On this auspicious day of Lalitā Pañchami, I pray to the Divine Mother Tripurasundarī, the beauty of the three cities (of waking, dreaming and deep sleep), who soaks the states of Consciousness with beauty like oil soaks a cloth, that we may successfully approach Her and have Her vision! Many people want to worship the Srī Cakra/Srī Yantra but are overwhelmed by its stunning complex and sophistication! Where to begin? In this class, we do a brief and cursory introduction for the Khaḍgamālā Stotram, the Garland of Swords Hymn from the Vāmakeśvarī Tantra, arguably among the most powerful Tantrik hymns ever. After the nyāsas (consecration) and dhyānam (meditation), the hymn runs like a nāmavali (a list of names) listing all the deities of the Srī Cakra one by one from the bhūpura (outer gate) through the āvaranas (various levels or "coverings", nine in all including the bhūpura) such that chanting this stotram is itself equivalent to performing the very complex (and often time consuming) Srī Cakra pūjā proper. As you say the names, you can offer flowers or flower petals, vermillion (sindura) or even just spoonfuls of water into the bindu and trust that the energies of the cakra (i.e the cakreśvarīs) will naturally carry the offering to the appropriate point in the cakra corresponding to the name of the Goddess you just chanted so that you don't have to figure out where they all are in the diagram! Of course, this hymn acts as a kind of "gateway drug" to the Srī Cakra pūjā. After we become fluent with the krama (sequence of deities), and after we have become acquainted with the texture of the energies of these deities (and after we've acquired their grace to some extent), we will naturally come into a Srī Vidyā dīkshā and naturally, we will take the next steps if we so desire. But for now, let us chant this stotram with great ardor! Jai Mā Lalitāmbika Devī Ji Ki Jai! Last week, we went over an abridged ritual worship of the Goddess Kālī with some detail (watch that here) and we also suggested some wonderful resources to help you get started with your pūjā, or Tantrik ritual practice like Swami Bhajanananda Saraswati's "Simple Kali Puja" book which you can find here.Now, we go in with some finer brush strokes! You'll recall that after the worship of Mā Kālī, and right before the worship of Mahākāla Bhairava, in our ritual manual, there's a section on "worshipping the auxiliariy/attendant deities" (āvaranadevatā pūjā). Well, interestingly, this section actually refers to the Kali Yantra, the sacred geometric pattern of Consciousness that corresponds to Kālī and her various emanations! In this class, we talk a little bit about the parivāra (the family of deities) which is a very Tantrik concept and after listing them and offering their worship mantras, we discuss how to map them on to the yantra going from inside out (srsthi krama) for the purposes of your meditation and worship. Many of us miss the intricate aspects of Ganesha when we worship other Deities. Many are not aware that Ganapathy am, the Worship of Ganesha is the first of Shanmathas or Six Systems of Worship formulated by Sri Adi Sankaracharya. Ganesha was granted the boon of the Right of First Worship in any pooja, by none other than His uncle Sri Vishnu on Ganesa' s Birthday . As Ganesa is easily accessible and His idols are present everywhere, His worship is taken for granted and we miss some of the secrets associated with His Worship. At Thirunageswaram, Rahu Parihara Sthala,where the Milk Abhisheka performed to Rahu turns blue, people do not notice the Ganesa Sannidhi,a small one.Normally the Ganesa Sannidhi shall be on the left side of the temple as you enter. In Thirunageswaram, it is on the right side. There used to be a time when people could not enter the temple. People were getting hurt when entering the temple. Prasna,a method of finding out spiritual information,was performed by Kerala Namboodiris. It was found that there were evil spirits in the temples and they were preventing the Devotees from entering the temple.People requested Sree Sadashiva Brahmendra A saint of Advaitic System of Adi Sankaracharya and a Mantra ,Yantra Sadhaka and Sanskrit Devotional Composer , to solve the problem. He established a Ganesha Vigraha and a Ganesha Yantra. Huge flames rose and drove away the evil spirits. Since then, people have had no trouble visiting the temple. The astonishing thing is the Ganesha Vigraha and the Yantra is not visible to us. Rahu Sthala is a term that refers to a temple dedicated to the deity Rahu, one of the nine celestial bodies (Navagrahas) in Hindu astrology. ⁴ Rahu is the north lunar node, and is associated with eclipses, illusions, and karmic retribution. ⁴ One of the most famous Rahu Sthala temples is the Tirunageswaram Naganathar Temple in Tamil Nadu, India. ¹ This temple is also one of the Pancha Bhuta Sthalams, which are five temples dedicated to Shiva, each representing a manifestation of the five