We're seeing 2020 out with a bang, with our penultimate episode of the year being one of the best yet (especially from a content perspective). The boys had the privilege of interviewing one of the industry leaders of the evidence-based training community & all around great dude, Dr Eric Helms. Eric has a PhD in Strength and Conditioning, a masters with a research focus on protein and macronutrient manipulation for dieting bodybuilders, a second masters in exercise science and health promotion, and a bachelors in sports management, fitness and wellness.
