This past week, America marked 23 years since thousands of Americans were killed in a series of terrorist attacks in New York City, Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C..   In our nation's capital, 184 people were murdered when hijackers crashed American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon.   Texas State Senator Brian Birdwell (R) was there on September 11th, 2001.
