What if winning at trading wasn't about being right... but about not losing?I used to think trading was about being right — now, I realize it's about protecting every penny and moving faster than the market can fake you out. In today's episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on a major shift happening in my own trading style — and why it's making a huge difference.I'm sharing what I learned from Master Yoda himself (our legendary coach James Leone), why scratching trades is smarter than chasing wins, and how I'm setting up a smoother, more resilient path to financial freedom in 2025.Whether you're deep in the game or just curious about how trading really works, this one's packed with the kind of real talk most people won't tell you.https://creators.spotify.com/pod/show/zach-schuenke/episodes/Why-Trading-Is-About-Not-Losing-And-How-Im-Changing-My-Style-e301avo

"Do, or do not; there is no try" is without a doubt one of the most famous lines in the history of cinema. It is also one of the most quoted pieces of pop philosophy in recent years. But what does it actually mean? How can you *do* something without first *trying* to do that thing? Join me as I share some thoughts about this profound statement by Master Yoda.
Whether retrieving an X Wing from a swamp or mastering our perspectives from day to day, Master Yoda provides instruction for success.

Get back to basics with....DEVELOPMENT BASICS The Biblical Basis for Development for Nonprofit Leaders https://www.fundraisingmasterminds.net/development-basics NEED HELP WITH YOUR NONPROFIT? Most nonprofits are under-funded. Even if you think your nonprofit is doing well, we've found you could be doing much better. However, most nonprofits don't have a clear development strategy that keeps them grounded. As a result, they "get creative" and "try new things" based on what is popular or trending, or they get comfortable with where they are at and don't realize the dangers they will be facing in just a few short years. The Perfect Vision Dinner Course is a 20-week "live video" course that addresses this problem head on. The course was developed by Jim Dempsey after 38+ years as a Senior Development Director at Cru. After Jim had personally done over 2,500 vision dinners in his lifetime and raised over $1 billion worldwide, Jim and Jason have partnered together to bring you Fundraising Masterminds. Our first course, The Perfect Vision Dinner is a time-tested proven formula that will introduce our development system and grow your nonprofit to its maximum potential. The course includes 20-hours of personalized development coaching from Jim Dempsey and Jason Galicinski and also includes a real-time community group where you have access to everyone attending the course and also our Masterminds throughout the course. The goal for this course is to fully equip you with a Biblical basis for Development so that you can Win, Keep and Lift new partners to higher levels of involvement with your nonprofit. → https://FundraisingMasterminds.net FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA: → Instagram: https://instagram.com/fundraising.masterminds → Facebook: https://facebook.com/fundraising.masterminds Episode Keywords: Lifestyle stewardship, donor relationships, intentional fund development, structured approach, lifestyle stewardship teaching, Christian market, giving competition, mindset shift, mentorship in development, trial and error, fundraising tactics, fundraising evolution, fundraising philosophy, leadership in fund development, intentional living and giving, intentional living adn giving, intentional living, living an intentional life, larry o'nan, intentional giving, fundraising masterminds, masterminds podcast, jason galicinski, jim dempsey, life stewardship, biblical life stewardship, relational development, relational development model, comprehensive development model, development model, principles of biblical life stewardship, abundance mentality, mindset of biblical development, jim. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/fundraising-masterminds/support

