Making more money, whether it's growing your audience or breaking into a new niche, is all about who you know.  When you read that your mind probably goes to good old boys smoking cigars at country clubs but the reality is ALL business is relational, because we naturally work with people we know, like, and more importantly, TRUST. And any good business dedicates part of its daily work activities to creating new leads (i.e., getting your work in front of fresh eyeballs) and thereby growing your audience. It's season 4 of the podcast! I didn't understand the importance of messaging and copy until 2 years ago, and it showed in my sales!   Even though my writing was inspiring, it wasn't fully communicating the value of my offer.
