This week I'm talking to Adam "Prosauce" Prosise of REEB Cycles in Lyons, Colorado. Adam machines and welds a ton of beautiful bicycles at Reeb, while riding like a maniac and still managing to run his own side hustle - Prosise Metal Works. He is a much stronger MTB rider than most framebuilders and we discuss how his riding and racing inform his fabrication and design work. We talked a lot about how a job he held for 5 years prior to REEB prepared him for success. I'm always interested in the Full Suspension bike design discussion and that was no disappointment either. Buckle up, it's a long one! Check out REEB, Prosise Metal Works, and Adam's personal accounts.

For the 12 hours following the loss to the Arizona Cardinals, the emotions of Seahawks fans may have sunk to a season low. After the loss of Chris Carson and C.J. Prosise to injury in the matter of a few plays, Seattle fans were collectively asking the question if Marshawn Lynch was well enough to suit back up one more time in the blue and green.  As things turned out, a return had already been in the works prior to Sunday's game against the Cardinals. Will the emotion of the move be enough to help motivate the Seahawks toward victory on Sunday? There is a lot for the Seahawks to overcome as Duane Brown is likely don’t for the season and both Mike Iupati and Joey Hunt are hurt. Can an offensive line that allowed a huge day for Chandler Jones rebound against Nick Bosa and the other four first round picks on the stacked 49ers defensive line? On the other side of the ball, can Jadeveon Clowney return and have a similar performance to his game against the 49ers in Week 10? If Seattle is going to get to the quarterback, they're going to have to do so with their front four, because now George Kittle is back and is having a monster season. We take a look at both playoff scenarios with a win or loss in Week 17. After the news broke following Sunday's loss to the Cardinals that both Chris Carson would likely be out for the season with a hip injury and C.J. Prosise was out with a broken arm, Seahawks fans collectively thought of the one person who could return and offer the team a spark heading into the post season. At this point of the season, who else other than Marshawn Lynch knows the Seahawks offense well enough to jump right in ahead of a critical matchup with the San Francisco 49ers. Maybe Robert Turbin? With all of the talk about Chris Carson taking care of the football after fumbling in each of his first three games, he played like a man who wanted to absolutely erase any doubts about whether he should lose playing time. Carson touched the ball 26 times for 145 yards in this game and was every bit the physical presence we were used to seeing last season. The Seahawks get the 27-10 victory in Arizona and appeared to come out of the stadium healthy, as that has been an issue in past seasons for the team. Russell Wilson took care of the football and added another touchdown pass to Will Dissly this season. C.J. Prosise ran in for a 9-yard score and Jadeveon Clowney intercepted a Kyler Murray pass to David Johnson to help put the Seahawks up by two scores in the first quarter. As Seahawks fans are coping with the first September loss at home in the Pete Carroll era, Adam and Brandan are looking for who to blame. When the opposing team scores in every phase of the game and you need more than one hand to count some of the questionable coaching moves in the game, the answer is clear. But a majority of those coaching calls came down to playing an aggressive style of football. Except for a decision to not call timeout at the end of the first half and a decision to not go for a two-point conversion late in the game. Those calls are still a bit tough to explain. Luke Willson is back on the team for the Seahawks and says that Techno Thursday will return, but Bobby Wagner may be the wet blanket that keeps that as something of the past. Russell Wilson threw for more than 400 yards and demonstrated once again how yards don't matter. The guys preview Sunday's matchup with the Cardinals and what to expect from Arizona's offense through the first few games. In the closing segments of the show, Brandan calls out a Redskins employee in charge of Gatorade and Adam says the NFL went too far by banning pyrotechnics. Better at life nods go to a young Seahawks fan who made a trip out to Seattle and to Nelson Agholor for inviting a critical fan to an upcoming game. This Saturday at 1pm PT is the deadline for the Seahawks to have their roster cut down from 90 players to 53. Alistair Corp joins the show to talk about his latest roster projection going into the final preseason game against the Oakland Raiders. We start out on offense