Plo Koon is sent to find the source of a distress signal sent to the Jedi Temple. Plo & his Bros search during a sand storm and find a ship that crashed ages ago. Plo discovers a lightsaber in the wreckage. Plo Spacetimes(™) the temple and tells them the ship belonged to long-lost Jedi Master Sifo-Dyas. The council reminds the viewers that Sifo-Dyas was the one who ordered the production of the clone army without the blessing of the council or the senate. Sifo-Dyas was sent to Falucia to negotiate a peace and he was killed there. No one knows what happened to his body since the Chancellor has ordered the files sealed. Yoda sends Obi-Wan and Anakin to Felucia to investigate, while he himself speaks with Chancellor Palpatine. Palpatine tells Yoda the prior Chancellor Valorum sealed the files. Valorum tells Yoda that Sifo-Dyas was to speak with the Pykes, a group that runs the spice trade, and he locked the files so that news didn't get out; as speaking with the Pykes would be like negotiating with the Taliban in the aughts. Based on Palpatine's comments, Yoda believed a second Jedi was with Sifo-Dyas, but Valorum assures Yoda that only his personal aide, Silman, accompanied Sifo-Dyas.Palpatine, as Sidious, Spacetimes(™) Dooku to have him cover his tracks and stop the Jedi investigation on Felucia. Obi-Wan and Anakin speak with the Pykes, after some Jedi persuasion the Pykes admit they shot down Sifo-Dyas' ship and gave his body to Lord Tyranus, but kept Silman alive and imprisoned. The Pykes offer Silman (now a crazy loon after all this time in solitary) to the Jedi to settle the affair. Meanwhile, Dooku shows up on Felucia, fights his way through some guards, and force-chokes Silman while literally standing right behind Obi-Wan and Anakin. A lightsaber duel ensues, during which it is revealed that Dooku is Tyranus! Dooku escapes. The boys inform the council of what they discovered. Yoda tells everyone they must keep it a secret so as not to discredit the creation of the clones and the war effort. The Jedi have leared that Dooku is the person who ordered the clone army: Yoda is meditating on this knowledge when he hears the voice of Qui-Gon Jinn, who explains that he has become part of the living force. Yoda informs the council and they all meditate together, but no one else hears the voice from beyond. In order to determine if the voice is truly from the Force, or a trick by the Sith, Yoda undergoes a meditative trance/induced coma in a sensory deprivation tank. Yoda sees a vision of a swamp planet and the voice of Qui-Gon tells him he must go to Dagobah to complete what Qui-Gon could not. Skywalker escorts Yoda to a hangar, where R2-D2 and Yoda depart for Dagobah in a fighter.R2 stays with the fighter in a desperate attempt to avoid any issues with him being on Dagobah with Master Yoda and knowing both how to get there and exactly who Yoda is. Yoda speaks more with Qui-Gon, who explains that he is now outside of linear time, like the Prophets of Bajor or Dr. Manhattan. Yoda sees visions of the dark future to come. Qui-Gon explains that Yoda he has been chosen to learn how to become part of the Force after death, as Qui-gon was, so that he can be a voice of light in the times to come. Yoda departs Dagobah, letting the Force guide him towards the origin of life in the Galaxy.https://twitter.com/ClosingCrawlhttps://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/closing-crawl/id1530133296https://www.closingcrawl.com/Merch at: https://bit.ly/spacetimetm

Unity is a non-denominational Spiritual Community in Central Oregon. Join us each week for some great music, a little bit of silliness, and a lot of inspirational soul food. All are welcome! This week: Rev. Jim Pasmore shares, “Discover the Sage Within". This Sunday we will be introducing the third power in the Unity 12 Powers Series, Wisdom. We will be looking at a clip from “The Empire Strikes Back” and looking at Luke's hero's journey and the mystical messages revealed from the wise sage Master Yoda. So, get ready to meet not just Luke and the sage Yoda, but your inner sage as well. Everyone here and everyone everywhere has a wise elder, a sage within. There are no exceptions. Age is no barrier; circumstances are no barrier. Nothing can prevent your sage within from being a blessing and guide for you if you will just take time to ask and listen in the silence. We are at a crossroads in our planetary evolution. As a species we are facing an existential crisis. We cannot depend on knowledge, technology or even wisdom alone to solve our crisis. We must birth an entirely new human species. We must become Homo Amor (amor = love). As we combine Homo Sapiens (sapiens = wise) and Homo Amor (love consciousness) we can declare: “I am wisdom, I am love, I am everyone, and everyone is me”. This is the consciousness that will transform our planet into a world that works for all. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Submit your prayer claims online!: http://bit.ly/prayerclaim Please TXT donations to: (833) 455-1960 or Donate on our website: https://unitycentraloregon.org/donate/ Donate via Paypal: http://bit.ly/donateunitybend More goodness on our website: [www.UnityCentralOregon.org](http://www.unitycentraloregon.org/)

