol. The conversation that followed grew out of Paul's burden for a lost city.

Finding God's will isn't always as complicated as we sometimes make it sound. We often over-complicate the process. When really, God has often made it very clear. The first part of Acts 17 presents two very clearly defined kinds of people. The question we must take from this passage in application is which group represents me. So, take your Bibles and turn again to Acts 17, this is a message Dr. Biles has entitled, "Are you one of These or one of Those?"

How you live in some ways demonstrates who you are. You can talk one way, but if you live a different way, you really aren't who you say you are. Your life either validates or contradicts who you say you are. Acts 17 paints a clear picture of the authenticity of faith. We see it in Paul's life and hear it in his message. Today, Dr. Biles is looking at the first part of Acts 17 looking at the question of ultimate identification. In this passage, we find two clear alternatives and we as the reader are challenged to identify which of these two choices represents me.

The great thing about following God's plan is that He always knows where we are going. That doesn't mean we know all the details - it just means we can trust that He does. Paul and Silas have followed the leading of God and found themselves in new city. In this city, they find a woman of faith and a civil servant who needs the Gospel. Take your Bibles and open again to Acts 16 as Dr. Biles concludes a message entitled, The Miracle after Midnight.

God uses all kinds of circumstances to reach all kinds of people with the Gospel. Sometimes, God reaches people through a conversation; sometimes it is through a sermon or Bible Study; sometimes it is through the Reading of God's Word. In Acts 16, God used a miracle. We're going to see in this passage, that God did something impossible to reach one man and his family with the Gospel.

The message of Christ is a message that all the world needs to hear. But it is not always a message that all the world wants to hear. And we will see how the Lord used their suffering for His glory.
