A campanha de vacinação contra a gripe segue em andamento em Lauro Müller, mas a baixa procura pelos grupos prioritários preocupa a Secretaria de Saúde do município. Em entrevista à Rádio Cruz de Malta, a coordenadora da Atenção Básica, Enfermeira Mariela Bagio Gomes, informou que a cobertura vacinal está muito abaixo da meta estabelecida pelo Ministério da Saúde. Segundo ela, a campanha encerra no próximo dia 30 de maio e, até o momento, apenas 41,97% do público prioritário recebeu a dose da vacina contra a influenza. “Nós não temos boas notícias. A campanha finaliza no dia 30 de maio e a gente tá com uma baixa cobertura vacinal. A gente precisa atingir uma meta de 90% dos grupos prioritários”, destacou. Mariela explicou que o cenário também se repete em outras cidades catarinenses e lembrou que, em 2025, o município também não conseguiu alcançar a meta estipulada. “Ano passado a gente atingiu 70% da cobertura vacinal. A gente acreditava que esse ano ia ser um pouco melhor, principalmente porque tivemos muitas mortes por influenza, tanto de criança quanto de idoso, mas isso não vem acontecendo.” Entre os grupos prioritários, as gestantes são as que apresentam melhor índice de vacinação em Lauro Müller, com 51,88% de cobertura. Já entre as crianças, o percentual é de 40,13%, enquanto os idosos registram 42,18%. Além desses grupos, também fazem parte do público-alvo: Puérperas; Trabalhadores da saúde; Professores; Profissionais das forças de segurança e salvamento; Integrantes das Forças Armadas; Pessoas com deficiência permanente; Caminhoneiros; Trabalhadores do transporte coletivo; Funcionários dos Correios. A coordenadora afirmou que a equipe de saúde realizou diversas ações para ampliar a vacinação, incluindo visitas em grupos de idosos, creches e atendimento domiciliar a pacientes acamados, mas a adesão continua abaixo do esperado. “Quem tem direito à vacina não quer vacinar e quem não se enquadra nos grupos prioritários quer a vacina, mas no momento ainda não está liberado para toda a população.” As vacinas estão disponíveis nas unidades de saúde do Arizona, Barro Branco, Centro e Guatá. O atendimento ocorre das 8h às 12h e das 13h às 17h. Nas quartas-feiras, as unidades encerram o atendimento às 16h. “A gente pede que as pessoas procurem as unidades de saúde para receber a vacina e garantir proteção antes do inverno”, reforçou Mariela.

A Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Lauro Müller passou a oferecer à população uma nova ferramenta para facilitar o acesso aos serviços públicos: o Conecta Saúde. O sistema digital já está em funcionamento e tem como objetivo ampliar o atendimento, garantindo mais agilidade, praticidade e comodidade aos usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Por meio da plataforma, moradores cadastrados nas unidades de saúde podem acessar diversos serviços diretamente pelo WhatsApp, no número (48) 3464-5988. Entre as funcionalidades disponíveis estão agendamentos de consultas médicas e odontológicas, renovação de receitas, orientações de saúde, consultas on-line e contato com setores como Farmácia, Fisioterapia, Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS), Vigilância em Saúde e unidades básicas. A coordenadora da Atenção Básica, enfermeira Mariela Baggio Gomes, explicou que o Conecta Saúde chega como um complemento aos canais tradicionais, e não como substituição. “É um serviço a mais que a secretaria disponibiliza. A população pode e deve continuar buscando atendimento presencial ou por telefone. O objetivo é ampliar o acesso, especialmente para quem já utiliza ferramentas digitais no dia a dia”, destacou. Segundo ela, o uso do WhatsApp foi escolhido por ser uma ferramenta amplamente utilizada no Brasil, o que facilita a adesão dos moradores. O sistema também é integrado e automatizado, identificando o usuário e direcionando-o diretamente à unidade de saúde de referência, conforme o cadastro familiar e o bairro. Outro diferencial é a possibilidade de resolver demandas simples sem a necessidade de deslocamento. “Muitas vezes a pessoa precisa apenas de uma informação e acaba se deslocando até a unidade. Agora, isso pode ser resolvido de forma rápida pelo celular”, reforçou Mariela.

There's really something pretty amazing about giving birth.   I mean, you are actually using your body to grow a whole new human, and then this new person comes into the world, and your whole life changes. For many people, being pregnant is a time filled with happy anticipation. You've probably heard people talk about this thing called the “pregnancy glow”, and it's a real thing.   In spite of the discomfort, and nausea, and unusual food cravings and everything else that sometimes comes with having a baby inside you, the thought of holding that brand new human in your arms – your child – that's often the thing that can help you get through it.   Mariela was pregnant.