and discuss whether or not C.J. Prosise deserves to remain on the roster and whether or not the team will carry a fullback into Week 1. Wide receiver has questions regarding who will be the fifth and maybe sixth spot in that group and there are questions of who to keep at tight end. Fortunately there aren't any difficult decisions when it comes to the three special teams players. After the break we take a look at the defensive side of the ball and the many questions on the defensive line. Could they decide to only carry three interior defenders so the team can carry upwards of six defensive ends to help provide depth with so many injuries going into the first week of the season. Linebacker provides the greatest amount of depth, which means that it will be tough to keep Austin Calitro, Shaquem Griffin and rookie linebacker Ben Burr-Kirven. Alistair thinks that despite a strong preseason, DeShawn Shead may not be able to hold a spot on the roster considering the amount of depth and young talent competing at safety with McDougald, Thompson, Blair and Amadi all appearing to be locks to make the final 53-man roster. The Seahawks defeat the Los Angeles Chargers in week 3 of the preseason and Russell Wilson looked good once again behind a strong offensive line. Rob Staton of Seahawks Draft Blog joins Brandan to talk about the game and how mcuh has changed to now have the line seemingly as a strength of the team (2:52). In a bit of a frustrating development, C.J. Prosise looked great on his carries (6:09), and it makes you wonder how things would have changed in recent years with a healthy Prosise at running back. Tyler locked at John Ursua both had big gains in the game (8:40), Rob talks about the suddenness that Ursua has demonstrated in limited time and how we should expect to see him on the 53-man roster. Who else gets kept at that position (10:23), particularly with Gary Jennings and Jazz Ferguson not showing much? While the offense appears to be the strength of the team, Rob has some positive notes with regard to the Seahawks defense (17:40). After the break, Rob and Brandan talk about the news of Andrew Luck's retirement (24:22) and reflect back on the Seahawks 2012 Draft class (27:05). Rob wonders how the Seahawks would be perceived now had they selected Russell Wilson at 15 overall in 2012? (28:50). Over on the Seahawks Draft Blog, Rob has a recent post on the college football players to watch in 2019 (34:33) and how he lists Jordan Love among Top 3 QBs to watch in college this season (38:25). We look at an early mock draft to discuss a Michigan State pass rusher that is linked to the Seahawks (40:09). Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Fantasy Football Podcast: RotoUnderworld Radio - Mind of Mansion Ep 411: The Podfather Matt Kelley (@Fantasy_Mansion) and Kevin Cole (@Cole_Kev) insist Andrew Luck has assumed his position as the most overrated quarterback in the NFL. I love this new NFL. Is football better off with less vicious defense and more scoring? Why should more teams go for two like the Eagles last week? Is it a fallacy that the run sets up the pass in the NFL? 50% run - 50% pass is considered balanced. That’s 50% stupid. How successful would Mike Leach be as an nfl offensive coordinator? Are we in the midst of an analytics Renaissance in the NFL? If you had to pick an arbitrary percentage, how much more optimal are NFL play calls in 2018 vs. 2017? Does running back matter? Do the Eagles need to trade for an RB? Pick one: Smallwood or Clement? Who were the two biggest surprises when you finished your NFL Power Rankings: https://twitter.com/Cole_Kev/status/1049399393152106499 How much better would the Browns be with Sashi? GAME: Overrated Who is the most overrated QB in the NFL? Who is the most overrated RB in the NFL? Who is the most overrated WR in the NFL? Who is the most overrated TE in the NFL? Zach Ertz is a better fantasy option than Rob Gronkowski this season. Next Marshall Faulk: Christian McCaffrey or Alvin Kamara? How did so many teams miss on Patrick Mahomes? Is Derek Carr actually poor in the red zone. Davante Adams is still underrated. Better back: Carlos Hyde or Isaiah Crowell? Austin Ekeler is better than Danny Woodhead. Will Green Bay ever commit to Aaron Jones? Is Tre'Quan Smith going to have a better career than Calvin Ridley? Will Russell Wilson ever be fully unlocked? Is David Moore for real? Jalen Richard is the most underrated RB in the NFL. Who is the most underrated WR in the NFL? More explosive, high upside prospect: Nick Chubb or Sony Michel? Eagles are implying running back doesn't matter. Ready to trust Mitchell Trubisky this week? C.J. Prosise needs to be freed. Deshaun Watson can lead the Texans to a Super Bowl.
