Simon Conway's interview with Janice Spooner during Tuesday's third hour.
“An unconstitutional judicial decision is no more binding than an unconstitutional legislative act.” With that one line, Lysander Spooner demolished the dangerous myth of judicial supremacy - the idea that a court's opinion becomes law simply because judges say so. In this episode, we break down Spooner's powerful insights and warnings, echoing the words of many Founders who've been long forgotten today. The truth is simple and radical: the Constitution is the supreme law of the land - not the opinions of unelected judges. Judicial supremacy isn't just unconstitutional. It's tyranny. The post Lysander Spooner vs the Supreme Court: The Judicial Supremacy Lie first appeared on Tenth Amendment Center.

Lifeway Research, the marketing and data arm of Lifeway Publishers, has just published what they have identified as the top trends - both good and bad - in ministry within 2025.The list is very interesting but it becomes even more interesting when we consider it through the eyes of one of the valley's most dominant youth pastors, John Spooner from Pure Heart Church. John, who married Samantha, a NCS alum, is spearheading both Junior High and Senior High at a church that works exceptionally hard to speak to the needs of those experiencing brokenness. For more info on the Lifeway survey and the trends, follow this link.To get more information on the amazing youth ministry at Pure Heart Church, please follow this link. Next Level Soul with Alex Ferrari: A Spirituality & Personal Growth Podcast
In the realm of human experience, creativity and imagination are our greatest gifts. On today's episode, we welcome Suzanne Spooner, a dedicated practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) who helps individuals explore and understand the depths of their consciousness. Suzanne Spooner guides clients to tap into their inner knowledge and healing abilities through deep relaxation and hypnosis.Suzanne's journey into this fascinating work began unexpectedly in her kitchen while practicing a spiritual response therapy class. She felt the presence of her deceased father and began using a pendulum to communicate. "I started asking questions, and the answers came through the pendulum, spelling out words and sentences," she recalls. This experience sparked her curiosity and led her to explore deeper realms of consciousness.Suzanne was drawn to Dolores Cannon's work, which involved guiding clients to access their subconscious through hypnosis. This process allows individuals to uncover past lives or stories that hold the key to understanding their current life challenges. "The technique Dolores developed helps people access a part of themselves that knows everything, which is incredibly empowering," Suzanne explains. In our conversation, Suzanne emphasizes the power of creativity and imagination in shaping our lives. She believes that humanity has been conditioned to distrust these innate abilities, leading to a reliance on external authority. "If we don't trust our creativity and imagination, we remain in a state of confusion, relying on authority and not making good decisions for ourselves," she says. This insight reveals the importance of reclaiming our inner power and wisdom.SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYSInner Wisdom: Each of us holds all the answers within. By tapping into our subconscious, we can access profound knowledge and healing capabilities. This process involves trusting our inner voice and intuition.Empowerment Through Imagination: Our imagination is a direct link to the divine and a powerful tool for creating our reality. Embracing this gift can lead to greater self-awareness and personal growth.Healing Through Self-Discovery: Understanding past lives or stories from our subconscious can provide clarity and healing in our current lives. This journey of self-discovery helps us integrate and love all aspects of ourselves.Suzanne's work with QHHT demonstrates the profound impact of exploring our subconscious. Clients often experience significant healing and insights that transform their lives. "People heal themselves; it's not a miracle, it's normal in this experience," she notes. This process highlights the potential within each of us to overcome challenges and live more fulfilling lives. As we delve deeper into the conversation, Suzanne addresses common misconceptions about past lives and channeling. She explains that not every past life regression involves being a famous historical figure. Instead, these experiences provide valuable lessons and insights tailored to the individual's needs. "We are all connected, and each life story, whether famous or not, holds significance for our growth," she emphasizes.Suzanne also discusses the broader implications of her work on humanity's collective consciousness. She believes that we are witnessing a significant shift towards greater awareness and unity. "We're in a unique time where the evolution of consciousness is unfolding rapidly. The more we work on ourselves, the more we help the collective," she says.In conclusion, Suzanne's message is one of empowerment and hope. She encourages us to trust our inner wisdom, embrace our creativity, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing. By doing so, we can contribute to a more harmonious and enlightened world. Please enjoy my conversation with Suzanne Spooner.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/next-level-soul-podcast-with-alex-ferrari--4858435/support.

Few men were as highly esteemed and just a decade later despised beyond measure as Timothy Ruggles. Ruggles was a hero of the French & Indian War, a delegate to the Stamp Act Congress from Massachusetts, a land owner, legislator and community leader who had a large and prosperous family. His daughter Bathsheba married a Boston man, Joshua Spooner, and their marriage was once described as "inharmonious." Imagine then the country gossip when Joshua was found in March 1778 beaten and murdered and stuffed into his own well, and that two British prisoners of war and a young man from Topsfield were found in possession of his personal property. Join Professor Robert Allison in conversation with Andrew Noone, author of ‘Bathsheba Spooner, A Revolutionary Murder Conspiracy.'Tell us what you think! Send us a text message!

My guest today is Matt Spooner, who recently completed the Trans Continental Race - a 4200km non-stop bike ride from Roubaix in France, down to Istanbul in Turkey. Apart from the start & finish, there are 5 checkpoints and several compulsory sections known as parcours. There are also some roads which are banned, generally because they are unsafe for the riders. After that the route is completely open to the choices made by the riders. This event isn't just about cycling for many days. In the first half you'll hear me having a short (30-minute) conversation with Matt while he is actually riding his bike through Greece, about 3/4 of the way to his destination. We chat about: Route selection and how that's working out Some of the problems he has encountered along the way Equipment choices Daily nutrition on the road. In the second half, Matt and I are speaking a few days after he has finished the event. We then reflect on his overall performance and also: Whether executing the plan is more satisfying than the time and position His decisions to stop and sleep in a hotel each night versus camping by the side of the road Why finishing an event like this is more about being able to eat as much as you can than having a high FTP More about equipment choices Mindset for tackling TCR To find out more about Matt, please visit the following social media channels Instagram - matt_still_tri_ing Facebook - matthew.spooner.927 LinkedIn - Matthew Spooner If you haven't yet seen the documentary about the Transcontinental Race, I can highly recommend it: Onboard the Transcontinental Race Some links to topics covered in the podcast Diet Efficacy of Popular Diets Applied by Endurance Athletes on Sports Performance: Beneficial or Detrimental? In this show I continue to use the essays of Spooner to discuss what REAL "law" is as opposed to the arbitrary nonsense that the criminals in govt write down and enforce. If people understood these simple fundamental things the insane tyranny of govt would stop overnight. If you like The Quash and want more go to patreon.com/theQuash and become a member. In this show I read an excerpt from Spooner in its entirety and they show people why they are NEVER told the truth about the system. Because if they were they would never permit it to run on and they would NEVER defend it. It is the job of con/cons in media and academia to make sure the people NEVER find out the truth.
