Sonia T. is in Florida and she is having some real-life adventures with pirates! Did you know they exist off the shores of Florida? She met a nice pirate man and a pirate woman and got to learn a bit about Black Bread history. It's nice to randomly meet someone and have a fun encounter with them while also learning about something new. This week's theme is: What to do when you're having trouble listening to your intuition. Highlights: Sonia C's childhood name was, ‘Sam'. [4:35] So many of Sonia C's clients block their spontaneous self. [13:10] Does everything have to have a purpose? [15:30] When you don't act authentically yourself, you're robbing yourself and everyone who knows you. [27:25] Sabrina shares a story about Sonia being Scottish. [33:00] Sonia T. had a feeling that she knew how to Irish dance. Is she connected to a past life? [35:10] Never assume you know anybody, especially yourself. [40:40] Tool of the week. [43:00] Question of the week. [47:25] Speaking of random encounters, Sonia C. ran into a man who spoke 14 languages. Every language he spoke to her was elegant and beautiful. What a treat to meet someone with such unique gifts. When Sonia C. asked him for advice on how to pass her upcoming French language exam, he gave the most sound advice ever, “Just pretend you're French and completely believe it.” This man was speaking Sonia C.'s language. Is it a sign? Sonia C. believes so. When you grow up in a household where intuition is prioritized over the ego, whenever the ladies receive strong intuitive hits, it's uncomfortable to even try to ignore it. There are signs everywhere and it would be madness to not follow what your heart is telling you. Tool of the Week: Give yourself permission to be more. Not sure you can do it? Assume you can. Continue on Your Journey: Question of the Week: I want to channel more feminine energy. How would I go about that? Sonia C. just got back from her first live event that she's attended in years and she's so happy to know that so many people are listening to the podcast! Thank you for the support and for coming up to Sonia C. to say hi! This was actually the first time Sonia C. had met any of her listeners live. A lot has changed since 2020 and Sonia T. definitely has missed the live event atmosphere. This week's theme is about: Bad vibes and negative energy. Highlights: You can't depend on the world around us to help us with good vibes. [1:50] Even if you're surrounded by bad vibes, you can control your internal vibration no matter what. [2:50] How do you handle someone who just has bad vibes? [3:15] People are doing their thing and it's important to accept that. Bad vibes or not. [4:30] Sonia T. has learned not to be everyone's energetic buoy and to set better boundaries with herself. [9:15] What should you do if you're going through a low period in your life? [12:10] There's nothing wrong with giving you or someone you know some space. [16:45] So many people don't acknowledge that the energetic field is real and can be completely blocked off and indifferent to someone's spiraling energy. [23:40] Put a timer on and give yourself some ‘misery' attention. Let it pour out! [28:10] New rule: No meltdowns on Sunday, but you are allowed to have meltdowns on any other day! [31:30] Meltdowns are part of life. Poopy diaper moments are a part of life. [34:35] Tool of the week. [36:20] Question of the week. [39:15] You can't depend on the world around you to always give you good vibes. The good news is, you can completely take charge and take control with creating your own internal vibration without an external source. However, Sonia C. does realize that a lot of empaths absorb negative energy from those around us and so practicing good vibes all the time can be difficult to achieve. Sonia C. doesn't have to look very far to understand a lot of empaths struggle with keeping a higher vibration. She gets questions almost daily from social media and her inner circle group on how they can best manage this external chaotic energy that's been thrown at them. The secret is, we can turn this negative energy into positive energy. We don't just have to absorb it and keep it inside us! Us empaths are more powerful than we seem. Tool of the Week: Give your bad vibes 5 minutes to meltdown and then it's time to get back up! Question of the Week: Am I overloading my guides by connecting with them through too many different channels? On this week's episode of the Perfect Chaos Podcast, Ronda and David are going off script and just talking about the perfect chaos that can occur. While traveling this week, Ronda experienced some of the chaos that can occur and threaten our day, but doesn't that also take into account our plans in