How did Luke actually learn to use his lightsaber good enough to fight Darth Vader in Empire Strikes Back? Master Yoda taught Mace Windu and Count Dooku, two of the best (arguable) lightsaber duelists in Star Wars. Surely, he knew how to teach Luke the most he could in the shortest amount of time. At the very end of Star Wars Revenge of the Sith, Master Yoda is visited by Qui-Gon Jinn during his meditation in a deleted scene that never made the final film. The scene was written in the script (can be found online) and in the novelization. The scene was later digitally inserted in the clone wars however it doesn't have the same feeling and confuses the timeline. If Yoda spoke to Qui-Gon before this, then he would have told him sooner in the films just like in the animated series. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
The 501st are the clone troopers loyal to Anakin Skywalker. They fought with him during the clone wars, and marched the temple with him during Order 66. Now as for who the Jedi were, I don't know but I do know who they aren't. They're not cin drallig, as Anakin was fighting him in the hologram obi wan sees back at the Jedi temple, and Anakin also terminated Cin Drallig in the Revenge of the Sith video game and the novelization, so I doubt this would be how Drallig dies. The other two are just Jedi knights I think who are probably stationed there to protect grogu, maybe by orders of master Yoda, or someone else. As for who took Grogu, I'm not sure, but ‘ll make some theory videos on who I think it might be. Also I zoomed in on his lightsaber, and it's not Cin Drallig's. Pretty insane how the 501st shoot at the already lifeless body of the Jedi. Now what's interesting is what's on the walls. This symbol as has been shared online a lot now, is Barris Offee's symbol that can be seen here when Anakin is confronting her in her chambers in the Clone Wars. Barriss betrayed Ahsoka and framed her, and in the end the truth was revealed that Barriss was the one behind it all and Ahsoka was innocent. This is what caused Ahsoka to leave the Jedi Order, however, Barriss, went into prison and that's the last we saw of her. Now in legends, because the Jedi were short staffed, she was sent to Felucia and died during Order 66, however in canon, there's no answer as to what happened to her. My guess is that she escaped prison somehow much like Maul did during Order 66, either by herself or someone's help, and she stole Grogu. The only reason I'd suspect her of stealing Grogu, is because of these symbols on the walls. Now, she could have escaped with him and used him as collateral if she were to get caught, knowing how valuable he was to Master Yoda most likely. Or, at this point, someone in the dark side hired her to retrieve Grogu during a distraction at the temple, and if she accepted, they'd free her. The only person with power like that, is Palpatine who controlled the senate and the courts, so he could have easily had someone deliver the message to her, and should she accept, would give her the necessities to escape when the time was right. She'd run to the temple, sneak in during Order 66, and retrieve Grogu, bringing him to the empire. Now, why wouldn't Palpatine have Anakin do this? Well, Anakin had one thing in mind. Destruction. He cared only for Padme, and to save Padme, he would need to unlock the darkness of his heart and show no mercy. So I wonder if Barriss did take Grogu. Perhaps she took him to her quarters in the temple and was apprehended there. There's so much we need to learn and I don't think we will until the Kenobi show where flashbacks of Order 66 will really be in full swing, and this time, with Anakin. Anakin and Ahsoka are leading an invasion of Cato Neimoidia in their starfighters. Anakin gets cocky and is covered in buzz droids. R2 says don't threaten me with a good time and indulges in some fun sized droid murder. Unfortunately he can't clear Anakin's undercarriage, and it is filthy with buzz droids (I passed out from STD joke choice paralysis when writing this for a few minutes.)Yoda Spacetimes(™) Anakin and tells him: “his butt back to Coruscant get.” Someone bombed the Jedi temple! The council thinks that it was perhaps… a Jedi? Since they know Anakin and Ahsoka weren't there they are the ones tasked with investigating.Mace has also tasked a droid named Rizzo with investigating. Russo and Ahsoka go to interview the survivors. A Pantoran, knowing that the Jedi can't find their own butts with two hands, gives Ahsoka and Russo a solid lead: Jakkar Bomani.Anakin