Lukujonossa luemme viikinkieepos Vinland Sagan pokkarit 11-13 ja tutustumme Milk Morinagan uuteen parisuhdeyurisarjaan My Cute Little Kitten. --- Kommentoi | Mastodon | Twitter | Instagram --- - Petterin uutinen siitä, miten Twitter kielsi ulkoiset sovellukset - Sama juttu kopiona Tivissä - Mastodon-sovellus Ivory - Myös Ice Cubes ja Tusky ovat suositeltavia - Petteri Mastodonissa: petteriuusitalo@mastodontti.fi, ptjtsubasa@mastodon.social - Maaret Mastodonissa: AranaRain@mastodontti.fi - Mangakartta Mastodonissa: mangakartta@mastodon.online - Tero Ykspetäjän Mastodon-pikaopas - Roni Laukkarisen lista suomenkielisistä Mastodon-instansseista - Glenn Fleishmanin syvemmälle menevä kirjoitus Mastodonista 16:34 – MIKÄ ON NIMEN MERKITYS MANGALLE? We review Attack on Titan: The Final Chapters Special. While there may have been some doubt as to the format and release of this 1-hour special, MAPPA has once again delivered another incredible part of AoT. From the heart-wrenching moments of sadness, to the scenes of pure destruction, to the glimmers of hope and kindness, we discuss every facet of this special and theorize what lies ahead in the (hopefully) grand finale premiering later this year. Every era of anime has only a few shows that are so influential, they're granted the title of “anime classic.” Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) is destined to become a classic as it makes anime history, and to celebrate the final season we're bringing back our Attack on Titan special event to review this 1-hour special! We continue our look back on the previous seasons of AoT in preparation for the anime's finale, this time finding all the hints about the AoT story from the first half of season three. We review the second season of Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin). We continue our look back on the previous seasons of AoT in preparation for the show's finale, talking about every hint Isayama gave us in season two about the greater AoT lore. We also reminisce about the craziest, most nonchalant reveal in anime history, as well as some very special moments between Eren, Mikasa, and Armin. All Tyler wanted was a person to discuss the latest Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) manga and anime releases with, but the closest he could find was Bill, a guy who fell off the series after season 1 of the anime. And so The Coordinate: An Attack on Titan Podcast was born. Laugh along with Tyler as Bill makes definitively wrong predictions or enjoy the story for the first time with Bill. They covered one arc a month of the manga until they were forced to stop for a bit… but now they are back watching Attack on Titan: The Final Season. The Coordinate is available on Apple Podcast, YouTube, or your favorite podcast app. You can listen to the first episode here. Follow the podcast on Twitter and Instagram @CoordinatePod

We review Attack on Titan: The Dawn of Humanity (E87). This is it. It really is the final episode of the final season...part 2 because we got confirmation that there will be a part 3 of the final season. We talk all about this news, and all about this episode filled with flashbacks that give us more context for some pivotal moments for Eren and the Scouts. But most importantly, there was a clown. Every era of anime has only a few shows that are so influential, they're granted the title of “anime classic.” Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) is destined to become a classic as it makes anime history, and to celebrate the final season we're reviewing every single episode on Strictly Anime! We review Attack on Titan: Retrospective (E86). There was a certain charm and elegance to the way Wit Studio animated and choreographed fight scenes in seasons 1-3 of Attack on Titan, but MAPPA showed us in this episode that their adaptation also incorporates some incredible battles. The brutality of this ongoing fight reaches its conclusion, and we take a look at how the never-ending war is starting to affect the Scouts. We also dive into the retrospective of two very different but parallel characters. Every era of anime has only a few shows that are so influential, they're granted the title of “anime classic.” Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) is destined to become a classic as it makes anime history, and to celebrate the final season we're reviewing every single episode on Strictly Anime! We review Attack on Titan: Traitor (E85). The action and nostalgia pick up again as the Scouts enter a new battle with the return of some old friends. But what really makes this episode intense are the emotions Armin and Connie experience as they make a difficult decision in order to keep moving forward. We once again give high praise to Isayama's incredible writing as we look at the many parallels taking place in this episode. We review Attack on Titan: Night of the End (E84). The time has finally come for Marley and the Scouts to talk things out. And they sure did a lot of talking. We discuss all the arguing, Jean's struggle, and Yelena putting everyone on blast. If there's one thing this episode shows us, it's that communication is key. Every era of anime has only a few shows that are so influential, they're granted the title of “anime classic.” Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) is destined to become a classic as it makes anime history, and to celebrate the final season we're reviewing every single episode on Strictly Anime! We review Attack on Titan: Pride (E83). Guys, Connie is dumb ok? He's trying his best but like he said to Armin, "A know-it-all wouldn't get how idiots work." He thought that brushing a Titan's teeth was a convincing excuse, and then made that really ugly face. But it's ok because we still love him. And look at him now with all his character development. You got this, Connie. We review Attack on Titan: Sunset (E82). It's time for status updates on all the major players in this chaos: Mikasa doesn't know what to do, Armin is freaking out, Jean is mentally checked out, Connie is confused (as usual) about what's right and wrong, and Floch is still annoying. We review Attack on Titan: Thaw (E81). They're taking us back to our Attack on Titan roots with an episode that feels straight out of season one. We discuss the return of 3D maneuvering with ODM gear, Jean's character development, and a good old fashioned showdown between Scouts vs. Titans. We also share our appreciation for the many tributes to past characters and events, and how things come full circle in this episode.

We review Attack on Titan: Above and Below (E75). Things come full circle in this last episode for part 1 of the final season. Eren is greeted by a surprise guest, which is followed up by a surprise visit from Marley in what could be one of the best (and worst) cliffhangers in AoT. We speculate what's to come as we patiently wait for part 2 to arrive! Every era of anime has just a few shows that are so influential, they're granted the title of “anime classic.” Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) could very well be that, and to celebrate the final season we're reviewing every single episode on Strictly Anime!
We review Attack on Titan: Sole Salvation (E74). In the second episode of this week's AoT double feature, Zeke takes center stage as we delve into his past, discover his plans to save Eldia, and decipher how the root cause of all this drama is bad parenting. Every era of anime has just a few shows that are so influential, they're granted the title of “anime classic.” Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) could very well be that, and to celebrate the final season we're reviewing every single episode on Strictly Anime! Each podcast episode will release every Wednesday following the new episode of AoT. This is in addition to our regular schedule for Strictly Anime.
We review Attack on Titan: Savagery (E73). In the first episode of this week's AoT double feature, we're treated to three different kinds of savagery: the main trio engaged in a not-so-civil discussion, Levi's continued supremacy over Zeke, and Floch being his usual idiotic self.

We review Attack on Titan: Children of the Forest (E72). This emotional episode centers around love, loss, and betrayal. We review Attack on Titan: Guides (E71). Between the Jaegerists, the exploding poop chair, Eren's escape, and the special guest appearance, things seem to be spiraling out of control for Paradis. We review Attack on Titan: Deceiver (E70). As members of the anti-Gabi squad, we discuss why exactly we dislike her character when many others are just as controversial. We also talk about the true meaning of the title “Deceiver” and who that may actually be about. Plus, we celebrate the real MVP of this episode: the horse. Attack on Titan, or Shingeki no Kyojin, is the anime that we are covering in this episode of our Podcast. Does it suck? This review isn't really a review, but it is our opinions on the manga. The world loves this series! They're crazy about it! And we.. are not. Well, Weeb 101 always has a different take on things and here we are! We're fighting against the biggest (?) series of 2021! Season 4 of AoT is still not fully out and we are already here to insult everything you love about this series. Please don't cancel us! It's just an opinion. TL;DR of the video: We like Attack on Titan and the story behind it. We're more turned off by the fanbase than anything. We really think it was a good story that got lost on the way due to terms like "genius" being thrown about and force on Isayama. This led to intense pressure on the mangaka to actually do something that would surpass all the levels that he already reached with the manga. In fact, every little thing seems to be taken and made into a huge matter by the fanbase. A simple reference to Hallucigenia became a thing that was wondered upon and people ended up saying, "Isayama is God. He has something planned" It's a reference, and a good one, but it is overhyped by the fans. We would rate Attack on Titan higher if the fanbase wasn't toxic. As usual, spoilers ahead! We review Attack on Titan: A Sound Argument (E69). There's a lot of tension in this episode (some regular, some sexual) between Hange and Eren, Hizuru and Paradis, Historia and her life choices, Sasha and Connie, Levi and everyone else growing taller than him, and us as the viewers wondering what the hell is going on with that wine.
