This Kundalini meditation focuses on breath work. This is known to calm you down and increase serotonin so it's perfect for anyone who is dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety. This is also an introduction to Kundalini meditation. In Kundalini we tune in with the mantra ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO. We say this 3 times. It means I bow to the Creative Wisdom, I bow to the Divine Teacher. It opens your spiritual channel, assists you to align yourself with the frequency of the Infinite Self and quiet your mind. Lastly the breathing is a quick, loud, audible, cannon breath out the mouth 8 times in a row with a long inhale through the nose then repeat 8 cannon breaths out the mouth. Place your hands over your chest and shift your focus to your heart. Can you hear me now? I've been trying to evaluate. But the truth is, I never needed to understand. The way you choose to move belongs entirely to you. I love the way that I am. I love my body like nobody could ever love anybody. She is mine. She is strong! We are aching to move on. Her love for me has no boundaries or sense of time. We create kingdoms, then kingdoms come our way. Look outside your window. What do you see? Do you see something outside of yourself? Do you see your body? Do you see the enclosure? The irony of your supposed free will is your current state of affairs. Humans are the newest feed and the livestock is glumly awaiting slaughter. The greatest source of energy has been found and surrounded from end to end. Properly fed. Silently the executioner begs for a new profession. The feeding begins. You hear a story. You are told what is to be eaten. You don't ask why. You sit and wait for your turn to be eaten alive. Slaughterhouses are archaic by design, too much left out in the open, too much to explain. Feeding on human energy doesn't require bloodshed anymore. A dead human is much more productive if it can keep walking, an artistic display of modern performance, their bodies a monument of sacrifice and self-destruction. Their voices a weapon, a device for tracking, with every word of the English language the walls are rising. They trap the remaining life. They trick their own kind. They call it love. But they don't know what the fuck they're talking about. And that word has never had a word to describe itself. That word is only a sound. I can spell it out in distant noises. But they are lost without hope, what good is my mouth? They search frantically for the life that was stolen. They settle their eyes on innocence. It smells delicious. It feels like living. They turn me inside out. When they kill, they don't admit it. It is an encampment of labor. It is an act of love. The lover remains alive, but only if she can escape language quick enough. La descripción de la meditación Kirtan Kriya Meditación para incrementar la energía mental, aumentar la creatividad e intensificar la intuición. Usa sonidos primarios que denotan los estados de la vida. Estos son: Saa que significa nacimiento, infinito o cosmos. Taa, que significa vida o existencia. Naa, que significa muerte o término. Maa que significa renacimiento. Antes de la meditación siéntate con la espalda recta manos en mudra de oración al centro de tu pecho y entona con el mantra ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO. posteriormente canta estos sonidos repetidamente en orden: Saa Taa Naa Maa En cada sílaba imagina que el sonido fluye a través de tu cabeza haciendo una letra L, iniciando en la coronilla y terminando en el entrecejo. Por dos minutos canta el mantra con una voz normal, los siguientes dos minutos como un susurro. Los siguientes cuatro minutos canta en silencio. Otros dos minutos susurrando y los últimos dos minutos con voz normal. El total son doce minutos. Lo ideal es hacer la meditación por 33 minutos por 40 días para efectos más palpables. Los Mudras o posiciones de los dedos también son muy importantes. En Saa se tocan los dedos índices y pulgares. En Taa se tocan los dedos medios y pulgares. En Naa se tocan los dedos anulares y los pulgares. En Maa se tocan los dedos meñiques y los pulgares. Si puedes cantar con las notas musicales sugeridas:
