Summary This conversation focuses on the mystery of God's redemptive plan and the necessity of remaining open to the ongoing revelation of the Holy Spirit. The speakers discuss God's covenant promises concerning Israel, acknowledging that some scriptures appear difficult to reconcile through natural understanding alone. Rather than forcing God's Word into fixed doctrinal conclusions, believers are encouraged to trust what God has spoken and allow Him to reveal His purposes in His timing. The discussion also highlights God's ultimate purpose of creating a new humanity in Christ that transcends all natural distinctions. The family emphasizes humility, spiritual openness, and dependence upon the mind of Christ rather than human reasoning. Through grace, repentance, and daily surrender to the Father, believers are being transformed into His image and prepared to participate in His greater purpose for all creation. Show Notes • The family discusses the mystery surrounding God's covenant promise that "all Israel will be saved." • The family explores how seemingly conflicting scriptures are often a result of human misunderstanding rather than contradiction within God's Word. • God's promises stand because of His faithfulness and His name, not because of human merit or understanding. • Believers are encouraged to resist the temptation to force scripture into rigid doctrinal systems. • The Holy Spirit is the source of revelation and understanding. • God is bringing forth a new creation that transcends traditional distinctions of Jew and Gentile. • Spiritual growth requires remaining teachable and open to fresh revelation. • Ken warns against the danger of the independent spirit that believes it already has all the answers. • Dale emphasizes developing a relationship with the Father and allowing the mind of Christ to replace natural reasoning. • Grace is presented as God's means of transforming humanity into His image. • The conversation concludes with the call to daily surrender and continual openness to God's leading. They're only conflicting in our minds." — Ron • "Whether I get it or not is not the point. The point is You said it." — Ron • "Be open, be open, be open, be open." — Ron • "We think we've got the whole thing wired, and we have no clue." — Ken • "When Christ is revealed, we're going to find out exactly what God meant and how it's going to work." — Ken • "It's so important not to snap judge about anything." — Ken • "We keep our spirits open, and we don't lock ourselves into anything." — Ken • "The greatest enemy of the church is the independent spirit." — Ken • "We have to stay open to what the Lord's speaking on a continual basis." — Ken • "The human mind is not capable of being led by the Spirit yet. Every fourth Sunday for the past few months, we have had a side series, “Thank God for Work”; where we interview members about the work they do and how it fits into faith. The bible begins with God at work and this simple truth is vital to any Christian understanding of work. Before our work can become faithful, fruitful, or free we must see and receive God's work. Listen as Dave unpacks this in the first sermon in our new series on work.
There's a difference between knowing about Jesus and actually walking with Him in power. This message from Pastor George Sawyer is an invitation to stop standing still in your faith and start stepping into everything God has already made available to you.In Next Steps, Pastor Sawyer takes us into the Upper Room in John , a moment filled with urgency, emotion, and promise. Jesus is preparing His disciples for what's coming, and instead of leaving them empty, He gives them something greater. This message brings clarity to what it actually means to follow Jesus in the New Testament. It's not about routine religion or occasional inspiration, it's about being filled, led, and empowered by the Holy Spirit daily. From creation to salvation, from Acts 1 to today, we see the same truth: God's Spirit transforms everything He touches.Pastor Sawyer challenges us to move beyond surface-level faith and surrender every part of our lives to the Holy Spirit. Because partial surrender leads to partial power, but full surrender unlocks everything. If you've been asking, “What's my next step?” this message will point you directly to it.Digital Connect Card: www.calvaryassembly.org/new Giving: https://calvarylive.churchcenter.com/giving Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/CalvaryLiveAL/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/calvary_live/ Need prayer? https://www.calvaryassembly.org/prayer Want to take your next step in faith? In this sermon, Pastor Chris explores the biblical teaching on Christ's return and the significance of the "millennium"—the thousand-year reign of Jesus described in Revelation 20. The sermon emphasizes that this is not a symbolic or current era, but a future period following Christ's second coming, in which Jesus will visibly reign on earth and Satan will be bound. Chris outlines four key purposes for the millennium: Restoration of Creation: God will renew the earth, reversing the effects of the fall and bringing harmony to all creation. Reward for the Faithful: Believers will reign with Christ and receive rewards for their service—not as a means of salvation, but as an acknowledgment of their faithfulness. Fulfillment of Promises: The millennium will see the fulfillment of God's covenants with Abraham, David, and Israel, including promises about land, kingship, and spiritual renewal. Necessity of the Cross: Even in ideal conditions under Christ's rule, humanity's sinful nature will be evident, underscoring the absolute need for salvation through Jesus. The sermon concludes with an urgent call for listeners to be prepared for the King's imminent return, resting not on personal merit but solely on Christ's finished work. Chris prays that each person will claim Jesus as their King and receive the assurance of life with him in his coming kingdom.
