Feeling Like “It's Not Fair” After Betrayal? Let Go of Blame, Choose Peace & Reclaim Your Power –A coaching session with Jane “You can have a grudge or you can have freedom—but you can't have both.” — Lora Cheadle When betrayal detonates your life, “It's not fair” becomes the drumbeat in your head. In this intimate coaching session with “Jane,” we walk the real path from righteous anger and blame to sovereignty: naming what's actually happening (mental/physical exhaustion), discerning what you can control (boundaries, micro-choices), and choosing peace over the power of the grudge. If you've been holding the story together for your kids, your home, and everyone else—while seething at the unequal load—this conversation will meet you exactly where you are and offer a way through. Top 3 Takeaways Grudge vs. Freedom: You can have a grudge or you can have freedom—but not both. The shift begins by noticing when you're in blame and choosing peace on purpose. Name the Real Problem: Trade the story (“This is all his fault”) for the truth in your body (“This is mentally and physically exhausting”). Naming what is puts your power where your feet are. Micro-Choices Restore Agency: One firm “no” a week and one nourishing “yes” a week for six weeks changes your nervous system, your schedule, and your sense of self. Episode Highlights Why anger is sometimes a functional fuel—and how to thank it without letting it drive. The fairness myth: differentiating external unfairness from creating internal justice. “Give him the victim seat.” If someone must occupy it, let it be him—so you can choose the seat of peace. Language swap that changes everything: from “I have to” → “I am choosing to.” A simple boundary: “Please stop texting me.” Why this one sentence matters for your nervous system and your future. Kristina Amelong Talks About What My Brother Knew Our guest today is Kristina Amelong, who tells an amazing story! Kristina had a younger brother named Jay, who began to say calmly when he was very young that he was going to die young, he would die on his bike, and he even predicted the color of the car that would kill him. And, sure enough, when Jay was thirteen and Kristina was seventeen, it all happened one day exactly as he had predicted it. And Kristina was plunged into a psychological mess for decades! As you can imagine. Her new book, just out, is called What My Brother Knew. And it is an emotionally gripping, eventually spiritually triumphant memoir of Kristina's life, her discoveries, and where she is now. Kristina Amelong tells us that she had a working-class childhood in Madison, Wisconsin, that was filled with abuse, addiction, and loss, but she has managed to overcome addiction and chronic illness, raise four children, and even found a successful holistic health business called Optimal Health Network. She has developed natural protocols which have helped thousands of people to heal from a wide range of digestive and other chronic issues. Her first book, before her new memoir, was “Ten Days to Optimal Health: A Guide to Nutritional Therapy and Colon Cleansing.” Kristina is now a senior board member for the Center for World Philosophy and Religion, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to a reweaving of the human story that she tells us will help to guide humanity through the current evolutionary crisis. She adds that she has a passion for photography, gardening, backyard chicken-raising, and pickleball. The 6D Ascension Journey: Judith Corvin-Blackburn “In the 5th-dimensional frequency, nothing is impossible. All our channels are open.” We are in a time of great evolutionary shifts on our planet. Behind the pain and chaos of our current world, a new human is emerging. We are becoming who we have been designed to be, reclaiming our natural higher dimensional nature as we open DNA strands that have been dormant for milleniums and have limited our innate abilities to live in joy, peace and harmony on a planet where all can thrive. Conscious evolution is not an easy path as old conditioning, fears and beliefs that we have been programmed to believe we need for survival or at least for our well-being, arise to interfere. But we all have the ability to activate courage and ultimately own our ability to create a whole new personal and collective reality. What Healing Really Is (and Isn't) After Betrayal Humility, Choice, and Community –with Wendi Cohen ““Just because you make the final decision does not mean you were the cause.” — Lora Cheadle “Healing” gets thrown around a lot—but in real life it's messy, non-linear, and humbling. In this intimate conversation, Lora and healer/mentor Wendi (formerly of the Chopra Center; now on the Lee Harris team) unpack what healing actually looks like after infidelity, health crises, and identity rupture—and why your “opening” matters more than any timeline. If you've ever wondered, Why don't I feel better yet? Am I doing this wrong?