Trimania is back and we kicked off Season 7 with Operations Manager, Lauren McLaughlin, and Special Events & Development Coordinator Sydney O'Shei, from Buffalo Arts Studio. Buffalo Arts Studio is a 20,000 sq foot art center established in 1991 to provide safe and affordable studio space and impactful exposure for visual artists while also offering arts education and meaningful arts access for the entire community. In the late 1990s, the largest and most ambitious art party was created as a fundraiser for Buffalo Arts Studio, Just Buffalo Literary Center, and Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center, all organizations housed in the newly redeveloped Tri-Main Center. The event was aptly named “Trimania” as a play on its Tri-Main Center location, its tri-annual schedule, and its support of three area cultural organizations. Trimania took the randomness of chance encounters with art and music to a new level with the support of their landlord Tri-Main Management, who provided access to almost every inch of the 600,000 square-foot Tri-Main Center. After Just Buffalo Literary Center and Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center moved out the Tri-Main center, BAS continued holding the tri-annual fundraiser. After a 7-year hiatus due to covid, the much-anticipated fundraiser is back for its reboot!

It's easy to talk about concepts about pursuing a spiritual life. We often hear it from articles, books, coaches, and shows all over the internet. What often gets people stuck is how to get out of their own way and implement the HOWs. My friend and guest, ordained minister and author Lauren McLaughlin, shares valuable lessons we need to be reminded of every day, and the truth that we each came to planet earth to have a happy, fulfilling life experience, and whenever we connect to our SELF, life doesn't have to be so hard. Key points covered in this episode: ✔️ Gratitude is the best tool for anyone to use for any problem on the planet. Lauren believes this is a practice anyone can do, especially for those who are too caught up in overcomplicating and overthinking. Take a step back and look at everything you have in your life. Often you find that there are so many amazing things to be grateful for.

Youtube Version https://youtu.be/C-oVYxdu7Pw https://conscious7.com Lauren McLaughlin : We have created The Entrepreneurial Edge Experience with you in mind. We created this experience so you can take advantage of our mistakes and learn the skills to build a strong personal foundation to address those niggling worries, doubts, negative thoughts that may keep you up at night. We wholeheartedly want to help and guide you to be in control of your emotions rather than emotions controlling you so you can unhook yourself from unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviors and be in control rather than your emotions controlling you. We wasted a lot of time striving and while hindsight is a great thing, without insight and foresight, you will waste and extraordinary time being pulled in the wrong directions. As the saying goes 'Time waits for no one”.