the classroom...heck even on the podcast we have a few errors with batteries failing, dogs squeaking, and storms rolling in. So what does your life look like unscripted? Sonia C. is back in Paris and she is excited about putting in a brand new vibe and feeling into her Parisian home. She's been in this space since 2015 when she went to recover from her painful trauma and now it's time to have a new updated and freshen look! This week's theme is about: Reinventing Your Space Highlights: Sonia C. is reinventing her Paris home and is excited [0:45] Everything Sonia T. got in her current apartment was supposed to be temporary. Is it now time for a more permanent change? [6:30] Beauty brings out the best of us. You should always make the effort to beautify your space. [8:30] Your mental trash is more important than your physical trash. [12:40] When life throws you a curveball….[22:00] What brings down Sonia T.'s vibration? [23:20] It's time to break up with the things that suck the fun out of your life. [28:00] Tool of the week. [30:00] Question of the week. [36:45] It's so nice that you're able to consciously change the relationship to something and the vibration to those things also changes. Sonia C. believes you can choose to recreate your life no matter what phase of it you're in. We can always create something new as long as we get rid of the old! Places hold energy and that energy collects. Have you ever entered into a space that someone hasn't been in for a long time? You can feel this collected and stale energy that's lying there, and it can also transfer and affect you! This does not just apply to the spaces you live in, but at our offices, and other places you might spend a lot of time in! Tool of the Week: Give yourself a psychic purge! What a week it was. The regular season is over and during this episode of the podcast, The Outsiders give you a little bit of everything. We briefly recapped the week, barely touching on how the week ended before immediately transitioning into Reese and Bibs getting a couple of timeline observation rants off. From there, we moved into our Mavs awards. This is the second year of the Mavs awards and most of the awards were obvious choices but some were not. We're curious how the listeners will feel about our choices. We then handed out our NBA awards and we had some surprisingly similar choices. After this segment, Reese named the winner of his Unsung Hero of the Year award. He let us know that the award was already decided last week but saved it for the last week of the regular season either way so we hope you enjoy this announcement. After this though, Bibs decided to check on something and deliver some very interesting news to his cohost. Finally, to close out the pod, the boys talk about movies. More specifically, the movie Ambulance. 00:00:16 - 00:08:15 Intros and Recaps 00:08:30 - 00:24:00 Reese and Bibs' Rants 00:25:12 - 00:46:06 The Outsiders Mavs Awards 00:46:28 - 01:07:08 The Outsiders NBA Awards 01:08:19 - 01:12:32 The Unsung Hero of the Year 01:12:42 - 01:17:00 The Mood Killer Segment *Warning* You may want to skip this 01:17:49 - 01:50:48 Movie Talk (Mostly an Ambulance review) Enjoy! Good morning everyone! Today is Sunday. the challenge of the week. My challenge for you this week is to give more. Donate more. But don’t give while wanting to get something in return. In your mind, there is a contract because you gave, you should get something back from them. Where did this contract come from? It’s only in your mind. If they don’t fulfill that contract, you will get upset. But they didn’t even know about that contract. So forget the contract. So give more. Expect absolutely nothing back. Word of the Day: Give Mantra of the Week: Give, give, give, give,
All wings report in! This episode: The Bacta War, chapters 30-36. This week on Rogue Podron, we begin by talking about which characters from Rogue One we are most excited about. Then, we continue our way through X-wing: The Bacta War, discussing chapters 30-36, including the creepiest #trashyromance couple to date, Booster and Corran's feud coming to a boiling point, a super romantic and not-at-all cheesey proposal, and so much more. Listener Question of the Week: Give us Therapist Wedge advice/meme. Contact Us: Tweet us @roguepodron or e-mail us at roguepodron@gmail.com. Website: http://roguepodron.tumblr.com Hosted by Meg, Danny, Saf, and Heath. Next week: X-wing: The Bacta War, chapters 37-THE END.
“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those whom God favors.†(Luke 2:14) Jesus, help me praise you and give you glory.
Fr. Kevin Dooley: St. Paul's Church: Sermon of the Week: "Give to God the things that are God's"----what does that encompass?
