In today's episode of The Female Fitness Podcast I have the absolute pleasure of being joined by Bekka Leahy Hartnett to talk all things binge eating and how we might approach tackling it and the struggles that often present themselves alongside binge eating! Bekka is a disordered eating nutritionist working as part of the ETPHD coaching team. She is a counselling & psychotherapy trainee and someone who has also struggled with her relationship with food herself in the past.