prime elements of nature: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. ² The Tirunageswaram temple represents the element of air, and the lingam (symbol of Shiva) here is called Vayu Lingam. ² The Tirunageswaram temple is also known as Rahu Stalam, because it is believed that Rahu worshipped Shiva here to get rid of a curse from a snake. ¹ According to legend, Rahu was once caught drinking the nectar of immortality along with the gods, and was beheaded by Vishnu. The head became Rahu and the body became Ketu, another celestial body. Rahu then prayed to Shiva at this temple, and was blessed with the power to cause solar and lunar eclipses. ¹ The temple has a separate shrine for Rahu, where he is depicted with a human body and a serpent head. The idol is made of a special stone that absorbs milk. Devotees offer milk to Rahu during a ritual called Rahu Kala Puja, which is performed every day at 12 noon. It is believed that worshipping Rahu at this temple can bring relief from the negative effects of his planetary position in one's horoscope, such as diseases, debts, enemies, and obstacles. ¹ Another famous Rahu Sthala temple is the Srikalahasteeswara Temple in Andhra Pradesh, India. ³ This temple is also one of the Pancha Bhuta Sthalams, and represents the element of ether. In Indonesian, ancient temples are referred to as candi; thus locals refer to “Borobudur Temple” as Candi Borobudur. The term candi also loosely describes ancient structures, for example gates and baths. The origins of the name Borobudur, however, are unclear. The Temple has 1460 relief panels and 504 effigies of Buddha in its complex. If seen from the air and from the small reproduction of it in the museum and it was made in the form of a Hindu Meru which is a vertical representation of the Sri Yantra. Apparently this was the shape of a Buddhist mandala. The height of the whole edifice before renovation was 42 meters. Now it is only 34.5 meters  since the lowest level has been used as a supporting base. Yantrodharaka Hanuman Stotram is a composition by Sri Vyasarajatheertha, or Vyasaraja, a famous Madhva saint, who is supposedly the previous avatar of Sri Raghavendra Swamy. Vyasaraja was the Rajaguru to the Vijayanagara emperor, Krishna Devaraya, and 5 other rulers of Vijayanagara. The Sthala Purana of Yantrodharaka Hanuman temple in Hampi, Karnataka, says that Vyasaraja constrained Hanuman in a Yantra and installed it in the spot where the temple stands. A medida que fue creciendo, René se dejó cautivar por historias creadas por Julio Verne, Emilio Salgari, Charles Dickens y Robert Louis Stevenson. Welcome to my Podcast! Let me tell you about my life so you can sense what to expect at this Podcasts. As a young child, I had my first contact with paranormal experiences and spiritual powers. For a long time, many of these spiritual occurrences eluded my comprehension and understanding. Only now, after many years of studies, the answers have come to me and closed this circle of questions. At the age of 17, my inner calling for more knowledge and understanding became so loud that I started a veritable seminar and training marathon!: I enrolled in workshops, attended lectures and seminars etc. – learning everything I could about healthy nutrition, detoxing, fasting, raw food, reflexology, prana-healing, and so much more. Initiation into Vedic Teachings In 2001, my spiritual path took me to South India, where I was initiated into ancient Vedic knowledge: a very protected source of wisdom that had been, until then, accessible only to a few seekers. I was led into deeply spiritual processes at highly energetic places of power and practiced very intense Sadhana meditation for ten years. This period shaped my life tremendously and touched me in the depth of my soul. Since 2008, I have been organizing regular power places tours for small groups to special locations in North and South India. Returning to Germany In the year 2012, I returned to Germany, to live in Sasbachwalden with my husband and our two children. Our place is embedded in the pristine nature of the Black Forest. It is here that we started the “Source of Power – Spiritbalance Sadhana Ashram”. We have a very beautiful, large retreat center with a big seminar room, therapy room for our PandoraStar Session, and a lot of space for darkness retreats as well as a temple. As I continue to travel to India, I am also offering spiritual travel tours to special places of power. The participants on these journeys can expect to receive deep spiritual knowledge, special experiences and direct contact with yogis and sadhus. Powerful Kundalini Awakening Through a profound, unifying and transcendent mystical experience, I had been graced with a very powerful kundalini awakening. This experience has opened channels within myself that – ever since – allow me to see subtle energy fields. Since then, I have been intensively studying astral worlds and everything about the aura.
