In today's social media and internet age, if you're anything like us, you've probably seen it all when it comes to ministry scams or shams or ways to get paid. Furthemore, we now have online ministries galore, offering a panoply of products or services. And maybe you're an online minister yourself. So, if you're in ministry, you'll want to listen to this teaching until the end. You'll be glad you did. P.S. Understanding the Kingdom of God | Part 5B | The Misunderstood Gospel of Jesus Christ As most entrepreneurs know, a mission statement is defined as “a formal summary of the aims and values of a company, organization, or individual.” So, what was the formal summary of the aims and values of Jesus? The first official words preached by Jesus in public, as recorded in Matthew 4:17 (NLT), are: “From that time on Jesus began to preach, ‘Repent, for the kingdom of heaven has come near.'” “From that time on.” Other versions say, “From then on.” This is to mean: from this moment and habitually after that. From there, Jesus' message was mostly about the Kingdom of God. All throughout the gospels, the Kingdom was the main message of Jesus. He would say: “The Kingdom of God is like,” “To what shall I compare the Kingdom of God?” “The Kingdom of God is,” etc. The gospels are saturated with Kingdom talk from Yahushua. Check this out in the King James Version Bible: The Kingdom of God appears 15 times in Mark. The Kingdom of God appears 31 times in Luke. The Kingdom of God appears twice in John. The Kingdom of God appears seven times in Acts. The Kingdom of God appears eight times in the rest of the New Testament. Now, you may ask, “What about the Gospel of Matthew?” Well, instead of ‘Kingdom of God,' Matthew used the term ‘Kingdom of Heaven'? The Kingdom of Heaven appears a whopping 32 times in Matthew! Matthew chose to use the term ‘Kingdom of Heaven' rather than ‘Kingdom of God' in order to avoid offending his target audience, who were mostly Hebrews. They have long preferred not to name or use the name of God. They did so to avoid breaking the third commandment, which says, “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain.” So, it is evident from the gospels that Jesus' main teaching and mission was to proclaim this “Good News of the Kingdom.” But what exactly was the Good News of the Kingdom? In this episode, we take a look and shed light on "the Misunderstood Gospel of Jesus Christ". Get your copy of Kingdom Fundamentals Here: https://amzn.to/3pLiaIV

I think all believers should decree, confess, and declare as part of their spiritual discipline and daily walk with the Lord. Decrees should be uttered every day in order to build up your faith, or simply to remain in faith. They are an essential part of a fruitful prayer life. Like prayer, like Bible reading and studying, like fellowshipping with other believers; decreeing should be part of your daily spiritual discipline and walk with God. Part 1B- A Primer (Introduction) How Much of The Kingdom
If you prefer to watch the webinar in video format, click here: https://bit.ly/christianbookwebinar (https://bit.ly/christianbookwebinar) Has God Called YOU to Write a Book? In these challenging times, God has ignited many Kingdom citizens with a powerful message. He is asking many believers, in this very hour, to put fingers to keyboard and write a Christian book to impact the body of Christ, and even to change the culture. There is an undeniable Scribe anointing being spread over many in this crucial hour. Unfortunately, however, most of these powerful books are never birthed. They end up in the cemetery of unfulfilled dreams and missions. The reasons are: Procrastination. Some know they are called to write, but just don't see it as a priority. They constantly neglect it, ignore it, or put it on the backburner -- that's between them and God. Hesitancy. Others are called to write. They know it, but they hesitate. Their hesitancy usually stems from a sense of overwhelm, intimidation, and maybe even fear. They (mistakenly) see the task as near-impossible. Doubt. For others, they're just not sure they should write a book. They're not sure if it's part of their calling. They'd like to be sure writing a book wouldn't be a waste of time. So, because they're not sure… they don't do it. They reason: when in doubt, do without. Now, whether you're part of the first, second, or third group, I have good news for you! I have created a webinar that's tailor-made to give you more clarity, or conviction, as a potential Christian author. In this important webinar-format teaching, I help you answer the very important question: Has God Called YOU to Write a Book? In it, I reveal the 10 telltale signs that indicate you should write that book. So, are you interested to know if writing a book should be part of your future and walk with God? Would you like to have more understanding or clarity concerning your desire to write a book? Success... It seems everyone wants it, but everybody disagrees about what it looks like, or how to reach it -- especially in christendom! One thing everyone agrees on is that there are definite challenges that show up on the path to success. And these challenges make the path more arduous - discouraging even. Indeed, everything worthwhile is uphill. As we near a New Year yet again, many will develop renewed vision, dream new dreams, and undertake new challenges. Many of these are of God. He does guide us on the path to purpose and success. He does want us to succeed! But, what will you do when the road becomes arduous? When it seems that you're all alone? Will you press on? Or give up? Much of it depends on your outlook and preparation. In this episode, I share with you 4 things you need to know about the journey to success. As you will see, indeed, success is NOT convenient. In the pursuit of success, there is no greater weapon than a prepared mind. After this episode, your mind will be prepared.