says that this must have been a well planned out caper to escape notice by the Jedi, probably involving a ridiculous accent and a fake mustache. Family and friends of the victims gather and Leta, Jakkar's wife, makes her presence known.Meanwhile Ahsoka and Russo have recreated the explosion with a hologram. They find no bomb residue, but they do find nano-droids. Jakkar's file indicates he's a munitions expert with a specialty in nano weaponry.Russo has found Jakkar's hand with nano-droids in his blood stream: so he 'set us up the bomb,' as it were. Anakin and Ahsoka investigate the run down tenement that Jakkar lives in and they get so close to the truth when they say that they thought working for the Jedi paid better. They find Jakkar's last meal was laced with nano-droids. Leta confesses, but says this is bigger than they know! (I mean, it could be smaller than a bread box and that would still be true for the Jedi...) But for now, the Jedi are cleared! The Jedi are trying to return to normalcy as Master Yoda eugoogalizes the fallen Jedi. Ahsoka talks to Barriss Offee, who is taking this hard since she trained with one of the fallen: Tutso Mara.Tarkin tells Anakin, Ahsoka & Barriss that the bomber, Letta Turmond, has been captured. Letta will be held by the military since “clones and civilians died as well”. Anakin tells Ahsoka to comfort Barriss, and follows Tarkin into the lift with basically a “Women! Am I right?” kind of comment. While comforting Barriss, Tarkin Spacetimes (™) in to say that Letta will only speak with Ahsoka. Letta reveals that a Jedi made her do it, and that this Jedi thinks the the once-peacekeepers need to stop their warmongering. After Ahsoka gains her trust, Letta reveals that is was Jedi Master Aaaaarrrrgggghhhh. The video of the cell shows Ahsoka, with arms outstretched, while Letta is being force-choked… and there is no audio. As such, Ahsoka looks to have killed her and is imprisoned for the crime.Anakin tries to visit, but he is refused per Tarkin's orders. Ahsoka sees a keycard in the hallway, force swipes it, and gets out of her cell. She runs into stunned clones, and sees her comlink and lightsabers on the ground. She then comes across dead clones as well… And she's getting framed. While searching every hen-house, farmhouse & outhouse; Anakin finds her, she proclaims that she didn't kill her wife in her best Harrison Ford voice, then proceeds to Richard Kimball onto a passing ship.https://twitter.com/ClosingCrawlhttps://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/closing-crawl/id1530133296https://www.closingcrawl.com/Merch at: https://bit.ly/spacetimetmhttps://twitter.com/ClosingCrawlhttps://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/closing-crawl/id1530133296https://www.closingcrawl.com/Merch at: https://bit.ly/spacetimetm

In revenge of the sith, Anakin was put before the council on behalf of Palpatine to be his personal representative on the council. Upon hearing this, Master Windu denied Anakin the rank of Master. Something the poster boy for the clone wars had wanted and expected for a long time. He had an apprentice of his own who referred to him as master, and so did others below him in rank. Not to mention, the rank of master would grant anakin the access he needed to the restricted section of the jedi archives. Full with jedi and sith knowledge that might lead him to his path of saving padme from death. Enraged, but knowing his place, Anakin took a seat eventually after voicing his anger. In today's fan fiction let's look at what would have happened had anakin not taken a seat. In the novel revenge of the sith by Matthew Stover, Anakin actually was taunting Windu in his mind. He said this and I quote Anakin matched his stare. Perhaps I'll take yours. His own voice, inside his head, had a hot black fire that smoked from the depths of his furnace heart. You think you can stop me from saving my love? You think you can make me watch her die? Go ahead and Vaapad this, you— So in the official novel signed off by George Lucas written by Matthew Stover, anakin was already in the mindset to fight Mace Windu after being denied the rank of master. So what if he actually went through with it. What if that furnace of a heart burned with rage and he didn't heed to obi-wan's call. There's two scenarios here. Anakin can either refuse to take a seat, and converse with Windu and the council. Both of which can take us different routes, but the avenue I want to write about today is Anakin opening up. So let's take the initial hot headed approach, and see where it takes us in this version. Anakin grabs his lightsaber from his