Michael and Cory break down the additions of defensive backs Isaiah Crowell and Darius Edmundson and the four-star commit from edge rusher Brandon Cleveland. What does each player add to the defense in the future? What took place for the Wolfpack to pull Cleveland out of Florida? How many spots are left after the Pack has now reached double-digit commits for the 2022 class? And most importantly -- who's next?

We’ve got a very special guest on this week’s episode! To start, we go straight into our hot-off-the-presses rumor mill (2:05 - 12:49). Then, we recap the end of ESPN’s The Last Dance (13:00 - 26:07) before we chat with NFL stud running back Isaiah Crowell (26:19 - 42:16). After that, we give our updates on sports returning (42:17 - 51:50) before we wrap up with TTT - The Top Tier about the best rivalries (51:57 - 1:04:50). Stay safe and stay sane!
With the 24th pick of the 2019 NFL Draft, the Raiders selected talented running back Josh Jacobs out of Alabama. They had also signed Isaiah Crowell to a a newl deal, but he was abruptly lost for the season with a torn achilles. In a corresponding move, the team also brought back veteran Doug Martin. Jalen Richard is still on the roster as well, and he actually finished as the #29 back in PPR formats. How high are you willing to take Jacobs in 2019? How about Richard in PPR formats? We discuss.
With the 2019 NFL Draft in the rearview mirror, we’ve been taking a long look at each team’s offseason acquisitions to gauge who got better, who got worse, and who stayed the same. In this week’s fantasy football podcast, Liz Loza and Matt Harmon continue to review the state of some key squads. And how could they talk team changes without mentioning the big trade the Miami Dolphins pulled off that sent quarterback Josh Rosen to the Sunshine State? Is there a chance Chosen Rosen can revive his career as a ‘Fin, or is he just a placeholder in Tankville (2:00)?Liz and Matt also discuss rookie runner Josh Jacobs who, after the unfortunate season-ending Achilles tear suffered by Isaiah Crowell, looks like the man in Oakland (12:40). Where will you draft him in fantasy this season?[Join or create a 2019 Yahoo Fantasy Football league for free today]In transactional news, there are rumors of Dak Prescott and Amari Cooper “teaming up” to try and get PAID by the Cowboys (17:40). In a new segment, Liz and Matt deliver a stock watch for NFL teams like the Seahawks, as well as the Falcons, Eagles, Packers, 49ers — who’s rising, who’s falling (22:15)?And in the same vein of a stock watch, Liz and Matt reveal the players whom they’re hearing a Jumanji drumbeat for (you remember that drumbeat, c’mon). Matt’s hearing it for Ronald Jones and James Washington, while Liz is hearing it for D’Onta Foreman (40:20).Don’t forget to leave a voicemail on a future episode of Liz and Matt’s Help Line by calling (888) 85-YAHOO or (888) 859-2466.If you missed Liz and Matt's AFC draft recap, check them out on the Yahoo Sports NFL Podcast. Please remember to rate, review and subscribe on your podcast provider of choice and send us your questions for future episodes on Twitter @YahooFantasy.Follow Liz @LizLoza_FFFollow Matt @MattHarmon_BYB See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Joe and Dane open the second hour of the show looking at the backfield situation for the Raiders with Isaiah Crowell being lost for the season with an achilles tear, and Joe says the Raiders were smart to draft Josh Jacobs. Joe and Dane talk about how Daniel Jones is getting thrown under the bus, and not being given a chance to show who he is, thank to the Dave Gettleman and the Giants seemingly hiding him from the press. The guys talk about a trade in the FNTSY Pit baseball league, and how how trash talking can spell out karma, after a trash talker traded for Corey Kluber, who now is hitting IL with a broken arm. Later, Dane comes up with an idea for MLB Wild Card, involving a doubleheader. Joe also ends the hour saying how much he loves the toughness seen in the Blazers-Nuggets series Learn more about your ad-choices at https://news.iheart.com/podcast-advertisers

Although things aren't as exciting as they were a few days ago, the Jets remain active in free agency. We are starting the second wave, and it probably is as important as the first wave. The team still has a lot of hole to fill. The players signed from this point forward generally won't be big names or make big money. A team that knows what it's doing can fill holes on the cheap this time of year. The Jets made some moves on Thursday within this phase of free agency. The team retained nose tackle Steve McLendon. If you have followed my work, you probably know my thoughts on McLendon and how keeping him around pleases me. The team also signed slot corner Brian Poole from Atlanta and cut Isaiah Crowell after just one season. In other news, a couple of former Jets ended up in New England. We will discuss all of this on today's podcast. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

As Jets fans bask in the glow of Sunday's big win, a number of the game's stars are receiving high praise. Isaiah Crowell had a historic day running the football. Robby Anderson and Leonard Williams had big statistical days of their own. Morris Claiborne and the offensive line put up quality performances. While acknowledging these encouraging games, on today's podcast we are going to look in a different direction. The show will focus on players doing things that have not generated a ton of attention. These aren't all small name players. One in particular is a high profile guy. But the players we will discuss on today's show aren't generating as much buzz as many of their teammates. We will discuss three guys who are positives and three who are negatives.