We review Attack on Titan: Brave Volunteers (E68). We finally get an answer to one of our most burning questions this season: What have the Scouts been up to over the last four years? Plus, we get more Zeke and Levi interactions and they are pure gold.
We review Attack on Titan: Assassin's Bullet (E67). While the battle between the Scouts and Marley comes to an abrupt end, this show is just getting started on revealing the bigger picture. In the same episode, we're given one of the biggest reveals and one of the saddest moments in AoT. UGH.
We review Attack on Titan: Assault (E66). Just when we thought things couldn't get more intense, MAPPA dishes out the next installment of this battle between Marley and the Scouts. We discuss the savage fight scenes, Levi vs. Zeke part 2, a nutcracker, screaming kids, and Armin's glow-up.
We review Attack on Titan: The War Hammer Titan (E65). Our hype cannot be contained as we discuss the introduction of the War Hammer Titan, the return of the Scouts (particularly Levi and Mikasa), and the nation of Marley finally meeting the "island devils." Welcome back, Scouts! We missed you!
We review Attack on Titan: Declaration of War (E64). The tension and suspense in this episode were amazing, but what really had us impressed was Eren himself. We discuss his insane character development, his conversation with Reiner, and Willy's declaration of war followed by the epic reintroduction of the Attack Titan.
We review Attack on Titan: From One Hand to Another (E63). While this episode felt more like a light-hearted filler, it revealed some very important information regarding the Tybur family and the state of Marley. It also confirmed the reunion we've been waiting for, and we speculate what's going to happen in the next episode as we wait for the 2-week break to end!
We review Attack on Titan: The Door of Hope (E62). Yes, it was pretty much another Marley episode focused mostly on Reiner – but that HUGE reveal at the end of the episode has us feeling some type of Titan way. Every era of anime has just a few shows that are so influential, they're granted the title of “anime classic.” Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin) could very well be that, and to celebrate the final season we're reviewing every single episode on Strictly Anime! We review Attack on Titan: Midnight Train (E61). While not much happened in this episode, so much was revealed and so many of our questions were answered. We share our thoughts on Zeke's plan, the weird rotoscoping, and the highlight of the episode: Reiner's potato story. Bud, Bryan, and Pol return (Art was pulled away by his pesky JOB again) to talk the usual Marvel/Disney stuff, but also Sabrina, Fast & Furious, Pirates of the Caribbean, and a cool anime called Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin).
On tonight's show, Funimation grabs the Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojin license, and possible simuldub like Yuri on ICE? Also, Attack on Titan gets a stage play! And what does Hayao Miyazaki has to say about anime now? What's up with pole dancing and Yuri on Ice? And anime references in South Park? And a Dragon Ball Z spinoff with Yamcha? Then on the Open Forum Topic, we ask what was one of the best and worst holiday gifts you've ever gotten?! And wrapping things up in Strange News in Japan, is PPAP borderline harassment? Serial hair snipper arrested, and Kamen Rider apprehends a voyeur? --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/animejamsession/support