belt and walks towards Mace Windu as he ignites it and says “I'll take yours instead” Master Yoda immediately stops Anakin with the force, which proves to be very difficult for him as Anakin starts to break through by the second, his powers and anger rising, as the rest of the Jedi Masters get up from their seats, especially obi-wan kenobi to intervene. Mace Windu is the only one still sitting. “Everyone take your seats. Master, release Skywalker. Should the boy have something to say, I'm right here.” Anakin was released. Only some of the masters sat back down, while Kenobi and a few others like Plo and Kit stood motionless at this outrage. Anakin stood there, lightsaber ignited. Eyes beaming with a ice blue colder than space itself. “Skywalker. For years I've doubted you. I never trusted you. And now, you just proved it to everyone else. Your emotions are too rampant. Yes, you are gifted, but so am I, yet I control my emotions which let me tell you boy run hotter than yours. But I will not be a spectacle of them. I will not bend to them. I will master them. Such as now. And you are lucky that I have.” Anakin sheathed his weapon. He came to his sense, if rage were visible Anakin would be unseen to the eye, covered in it. “You've patronized me since I came here. You've held back every decision I ever wanted to make. My mother died because of this council's ridiculous rules. And now she-” Anakin stopped himself. He almost gave up the biggest secret of his life. In this fan-fiction, we take a look at what would have happened if Anakin didn't take a seat, but instead, tried to fight Mace. It's a bit insane, but that's what I'm here for. Mace Windu was the toughest Jedi Master some might argue in the Star Wars galaxy. However at one point, he was just a little baby Jedi Padawan, and even before becoming a Padawan, he was a little baby, in the possession of the Jedi Order, and primarily, Master Yoda, the Grandmaster of the Jedi Temple on Corsuscant. Baby Mace would be dealt a difficult hand by Yoda when all he wanted to do was just play with his toy and be a baby, Yoda would have none of it! Thus, teaching him the art of possession and attachments from a young age. I feel if Anakin had this training as a toddler, he would have been very different. The mistake the Jedi made was to have Anakin enter the temple at such an older age of 9, and then on top of that, to force him out of the attachments he already had made. This caused so much pain for Skywalker and it's something Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Mace Windu could see as Jedi Masters. The force clouded their judgements, and when Sidious decided it was time to strike, they never saw it coming, leading to Order 66 and the downfall of the Jedi until Luke Skywalker showed up eventually to save Anakin within Vader. Mace started young, and it shows here how strict they all were on him. Makes sense why he's such a...you know...today. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

A comlink chimed. Yoda opened his eyes in the darkness. “Yes, Master Kenobi?” “We're landing now. Are you in position?” “I am.” A moment of silence. “Master Yoda … if we don't see each other again—” “Think not of after, Obi-Wan. Always now, even eternity will be.” Another moment of silence. Longer. “May the Force be with you.” “It is. And may the Force be with you, young Obi-Wan.” The transmission ended. Yoda rose. Stover, Matthew. Revenge of the Sith: Star Wars: Episode III This dialogue from the novel (signed off by George Lucas for the book) is a really nice bit. I find it really echoes what Qui-Gon Jinn lived by and how Obi-Wan showed, in my opinion, fear in this moment. He didn't show the same emotions when fighting anyone else, except for Anakin, and Yoda vs Palpatine. Let's talk about the quote. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Qui-Gon Jinn was one of the finest swordsman in the Jedi Order, he had frequent sparring practice and experience with the most talented duelists such as: his mentor, Count Dooku, Mace Windu, the creator of Vaapad which harnessed darkisde and lightside energies, Master Yoda, and Jedi Weapon Master Anoon Bondara. Jinn was a master of the fourth form of lightsaber combat, Ataru. The same form Yoda used and focused highly on aggressive acrobat maneuvers. In combat, his bladework was wide and powerful, marked by heavy, two-handed strikes, followed by a quick parry to cover his vulnerable spots. Despite the form's weakness to blaster fire, Jinn's mastery of Ataru was so good that he could easily defeat blaster-wielding opponents. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
