Was meinst du?

How Can a Spendthrift Trust Help My Business? - Part 1/Financial Empowerment and Tax Protection Through Spendthrift Trusts - Part 1 In our previous episodes, we have been introduced to infinite banking by our guest experts Brandon Neely and Jason K Powers. In this episode, we'll explore the fundamental principles behind Spendthrift Trusts and how they can serve as a powerful tool in safeguarding your assets and securing your financial future. Our expert today is a licensed life insurance agent for 19 years and specializes in Infinite Banking. She helps clients become debt free in ⅓ of the time and then ensure their money when making investments. Sally Gimon was motivated to become a real estate investor when her mom became sick in October 2018. Sally was 53 and needed to make a change in her life quickly. She has been an insurance agent for 20 years and has used her experience to make positive changes. Now she shares her information weekly in her real estate group and Win, Win Women TV. In July 2020 she bought a Bank Owned Property for $20,000 that would go to auction for $50,000 when Covid restrictions lifted. She knew her Capital Gains would be $7,140 and researched how the rich paid so little in taxes. This led her to find the Business and Beneficial Spendthrift Trusts. Benefits of Knowing Your Family History/Family History Guides Self-awareness enhances our ability to set and achieve our goals more effectively. An understanding of who we are as persons also encompasses where we've come from and the tribes we are members of. In an increasingly disconnected world and in a culture that emphasizes individualism, we often have weak links to our family roots. Our guest is a celebrated author and storyteller behind the “Old Grandmother's Tree” . He can help us learn more about ourselves through folk tales. He understands the art and value of capturing our family roots through stories. Joseph Bolton grew up immersed in his mother's French-Canadian family. He enjoyed hearing the stories told by his grandparents and great aunts of a mysterious and magical place called Québec, otherwise known as “the place we came from.” Life led him to enlist in the U.S. Army, and he served in the Army's airborne forces as a paratrooper jumping out of perfectly good airplanes. After a colorful career, Joseph continues to be profoundly inspired by the stories of his heritage. Joseph lives with his wife in Massachusetts, and, in his free time, enjoys hiking and skiing through Québec and New England landscapes. His favorite places to go for outdoor adventure are the Berkshire Mountains of Massachusetts and Mont-Orford in Québec. When he is not writing, hiking, or skiing, Joseph enjoys reading about science, history, philosophy, mathematics, and worldwide mythologies. Old Grandmother's Tree is his first book. Public Speaking Goals/Public Speaking Goals Almost no one in the personal and professional development world has missed the memo on the importance of setting goals. And as business owners, the importance of having clear SMART goal targets gets even more press. So why is it that only 3% of the population has written goals? And for those who took up that challenge, why are so many of us falling short of our goals, leaving us feeling discouraged? Our guest not only achieved multiple goals, but he also did a TEDx Talk on it that debuted at #2 in the world and is named ‘one of the top 30 TEDx Talks that made an impact this century. He's a highly successful keynote speaker, Los Angeles Magazine's 'Person of the Year' for 2024; Insights Success magazine's 'The Most Impactful and Visionary Personality to Look for in 2025'; and the author of his award-winning book 'The S.I.M.P.L.E. Guide to Public Speaking - Without Losing Your Lunch'. Terry L. Fossum, a survival reality show winner, described his TEDxTalk experience, where his talk reached over a million views, as a life-changing event. He developed a program to help others land and rock a TEDxTalk, so they can use the power of THEIR voice to change the world, and make a lot more money while they're doing it.