What does God have in store for us in 2022? What does the devil have in store for people in 2022? We've seen the lines being drawn in the sand these last two years. The tug of war between the Elite and the Elect is nothing short of Epic at this time. They say that the best way to predict the future is to look at the past. Well, in our case, the last two years have definitely shown us what could be in store for 2022. Combine these insights with what the Bible says and with what the Holy Ghost presses on our hearts, and we can come up with some pretty accurate predictions of what you should expect in the next year. Some of it is bad. Some of it is worse. But fortunately, some of it is miraculous! In this episode, we'll give you all the prophetic prepping you need to do in 2022, so that you can face the future boldy. Hey... You're Welcome!
What does being in a Matrix mean? A matrix, in the KJV Bible is the womb. It is mentioned 5 times (in the books of Exodus and Numbers). In essence, the matrix is a birthing chamber. But the term, since the movie the Matrix, back 1999, has taken a life of its own. The Matrix is where average people who do not believe in themselves live and that's where they do not amount to anything great. That's the general belief, as in to believe in the lie. Mediocrity is also a generally accepted term. Jesus came to call people out of the Matrix of unbelief, of mediocrity, of ordinary, of superficial. He said: “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” ~John 8:31-32 But, I know from experience, that most aren't really interested in the truth. Most do not hold to the teachings of Jesus. And most aren't really free -- and that includes many Christians. So, today, we're going to explore the eigth different Matrixes that we are called to go through on our quest for the deeper truths of God. So, take the red pill, and let's go down the rabbit hole together!
We've been hearing more and more about God's End-Times Remnant Church lately. Many religious folks talk about the mysterious remnant as if they were intimately acquainted with them. But, who are the last days remnant church really? Are they regular folks attending church with us on Sunday? Are they mild-mannered church attendants on Sunday, and mighty warriors for God the rest of the week? Are they prominent Christian teachers with large ministries and online platforms? Are they zealous fringe conspiracy teachers with tinfoil hats? In this broadcast, we'll examine 17 Characteristics of God's Chosen Remnant for the Last Days. As we go down the list, you may find yourself wondering if this is you. OR, you might find yourself convinced that it isn't. Either way, this broadcast will open your eyes to who the remnant are, and it will not leave you indifferent. Indeed, God does have a remnant at this time...
During this week leading to Thanksgiving, we decided to share an 'oldie but a goodie' with you guys. This Episode of The Thriving on Purpose Podcast is titled: "The Art of Blissful Dissatisfaction: Always be Thankful, But Never Be Satisfied." There is a very delicate balance that exists between being always thankful (as the Bible tells us) and never being satisfied. But what does this entail? Is it unbiblical? Or, is it perhaps the state described by Ed Mylett as "Blissful Dissatisfaction"? Tune in to find out! Oh, and... Have a Blessed Thanksgiving!
