In their return to the Bryce Jordan Center last night, Penn State basketball got a massive win with a 90-86 victory over Iowa. Reporter Dave Eckert joins the BWI Daily Edition to give his thoughts on the game. Host Thomas Frank Carr starts Eckert at the end of the game where Iowa, down for most of the game, forced overtime. How unusual was the play that extended the contest to two overtimes? Eckert details what happened in the final minutes of a game that Penn State controlled for most of the evening. After that, they discuss the overtime period and how the game-tying tip-in from Keegan Murray affected Penn State in the extra minutes. Finally, Eckert details the key players in overtime and how head coach Micah Shrewsberry navigated had his team respond. From there, they work back to regulation and discuss just how rare the performance from big men John Harrar and Greg Lee was. Both were outstanding on the night to a level that, according to Eckert, Penn State hasn't seen in quite some time. However, they had to do the bulk of the work to get Penn State in position to close the game out in the final minutes becuase one key element was missing from the Nittany Lions attack. Eckert details what that was and how it led to a slum in the middle minutes of the game. After wrapping up their discussion about last night, they move on to Penn State's upcoming game against Wisconsin this weekend. Eckert previews what waits ahead of the Nittany Lions in Madison and how the game might unfold. From there, they move on to discuss Penn State Hockey. The team has struggled this season, and Eckert gives his thoughts about what has been going on for head coach Guy Gadowski's squad. Why has the team played better as of late? Why hasn't it translated into wins? Finally, they break that down and forecast the team's postseason chances. Lastly, they discuss the Senior Bowl. In Mobile, practice started earlier this week for several former Penn State players who hope to improve their stock in the 2022 NFL Draft. T-Frank and Eckert discuss Jesse Luketa's change in weight, Arnold Ebiketie's insane measurements, and Jahan Dotson's absence from the event. #PennState #NittanyLions JOIN Blue White Illustrated: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/join/?plan=annual SUBSCRIBE to Blue White Illustrated on YouTube and enable alerts - new highlights and videos uploaded regularly: https://www.youtube.com/c/bluewhiteillustratedvideo?sub_confirmation Bookmark our homepage: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/ Subscribe to BWI Magazine and Newsletters: http://bluewhiteonline.com Download our podcasts: https://bluewhiteillustrated.podbean.com/ Like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BlueWhiteIllustrated/ Follow us on Twitter https://twitter.com/PennStateOn3 Sound effects obtained from https://www.zapsplat.com Learn more about your ad choices. In this episode, I'm joined by Fred Pletsch as we chat with Penn State Hockey Coach Guy Gadowsky who was hired to help start the Nittany Lions program 9 years ago. We chat with Gadowsky about his hockey roots in his hometown of Edmonton, Alberta, he grew up as the Oilers glory years with Wayne Gretzky were starting, we also discuss his path to playing in the WCHA at Colorado College, his playing career after college, which included some time in minor league hockey and playing pro roller hockey, We also discussed Gadowsky's coaching path and his rise through the coaching ranks, which started in roller hockey and eventually led him to his first college hockey job as the head coach at Alaska-Fairbanks. It was in his tenure at UAF, that Gadowsky had a very meaningful conversation with the late, great Ron Mason, the head coach of Michigan State at the time, a conversation that has stuck with Gadowsky to this day. We also talked about his time as the head coach at Princeton, a program he helped turn around in his tenure, and his hiring at Penn State in 2011, since then he's led the Nittany Lions to a pair of NCAA tourney berths. We also chatted with Gadowsky about a very special hockey stick he wanted as a kid for Christmas, great conversation all the way around!

In addition to steadily completing the workouts, followers of DDPY are encouraged to reconsider their diets and overall attitude. When following all of these concepts, results are nearly guaranteed. It allows anyone to:Get a kick-ass cardio workoutIncrease flexibilityStrengthen core musclesExperience almost no joint impactWhat Makes DDPY Different Than Traditional Yoga and Other Fitness Programs? What separates DDP Yoga from all other kinds of yoga is not just that it is fronted by a celebrity, or that the program combines yoga positions and calisthenics with physical therapy principles, or even that it has an interactive app that lets its users do the workouts from anywhere, but that DDPY is something that anybody at any age or skill level can do. Unlike traditional yoga, DDP Yoga isn't just stretching, it's stretching and strengthening your muscles, ligaments, and tendons.DDP Yoga may have a strong celebrity following (e.g. Darius Rucker, Chris Jericho, A.J. Styles, Gabriel Iglesias), but the program is rooted in adaptability and “making it your own.” Finding the motivation to start doing DDPY is often the major hurdle for people, as it may entail trying things that were not originally part of their lifestyle. In addition to steadily completing the workouts, followers of DDPY are encouraged to reconsider their diets and overall attitude. When following all of these concepts, results are nearly guaranteed. Just ask military veteran Arthur Boorman , who previously walked with crutches and leg braces, or Jared Mollenkopf, who lost around 300 pounds in a little over a year.