—this episode is for you. Lora and Wendi reveal the lived truth of recovery: three steps forward, two back; grief cycling; learning to receive; and choosing yourself even when others don't approve. You'll hear how meditation created space beyond the mind, why the body never lies, how community can “hold the frequency” when you can't, and the liberating shift from I am my story to I write my story. Expect practical reframes you can use today—especially if you're a high-achieving woman who's tired of doing it all alone. Top 3 Takeaways Healing is non-linear (and normal). Think Chutes & Ladders, not a straight line. You'll revisit layers like grief, anger, and acceptance—and that doesn't mean you're failing. Humility opens the door. Letting go of the “if I do everything right, bad things won't happen” myth creates room for curiosity, compassion, and real change. You're allowed to choose you. Boundaries, receiving support, and rewriting the narrative are acts of power. Your agency—not other people's opinions—defines your direction. Episode Highlights The “opening”: the moment you realize you can author a different story than the one you were handed. From people-pleasing to permission: upsetting others vs. honoring your inner yes. Mind-Body-Spirit integration: why meditation quiets the narrative so the body's intelligence can be heard. Community as medicine: when you can't hold the frequency, let safe containers hold it for you. Identity shifts: you are not your past roles (spouse, fixer, PTA star, marathoner); you are the one choosing what's next. Resources Mentioned Group meditation & mantra practice (Chopra Center origins) Lee Harris retreats/“Soul Magic” weekends Nature as regulation (beach, trees, grounding) A Course in Miracles prompt: “Am I willing to see this differently?” About Wendi With contagious joy and heart, all that Wendi Cohen offers is with the intention of healthy change. She has been a dynamic and instrumental force helping people from all over the world as an educator and mentor in the field of spirituality and wellness. Highly regarded for her many years at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, she managed and facilitated their signature program, Perfect Health. Working with Dr. Deepak Chopra and being involved with cutting edge research in meditation and Ayurveda there, Wendi has been up close and personal with the brightest minds in the wellness industry. Now working with Lee Harris Energy, she is the Director of Studio Operations and a producer who uses her creative prowess, intuition and vision to support transformational work. What makes her special in this field, is that she found meditation and mindfulness on her own path to healing after being diagnosed with a rare and chronic illness in 2003. Her insatiable curiosity and ability to think outside of the box led her to looking at integrative approaches. That is when she had profound shifts in her health and also fell in love with meditation. As a result of her journey, Wendi has a deep capacity to understand the many challenges people face when looking at healing and transformation. She is also a board certified Integrative NLP Practitioner and trained in Authentic Communication. Being of service is when Wendi is the happiest - supporting people so they feel more peaceful, clear, and grounded, experiencing more love and inspiration in their lives is what lights her up. Her mantra is "follow the fun" and that is EXACTLY what she hopes to inspire in others. The Humility of Healing... By Wendi Cohen Healing is often a misunderstood journey that reveals lessons in humility and the chance for deep learning, uncovering aspects of ourselves, if and only if, we are willing to look at them. By allowing and receiving, staying open and getting creative, thinking with our hearts while feeling our bodies, there can be some profound shifts in how we experience the challenge - whether it is physical, emotional or heart based. In my case, it was learning to navigate a new 'normal' after a life-changing diagnosis that rocked my world. My path has been messy while stunningly beautiful, scary and empowering - filled with moments I'd never ever want to revisit AND also so many moments of being the recipient of so much love and generosity, from unexpected places. When we have a better understanding that healing isn't necessarily linear - that it can be like a game of chutes and ladders or riding a roller coaster that takes your breath away, heart opening and heart breaking - but with the infusion of creativity, receptivity, a sense of humor and beginning new each day, it can become less jarring. Now twenty years later, to have had the good fortune to learn and then work with some of the most extraordinary visionaries, teachers, healers, and with my clients, I am truly humbled by it all - the good, the challenging and what has yet to come. Afraid You'll Mess This Up? How to Stop Analysis Paralysis After Infidelity (Regulate First, Decide Second) “Just because you make the final decision does not mean you were the cause.” — Lora Cheadle Terrified you'll make the wrong move and “blow up” your life—even though you didn't cause the betrayal? In this episode, Lora Cheadle breaks down why smart, high-achieving women get stuck in analysis paralysis after infidelity and how to shift from panic to self-trust. Learn to spot fight/flight/freeze/fawn (fix), regulate your nervous system in minutes, and make clear decisions you won't regret. You'll also get a powerful responsibility reframe (final decision ≠ cause) plus Lora's unforgettable “dog-poop on the carpet” analogy to help you choose the right next step—therapy, coaching, or pause—without fear of “messing it up.” Perfect for women ready to reclaim their voice, their worth, and their future. Top 3 Takeaways Regulate before you decide: Identify fight/flight/freeze/fawn and use quick somatic resets to bring your thinking brain back online. Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour #640 is an hour of intrepid, visionary acoustic improvised music played by The Gaea Star Band with Mariam Massaro on vocals, Native flute, double flutes, shruti box, acoustic guitar, 8- and 4-string ukuleles and mandolin, Bob Sherwood on piano and Craig Harris on Native drum and congas. Recorded live at Singing Brook Studio in Worthington, Massachusetts in late September of 2025, today's show begins with the dancing, sprightly “Oh, There's Time To Weave It All Together”, a pretty folk song led by Mariam's leaping vocal and chiming 8-string ukulele. Next up is the powerful “May We Seek Our True Self”, a profound message expressed by Mariam and supported by an inspired piano motif from Bob and “Let's Greet The Moment” is a dramatic, minimalist groove set up by Craig's steady conga work and Mariam's steady ukulele. “Wizards In Hiding” is a mystical, bluesy invention with racing, riffing piano and “Oh, Mother Nature's Serenity” is another racing, skipping autumn anthem with a fine, imaginative vocal from Mariam above her twangy, evocative mandolin. “Goodbye Moonlight” is a gorgeous classical art song with excellent contributions from the whole ensemble supporting Mariam's energized, ambitious vocal and “Solare” is a fantastical, unusual song from Mariam's “Release” album, played with drive, sensitivity and élan by The Gaea Star Band. “Oh For The Beauty (Let It Take You Home)” is a pretty, delicate folk song supported by Mariam's acoustic guitar and Craig's steady, heartbeat Native drum that weaves clouds of piano with Mariam's deeply poetic, emotional vocal. Today's show concludes with a tight, inspired take of Mariam's island song “Shamiyaya” also from the “Release” album. Learn more about Mariam here: http://www.mariammassaro.com

Glynda begins The Genesis Code describing her early days when a voice and mystery began to call to her. Glynda-Lee says “The voice said things are not what they appear to be hinting to me secret opportunities that in the fertile soil of the unmapped territory of my interior landscape, the message that had been planted would ripen and guide me on a shimmering path deeper and deeper into a timeless vault of hidden promises that would one day through the most unlikely source-Genesis reveal secrets about life and our purpose in living it. www.thegenesiscode.com/ Learn more about Sheryl here: http://www.sherylglick.com/

Story Rolling: Outdoor Wheelchair Access Guest Tina Guenette, Founder, President and CEO of RAMP ( Real Access Motivates Progress) An astonishing number of people rely on wheelchairs and mobility aids... veterans disabled in war... young victims of driving accidents... patients harmed by failed medical procedures... people suffering from neurodegenerative diseases... elderly moving from a cane to a walker and on to a wheel chair, as their bodies age and weaken... and pediatric brain cancer patients being wheeled around in strollers. We all know someone, and yet we are unlikely to see many of these people out and about, because so much of the environment is ill designed for those with restricted mobility. Guest Tina Guenette explains the massive scope of such limited accessibility and brings the bigger story out into the light. Tina is the founder of RAMP, which stands for Real Access Motivates Progress. RAMP is a national non-profit dedicated to smashing barriers for people with disabilities. The organization champions accessibility and promotes equal opportunities through innovation, advocacy and education, fostering a more equitable future for citizens with mobility disabilities. Tina is both a motivational speaker and a living testament to the power of perseverance. After surviving four battles with cancer, multiple strokes and heart attacks, Tina faced her greatest challenge in 2014, when a spinal stroke during routine surgery left her paralyzed from the waist down. Her firsthand experience, navigating a world not built for her, ignited a fire to educate, empower and create systemic change. Refusing to let her wheelchair define her limits, Tina channeled her journey into action and founded RAMP in 2019. As its President and CEO, she fights tirelessly to transform inaccessible spaces and mindsets, proving that true progress begins with inclusion. She shows how we can all make a difference for those less mobile than us, and her impact has earned nationwide acclaim. The Truth About Closure: Why We Want It, How to Get It & When to Walk Away “Know who you're dealing with before you seek closure. Can you be okay with every possible reaction? If not, don't set yourself up for more harm.” — Dr. Gary McClain “If I could just get closure…” How many times have you said those words after betrayal, breakup, or loss? In this powerful episode of FLAUNT!, Lora Cheadle sits down with Dr. Gary McClain—psychotherapist, relationship coach, and author of The Power of Closure: Why We Want It, How to Get It, and When to Walk Away. Together, they unravel the myths about closure, why we crave it, and the surprising ways it can either heal or harm us. From ghosting to infidelity, narcissistic partners to unspoken endings, you'll learn how to stop chasing the fairytale ending and start creating compassionate closure—whether or not the other person is willing to participate. This is the episode that will change the way you think about “the end” forever. Top 3 Takeaways Closure isn't always what you think it is. Sometimes it's not about a neat ending—it's about validating yourself, choosing compassion, and walking away whole. Intentions matter. Before seeking closure, ask yourself: Do I want understanding, forgiveness, to be “right,” or to hurt them back? Your intention determines your outcome. You don't always need them to heal. Even if the betrayer refuses contact (or is unavailable), you can find closure by processing your grief, reconnecting with yourself, and embracing life again. “Closure doesn't always come from them—it often comes from choosing yourself.” – Lora Cheadle Subscribe, rate, and review FLAUNT! to help others uncover the power of radical self-worth and post-betrayal joy Join Sanctuary of the Soul — Just $47/month Your safe haven for healing after betrayal. Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour #639 is an inspired hour of acoustic improvised music played by The Gaea Star Band with Mariam Massaro on vocals, Native flute, double flute, harmonica, acoustic 6- and 12-string guitars, mandolin and ukulele, Bob Sherwood on piano and Craig Harris on congas and Native drum. Recorded live in late September of 2025 at Singing Brook Studio in Worthington, Massachusetts, today's show begins with the deeply spiritual raga “Let's All Live As If We Know Who We Are”, a somber and darkly beautiful song led by Mariam's chiming 12-string Martin acoustic and Craig's fundamental heartbeat drum. “Flowing On Singing Your Songs” provides an enormous contrast to the first piece as a dancing, lighthearted folk song built around Mariam's skipping ukulele and Bob's blues piano and “It's Never Too Late To Gather” is a pretty, minor-keyed tone poem with a lovely vocal and affecting double flute from Mariam over imaginative piano and earthy Native drum. “Let's Make A Wish For Peaceful Joy” features Mariam's chiming mandolin and a fine, active vocal as well as Craig's skipping conga groove and “Surrender To Just Flowing Celebration” is a pretty folk ballad with a lovely foundation of Mariam's acoustic guitar, Craig's throbbing Native drum and Bob's relaxed, minimalist piano and we close today's show with two classic songs from Mariam, the driving, impassioned “Trust” and the wistful country rock ballad “I Was Wondering”. Social Media as a Lifeline: Insights from Shawn Teasley On this episode of the Make Mental Health Matter Show with host Kelli Melissa Reinhardt, with special guest Shawn Teasley. Little bit about Shawn's story from her: I work at the intersection of marketing and mental health awareness, and one area I'm especially passionate about is the fine line between social media and its impact on our well-being. Boundaries around how we use these platforms are critical, but social media is also one of the most powerful ways to get mental health resources into people's hands. With September being Suicide Awareness Month, I'm especially mindful of how awareness days like Suicide Prevention Day can spark education, support, and meaningful conversations. I believe we can use these platforms not just for connection, but as lifelines to normalize mental health discussions and ensure more people know they're not alone. Short bio: Shawn Teasley is a marketing and social media strategist passionate about digital marketing, storytelling, and social media. As the owner of Social Tonic, she consults, trains, and mentors teams, helping businesses streamline marketing through done-for-you services or in-house training. Dedicated to supporting startups and entrepreneurs, Shawn offers strategic guidance and creative solutions. Inspired by her father's entrepreneurial spirit, she loves helping brands establish their presence and grow with confidence. Her approach makes marketing strategic, sustainable, and low-stress, allowing business owners to focus on what they do best. Optimal Health, Unlimited Energy: Dr. Michelle Jorgensen “If you're treating symptoms, you're simply dealing with the warning lights your body's giving you. … Taking ibuprofen for a headache is disconnecting the fuse. The reason the headache didn't get addressed whatsoever. But the light's out. So then you just pull back on the road and you drive on feeling good about yourself, because there's no more light. But all you've done is disconnect the fuse. So, my philosophy is all about finding why the engine light's on to begin with.” Medicine is really all about knowing how your cells and body work and what to do proactively to keep them well. Instead of ignoring or covering up symptoms, you'll learn how to use those symptoms to identify the formulas your cells need to return to wellness. When you learn how one of your cells does all its magnificent work, and what it requires to stay well, fend off disease, rebuild, and return to health when needed, then you will know what it takes for your entire body to be well. The Constructed Self: Exploring the Concept of Invention in Human Identity We all know that smartphones, iPads, and computers are inventions, but generally, we don't tend to think of ourselves as inventions. If you meet somebody and they say, "Where are you from?" They're not asking, "Where were you manufactured?" Or they're not saying, "Where were you invented?" They're just, "Where were you born?" So we would not quite use that 'invention' word to describe our human personalities. However, if we delve even deeper, there is a workbook lesson in the Course where Jesus says, "I have invented the world I see." So he's using the invented word. All inventions are constructed. They're like products, but the mind has fallen asleep and forgotten that it believes in separation from God and forgot that it's dreaming. So it doesn't tend to think of itself as a construct. Jesus says, "You think of the body as an end instead of a means.” New events with David Hoffmeister and Living Miracles The Way of the Mystic – Weekend Revivals.
