Ian G steps up with a feel-good house session rooted in piano pressure and proper dancefloor soul. A UK DJ and radio host on a mission to push piano house back where it belongs, front and centre. Ian's sound pulls straight from the 90s, then tightens it up for now. Big chords. Vocal hooks. Uplifting energy. Music that works at 2am and still hits on the drive home. This mix is a clear snapshot of that world. From the warm groove of Universe and the swing of Size 10, through to the hands-in-the-air moments of Tell Me On Sunday with Angel Johnson, fresh from Front of House Recordings. There's also a nod to classic house attitude with Lisa Marie Do That To Me alongside Luv Foundation (UK), plus plenty of modern piano-led cuts built to lift the room. Ian's story runs deep. Decades in the game, from vinyl to CDJs, Ministry of Sound to ADE, with a hard reset along the way after a serious accident and stroke. The comeback is real. Sober, focused, and locked in on the sound he loves. Releases on Perfect Havoc, Phonetic, Let There Be House and more have backed that return, with Beatport No.1 success and growing support across Spotify and Apple Music. This is piano house with purpose. Timeless, positive, and made for the dancefloor. ⚡️Like the Mix? Click the [Repost] ↻ button so more people can hear it!

A joyride through rave-ready tech house, speed garage, jungle and more. To the casual onlooker, Enzo Siragusa may seem easy to pigeonhole as just a UK DJ playing chunky house music. Wrong. The Maidenhead native has serious pedigree, earned from 30-plus years fully immersed in the rave, first as a dancer at jungle and hardcore parties, then as a hobby DJ and finally as the cofounder of one of London's most influential club nights: Fuse. What began life in 2008 as a ramshackle afterparty on Brick Lane is now a global brand with multiple festivals and roving events, and Siragusa its figurehead. For years, Fuse's MO was doggedly down to earth, built on a love for intimate shows where the residents took top billing. Its impact on modern dance culture is clear to see in the runaway success of the so-called UK tech house movement (think Michael Bibi, PAWSA and Chris Stussy). And yet Fuse always cut deeper, darker and dubbier. "I felt you could bring the emotion of jungle and hardcore into minimal house, which is what became the Fuse sound," Siragusa told fabric last year. A child of Metalheadz as much as Perlon, his tastes—and vast vinyl collection—run wide, and today the breadth of these influences inform his creativity behind the decks more than ever. As RA.1008 illustrates acrpss nearly two hours, dazzling tech house, minimal, speed garage, jungle and more all fit under Siragusa's roof. The blending is sublime, each new transition a window into a fleeting sonic world. There's no tracklist, with a clutch of totally unreleased tunes aired for the first time. Happy IDing. @enzosiragusa @fuselondon https://ra.co/podcast/1027

Alex went from touring the world as half of the hit UK DJ duo Tough Love to becoming a full-time futures trader and educator. When COVID shut down his music career, he pivoted from small-cap short selling into futures, developing his “Flowzone” strategy — a system built on EMAs, anchored VWAPs, volume profile, and tape reading with Bookmap. He primarily trades NQ during New York mornings, focusing on location and momentum to find high-probability entries and moving stops to breakeven quickly when momentum confirms.Alex's advice for consistent payouts: master one setup, trade small to learn firm rules, and avoid leaderboard-chasing mentality. He stresses that traders need to understand market conditions, keep their timeline realistic, and protect both financial and time freedom. Trading is as much psychological warfare against yourself as it is against the market. Social media can push traders to overtrade, so stay process-driven, not outcome-driven.Sponsor: Top One FuturesLink: https://www.asfx.biz/tof Code: ASFX for 55% off Sponsor: TradezellaLink: https://tradezella.com?fpr=asfx Code ASFX for 20% off

This week on @RoadPodcast, the crew chops it up with UK DJ and producer @snipsmusic, founder of London's legendary “Living Proof” party. Snips breaks down how he got his name (01:41), his early love for house music, and the influence of UK genres like Lovers Rock, Jungle, and Drum & Bass. He shares wild stories from the London scene — including the time they accidentally booked a fake MF DOOM — and reflects on the rise and fall of “Living Proof” (12:30). The crew delves into the evolution of UK hip-hop, the legacy of @timwestwoodtv, and iconic UK shows featuring @jayz and @bustarhymes (24:10). Snips also discusses the beauty of vinyl culture (34:01) and the politics of equipment snobbery — from USB sticks to Serato (52:19). Things heat up during a fiery debate on NY hip-hop elitism, @souljaboy, and the future of DJ tech (1:19:30). Later, Snips critiques NYC's current house scene, the optics of “diversity” in nightlife, and why he focused on building a community in Brooklyn (1:31:04). The episode wraps with sharp takes on @50cent, @jarule, the divide between mainstream and underground rap, and one last rant about his Twitter beef with @Nelly (2:03:10).