In the book of Luke, we read the account of Jesus' temptation. At one point in the account, we read: “The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. And he said to him, “I will give you all their authority and splendor; it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. If you worship me, it will all be yours.” Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.'” ~Luke 4: 5-8 Notice how the devil said: “I can give it to anyone I want to.” Guess what… He has -- for centuries. The devil has distributed the earthly wealth of his kingdom to those who willfully serve him. They are often called: the Elite They are also called the 1%, or the controllers, or the mighty men of the earth, or the shadow government. For those who read the Bible, this should come as no surprise. In fact, the Bible itself is the epic account of the battle between the Elite and the people of God -- also known as: the Elect, or the Children of the Kingdom. In this episode, I cover the extent of this conflict of the ages - The Elite vs. The Elect
Along with the recent passing of remnant/warriors/watchmen Rob Skiba and Russ Dizdar, we have witnessed many believers on social media, saying things like, PLEASE PRAY FOR ME... I've been in a car accident I'm sick I'm depressed I lost my job My whole family thinks I'm nuts I'm oppressed I'm attacked by witchcraft I can't sleep Etc. Well, the Lord has impressed on our hearts to address this increased and oh-so-obvious War on the Saints -- especially his watchmen and remnant at this time. We'll look at what the Bible has to say about it, but also give you hope that no matter how intense the battle gets... we ultimately WIN!
WHAT IS JESUS SAYING TO THE WEST'S SEVEN MAIN CHURCHES (CHRISTIAN MOVEMENTS)? This podcast is read from a blog I wrote on November 18, 2020. It is prophetic in nature. It's one of the most taboo subjects in the Church: depression and suicide among believers. And yet, statistics show that the numbers concerning depression and suicide in the church are alarmingly high - similar to secular numbers. Unfortunately, the church, rather than being a place of healing for those who suffer, can become a place of judgement. And, often, when pastors do speak up about depression, it may be to perpetuate the falsehood that “real Christians” do not get depressed. This adds sad upon sad. In this broadcast, I discuss the following: Depression statistics My personal story and struggle with depression People from the Bible and Church history who fought depression Causes of Depression in Believers False religious beliefs about depression Useful ways to overcome depression Encouraging Bible passages, and much, much more! I pray this important teaching will bless you and enable to overcome in Jesus' Name! Remember: Sharing is Caring... and could save lives! Sincerely, Sebastien Richard
Italian artist Pablo Picasso once said: "The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.” Truer words were rarely spoken. In part 2 of "Lord, What is My Purpose?", titled "gifted for a purpose", we'll consider the power and purpose of your gifitngs. In the process, we differenciate between abilities, talents, gifts, and spiritual gifts. These are not all the same, but they all play a part in you discovering your purpose. We'll also give you potent examples of what the process of a purpose hunt looks like in the Kingdom of God. As you'll see, at the end of the day, it really is true: Your life if God's gift to you, what you do with it is your gift back to God. Be blessed and thrive on!
As a believer, have you ever wondered: "What is my purpose in life?" Whether we like to admit it or not, being a Christian brings us more answers, but not necessarily all the answers. That's why some of you are still struggling to know your purpose in life. You may still be asking... Why did God create me? Once saved, is my sole purpose to share the Gospel? Why am I struggling so much? What is my calling - my assignment on this earth? Rest assured, you're not the only one asking yourself these most important questions. And there is no shame in not having these answers. What would be a shame though would be to miss out on part 1 of this teaching series titled: "Lord, What Is My Purpose?" In this episode, we'll reverse engineer purpose. We'll consider what it is not, and what it is. We'll also dispel some myths and misconceptions in the process. In the next few episodes, we'll make sure we bring the goods to get you to the answer you seek.
This is the third, explosive, and final part of the "As in the Days of Noah" series. In this episode, we'll look deeply into Bible prophecy found in the book of Daniel and the book of Revelation. We'll consider the parallels between the nephilim hybridization of the time of Noah and today's alien agenda. We'll also examine the level of technology that we've been handed by these so-called "beings from outer space". We'll hear the claims of Canadian and American whistle blowers on the matter. All this, and much MORE... in this final installment of: As In the Days of Noah. You'll want to save this one and share it! Be blessed and thrive on!
