Brock and Salk go through some sound of Seahawks that made headlines yesterday, including Demarcus Lawrence in his interview with Hawkblogger in which he had some choice words for the Cowboys. It’s official, pitchers and catchers report to spring training today which marks the beginning of the baseball season. We were finally introduced to the Seahawks new OC Klint Kubiak at his press conference yesterday. // Need to Know: All pitchers and catchers are reporting to their teams’ facilities and Cal Raleigh has high hopes for the Mariners. Klint Kubiak spoke at his first press conference as a Seahawk, he outlined his plan for the Seahawks offense including the running game. Geno Smith is almost confirmed to be staying in Seattle as Klint Kubiak spoke about the QB position. // We give you our interview with NFL Hall of Famer Kurt Warner from yesterday that dove into Geno Smith, the Super Bowl, and the current state of the NFL. 

It is the beginning of the transition to baseball season as players are reporting to their clubs and there is one Mariners prospect that has one analyst says one young player has an insane WAR. // Need to Know: All pitchers and catchers are reporting to their teams’ facilities and Cal Raleigh has high hopes for the Mariners. Then, they welcome on Matt Miller, ESPN Draft Analyst, to begin to go through the upcoming NFL Draft and players that would fits what the Seahawks are looking for.

Salk opens the hour by showing his appreciation for Tyler Lockett and the incredible Seahawks career that he's had, considering that this Sunday could be his final game as a Seahawk. Then, they re-air their conversation with Kenny Albert of FOX Sports, who is broadcasting the Seahawks-Rams game this Sunday, to preview the contest with him.
