Breastplate of Righteousness and Sacral Chakra Embodying the Full Armor Breastplate of Righteousness // Sacral Chakra The Breastplate of Righteousness, protects the heart and vital organs. It could be likened to maintaining purity and moral integrity through God in one's relationships and emotional connections. When I place the Breastplate of Righteousness on each morning, yes, I know that it protects my heart from the fiery darts, but I also praise God that it is protecting those things that He placed in my heart such as the dreams and creative gifts He has blessed me with. I spend time thanking Him for these gifts and that He has created one of the largest pieces of armor to protect the most important organ, my heart, and the seat of my soul. Keep and guard your heart with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flow the springs of life. Proverbs 4:23, AMP The Sacral Chakra is located in the abdomen, lower back, and sexual organs. This powerful God-given life center relates to emotions, relations, and sexuality. It connects us to others through feeling, desire, sensation, and movement. It brings us fluidity, grace, depth of feeling, fulfillment, and the ability to accept change. This life center is also associated with water because of the elements of fluidity and grace. Allow the Lord's grace to rest upon you and then flow through you upon others. A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another....” John 13:34. Embodied Practice Song: At the Cross by Chris Tomlin or Hillsong Flow / Postures: Flow freely - if desired, focus on the chest and core, specifically the heart and gut areas where the breastplate would be by practicing postures such as: Any revolved postures (Supine, seated, inverted or standing), focus on one posture and then practice the revolved version (See Suggested Embodied Flow Card 1) Legs up the Wall alternating between pointed and flexed feet Reclining Pigeon to Revolved Reclining Pigeon Practice kegels Any heart openers such as Sphinx, Cobra or Upward Facing Dog (or a flow including all of them) Warrior II, Side Angle, Revolved Side Angle Triangle, Revolved Triangle Camel, Rabbit or Child's Form in stillness (checking in with your [core] self) Breath Prayer / Affirmation (Can be done with hands on the area): My soul is refreshed and restored. I am back as promised with a 2 part Afro Progressive Tech set to end 2022. After weeks of record shopping I narrowed my crate to 36 tunes. I spent a day looking at programming and rather than go 18 build up / 18 main set or an even 18 split, I choose my favourite 18 tunes for the 1st set which overall is a little more progressive but still has a defined Afro vibe leaving a darker less proggy set to follow in part 2.I further refined the part II selection and recorded it last night. Despite the preparation and faultless way part I had gone, this wasn't the same for part II. I guess that was to be expected but making 4 live changes on the fly to tune selection and flow was not on my agenda. However I made it happen and am happy with the results. Part II follows part I theme with me dropping in 90-120 second mixes straight out or during last breakdown and I think it works really well. Big ups to the Pioneer Tours as the screens really enable this planning and execution in the smoothest fashion. This set is more Afro than Progressive with a Tech sprinkle providing a slightly darker pumping club set to balance part I. Overall I am so happy with these 2 sets. I hope you enjoy listening as much as i did making. Shout out to Armand Smuts for giving me the drive to make it happen. Time to enjoy Christmas with the family now but I will back next year with more music. Let me know if you have any requests. It might be time for some D&B soon..........Please contact me if you like this set and feel free to share the musical love to anyone and everyone. Thanks so much to Lee Jackson www.rebelcreates.com for his incredible artwork. Legend!Happy Christmas Everyone, Big Love Rubber

The yoga practice sequence in this episode, which I'm calling “Yoga for a Warrior's Heart,” came out of a moment when I was demonstrating Warrior II for a virtual client and remembered one of Will Keepin's principles of spiritual leadership. The principle is that love creates the form, just like an open heart creates the alignment in Warrior II. I will guide you through it so you can cultivate your own warrior's heart. You will find Pachamama Alliance and their Game Changer Intensive at https://www.pachamama.org/. Welcome, cats and kittens, to another Lawcast Classic. This time it's Halloween Havoc 1998, a show that sums up everything that was great and terrible about WCW. It's the night of the infamously awful Hollywood Hogan vs. Ultimate Warrior match. But it's also the night of an amazing Goldberg vs. Diamond Dallas Page match for the WCW Title. Unfortunately, a lot of people missed that because the show ran out of satelite time, but that's another story. We've also got Sting vs. Bret Hart and Kevin Nash vs. Scott Hall. It's an absolutely loaded card from WCW at the peak of their popularity.

In the fall of 1990, correspondent Tom Wilmer spent time on the Rainbow Warrior II while the vessel and crew were in the midst of an environmental awareness campaign in British Columbia. Back in 1985 the French Intelligence Service bombed the Greeneace flagship vessel Rainbow Warrior in the port of Aukland, New Zealand. Straight away Greenpeace sourced a replacement vessel and in July 1989 a former the three-masted schooner, deep-sea fishing vessel was rechristened as the Rainbow Warrior II in Hamburg, Germany. Fast forward in time—the Rainbow Warrior II was sold in 2011, replaced by the Rainbow Warrior III which entered service in October 2011. The Rainbow Warrior II was ultimately scrapped on a Bangladesh beach in 2018. In celebration of the 31 st anniversary of Tom Wilmer’s travel show broadcasts airing over NPR affiliate KCBX, and Journeys of Discovery with Tom Wilmer podcasts, we travel back in time to the fall of 1990 and re-share the Rainbow Warrior show as a Best-of-the Best

What does yoga and martial arts have to teach us about forgiveness? This episode explores finding peace with the past through the eyes of Warrior II pose and elbow position. We find purpose for our pain through forgiveness. Strength and stability in the present comes from the support and engagement of our past. When we practice self-forgiveness it clears room for new growth. Forgiveness does not happen all at once, but take a step forward with this guided imagery meditation.
This week I chat with Erica Jacobs. She is many things including a writer, healer, yoga teacher, Jesus loving Jew, extroverted introvert, will make you laugh till you cry, then say, "there's an oil for that," but my favorite by far is how she can have a serious conversation and be light-hearted at the same time. She teaches yoga, but secretly uses the classroom to teach about addiction, tolerance, recovery, grief, lust, desire, humility, freedom, God, Quantum Physics, and Warrior II...with a few curse words thrown in for good luck...which you’ll get a taste of right here during our episode. She is building a doTERRA business and consistently makes sure she isn’t falling victim to the "stop playing small/live your best life by buying what I'm selling" language, which I appreciate about her. She hates all personal development lingo and tries to cultivate a language and personal message that insists upon wholeness just for existing. We dig into many topics but the last 15 to 20 minutes are by far the best in my opinion. In this episode, we talk about: Her experience in the fitness world Eating disorder recovery Limiting beliefs and expectations around being a yoga teacher Vulnerability versus transparency Peek into the 12 steps Connecting stories into teachings in yoga and oils The personal development loop Muting unneeded voices Finding help and accountability Grace bringing up more resistance than disappointment does Eliminating to get to the essential Does any of this even matter Resources & links mentioned in the episode: Jazzercise www.youtube.com/watch?v=LD1xSc7oRRk Yoga with Erica at CorePower Yoga www.corepoweryoga.com Brene Brown brenebrown.com Where to find Erica Jacobs: Podcast: What's Eating Erica Jacobs Instagram: www.instagram.com/whats_eating_erica_j Email: erica@whatseatingericajacobs.com Subscribe & leave a review! Lauren and Sami describe how they first constructed their identities upon entering Spain, share an appreciation for Vermuth and leisurely Spanish living, and use Warrior II as a metaphor to explore the difference between being an outside observer of one's life and living integrated with all versions of oneself.