This week we continue the As In the Days of Noah Series. When pressed by His disciples, Jesus warned that the End of this Age would be like the days of Noah. He said: "As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.” ~ Matthew 24:37-39 In this second part, we'll consider many pressing matters and weigh how they compare to the Days of Noah: The Great Reset the Vax-Pass The Mark of the Beast Modern-day Hybridization How do these things affect us today? This podcast ends with a sobering message: We have an Ark today too... Do you know what it is? Are you open-minded enough to come on this journey? If so, get ready to get your mind blown! In this week's episode, we take a short break from the more robust and controversial "As In the Days of Noah" series, to bring 4 Critical Personal Growth Lessons to the Body of Christ. Most believers understand the importance of spiritual growth. They practice it consistently; Bible reading and studying, worship, personal prayer time, pressing in, savoring the presence of God. These are all wonderful and crucial things for every believer. However, most believers neglect their personal growth in the process. As we will see in this episode, spirtual growth alone is not enough to help us "grow to the full measure and stature of Christ" (Ephesians 4:13) who was daily growing "in favour with God and man" (Luke 2:52). Spiritual growth is your roots digging deeper, personal growth is the evidence of your fruit for all to see: it's the tree on the surface. According to many Bible teachers and experts, we may very well be living in the End-Times right now. And with the way things are going, I have to concur. In the Olivet discourse, Jesus warned that the End of this Age would be like the days of Noah. He said: "As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.” ~ Matthew 24:37-39 With this in mind, I thought it would be a good idea to explore what exactly the days of Noah were like. In order to do so, we'll have to dig deeper than what the Bible tells us in Genesis. We'll have to consider what some of the other Scriptures have to say as well - Scriptures outside of our familiar Canon. We'll have to dig deeper in order to climb higher. So, are you open-minded enough to come on this journey? If so, get ready to get your mind blown! Don't miss an episode! Defamation is defined in the dictionary as: The act of communicating false statements about a person that injure the reputation of that person : the act of defaming another. De-Fame: This is to say… to take away the fame of a person. As believers, we are called to bear testimony to our God. We are called to represent Him well. And yet, too often, we misrepresent Him by what we say of what we do. We defame Him. The tenth commandment tells us to not ber any false witness, and yet, in our ignorance we often do that against our redeemer. We do this by having the wrong understanding of who He is and what He is all about. We do this because of our limited and flawed understanding. Either we portray Him to be all about grace and love, or we go to the other extreme and make Him out to be all about justice, truth, and judgment. But God is prefectly balanced in all these things. In this episode, we'll explore how we, as believers, misunderstand God, misrepresent Him, and end up paying the price.
Whether we like to admit it or not, many of us are like the rich young ruler. He served as a cautionary tale. When Jesus told him to seel his possessions and follow Him, he felt he couldn't pay the price. Many of us also want to keep something back from God—our time, money, and effort. And yet, the price for entry into the Kingdom and access to its glory is everything. But, on the upside, the rewards of seeking first the Kingdom are even greater than its price. One of my favourite passages of scriptures is the conversation between a worried Peter (after he witnessed the rich young ruler being deemed unqualified for Kingdom entry) and Jesus, in Luke 18:29 : “Peter said, ‘See, we have left all and followed You.' In effect, Peter was asking: “Look Jesus, we're all 100% in. We left it all behind as proof. So, if you don't mind my asking; what's in it for us?” "So He said to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or parents or brothers or wife or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God, who shall not receive many times more in this present time, and in the age to come eternal life.'” ~ Luke 18:29 (NKJV) There are undeniable rewards for those who are willing to pay the price and are 'All In' for the Kingdom of God. Now, this brings up the ultimate question... Are YOU All In? In this episode, we examine the cost and the rewards of those who are... We've had church-smart and Bible smart Christians for a long time. But the Enemy upped his game. He's now taken his agenda and warfare to our streets, our neighborhoods, our schools, against our kids, and propagated it through our media. It's nothing new... He's been doing it for decades. It was planned and implemented for many generations. But what have we, the Church, been doing during this time? We've been busy playing church and churchianity. Christians are still waging tomorrow's war with yesterday's intelligence tactics. We have the right weapons, but we lack understanding of what the Enemy is and has been doing for so long. Our weapons still work, they always will. But our tactics need an overhaul. We need to become street-smart Christians because the war against the saints has reached a new level... and there are new devils. Be blessed and Thrive on! All throughout the Gospels, we read of Jesus telling the people, "The Kingdom of God is Like..." or "What shall I compare the Kingdom of God to...?" or "The Kingdom of God is comparable to..." The Kingdom of God was clearly Jesus' main teaching and focus. Shouldn't it be ours as well? Jesus also went to great lengths to teach us about it. Well, in this episode, as we continue our Kingdom Fundamentals book launch promo, we will explore what the Kingdom of God is like... in detail! We give you: 6 Key
In this episode, we begin a NEW series of teachings based on Sebastien Richard's brand new book: https://thriving-on-purpose.aweb.page/KINGDOM-FUNDAMENTALS-BOOK (Kingdom Fundamentals: What the Kingdom of God Means and What it Means for YOU) While the book's main purpose is to look deeply into what the Kingdom of God IS; today, we'll look at what it isn't. There are 4 main misconceptions about the Kingdom of God that most people fall victim to in the course of their walk as believers. If you're not careful, and are not taught in the ways of the Kingdom of God, these falsehoods can make you a bitter victim instead of a better victor. We prefer that you become a better victor - and so does the Lord. As always, Be blessed and thrive on! P.S. In the back of my (Sebastien Richard) book titled https://www.amazon.com/Reasons-God-Wants-You-Prosper/dp/B08HTP4QV5 (5 Reasons God Wants YOU to Prosper), I wrote: "Hundreds of books teach believers how to prosper, but before you learn how to prosper, you must first identify, confront, and forsake the false money-related beliefs that are keeping you bound. This is your starting point of embracing God's plans to prosper you (Jeremiah 29:11)." Well, in this episode of the Thriving on Purpose Podcast, we take a look at 5 Money Myths Most Broke Christians Believe. While we know there are far more than just five, these are the ones we have identified as the main ones that keep believers stuck and struggling financially. The Lord requires a complet mindshift of your money mindset to trust you with more wealth. Are you ready to change your thinking when it comes to money? If so, this episode is a gret place to start! In this week's episode, we continue unmasking the spirit of Jezebel. So, if you haven't already, make sure you listen to part 1 first. In part 2, we'll examine the reasons why Jezebel is a stubborn and 'sticky' spirit that is often hard to cast out. We'll also dive deep into why this wicked entity has multiplying for decades in the western church, in marriages, and in families. The main reason might surprise you. We believe that it is true the End-Times Church is anointed with the spirit of Elijah. However, Elijah confronted Jezebel. And, as such, it is time for the Church to submit to God, repent of its sin, confront the spirit of Jezebel and cast it to the dogs to be devoured. Are you ready? You'll be blessed as we also guide you in a powerful prayer of deliverance to confront and get rid of this wicked spirit once and for all! We believe this to be one of the most thorough and complete teachings on the spirit of Jezebel ever offered anywhere. So, make sure you share it! Be blessed and thrive on! Elisabeth & Sebastien p.s. In the Bible, Queen Jezebel's story is found in 1 and 2 Kings. She... Was a deeply religious woman Was the wife of Ahab, King Contributed to the worship of Baal in israel Was ruthless, getting a man (Naboth) killed over a vineyard Was Manipulative and seductive Sought power and control Hated God and His followers, sought to kill Elijah But the spirit of Jezebel at war with believers today is NOT the spirit of this wicked Queen herself… Join us in Part 1 of this two-part series where we identify, unmask, and lead you to cast out this evil spirit known as the Jezebel spirit. To quote John Paul Jackson: "I believe an evil spirit motivated Jezebel's actions… I also believe the influence of this spirit exists today and has never been eradicated from the Church." ~Unmasking the Spirit of Jezebel We believe that it is true the End-Times Church is anointed with the spirit of Elijah. Elijah confronted Jezebel. And, as such, it is time for the Church to confront the spirit of Jezebel and cast it to the dogs as well. Support this podcast