Sermon Notes: Katartizo – Creating Your Miracle with Your Words Rev. Dr. Ebenezer Okronipa Main Scripture: Hebrews 11:3 – "By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible." I. Understanding "Katartizo" Definition: The Greek word Katartizo means to put in order, to restore, or to complete. The Blueprint of Creation: God did not use pre-existing material to create the world; He used His words. Words are the "building blocks" of the spirit realm. The Power to Repair: Just as a fisherman mends his nets (Katartizo), you can use your words to mend broken areas of your life—finances, health, or relationships. II. The Law of Confession Faith Must Speak: Faith is not passive. 2 Corinthians 4:13 says, "I believed and therefore I spoke." If you believe it but won't say it, you aren't fully exercising faith. The "Say-Check": Your words should not describe your problem; they should declare your solution. Don't say "I am sick"; say "By His stripes, I am healed." Alignment: Your mouth must be in agreement with God's Word. When your confession aligns with Scripture, you give the Holy Spirit the "material" to work with in your life. III. Framing Your World You are the Architect: Your words are like the frame of a house. They set the boundaries and the structure of what you can experience. The Echo Effect: The circumstances you see today are often the "echoes" of words you spoke yesterday. To change the echo, you must change the original sound (your speech). Dominion through Speech: God gave man dominion. In the Kingdom of God, dominion is exercised through decrees. A king does not struggle; he speaks, and it is done. IV. Practical Steps to "Katartizo" Your Life Identify the Breach: Locate the area of your life that is out of order or "unframed." Find the Word: Search the Scriptures for a promise that addresses that specific need. Release the Sound: Consistently speak that Word over your situation. Do not be moved by what you see; stay focused on what you are saying. Refuse Contrary Talk: Stop "self-sabotaging" by speaking doubt, fear, or gossip, which tears down the frame you are trying to build. Key Quote: "Your world is a product of your words. If you don't like what you see, change what you are saying." Closing Prayer/Declaration: "I declare that my world is framed by the Word of God. I am mending every broken area of my life with my confession. My future is bright, my health is restored, and my paths are made straight by the power of my words. Amen."

Before there was anything, there was God. Creation is not an accident of chance but the purposeful work of the Almighty, who spoke all things into existence for His glory. In this message, we'll see how the opening chapters of Genesis reveal the “Who, How, and Why” of creation—reminding us that life has meaning, order, and purpose because God Himself is at the center. “Creation: God's Glory Gone Public” calls us to worship the Creator, trust His Word, and align our lives with His design

Exploring Creation and Truth Through Music Join Victoria and R.D. Fierro on Anchored by Truth as they continue their "Bible in Song" series, focusing on "Seven Days by Crystal Sea." This episode delves into the profound truths of Genesis chapter 1, exploring how the creative process described in the Bible reveals the power and purpose of an almighty God. The hosts discuss the unique ability of music to aid in learning and recall, making it an ideal medium for communicating foundational biblical truths. They break down the song's verses, offering a deeper look at the first few days of creation and revealing the scientific and theological accuracy of the biblical text. Key points from this episode include: -- The Purposeful Nature of Creation: God's initial acts of creation, from separating the waters on Day 2 to creating vegetation on Day 3, were all part of a plan to prepare the earth for man, the only creature made in His image. -- God as the Source of Light: The discussion highlights how God created light on Day 1 before creating the sun, moon, and stars on Day 4, a powerful truth that points to God as the ultimate source of all light, a concept also seen in Revelation. -- The Miracle of Water: The show explores the remarkable properties of water—its high specific heat, its ability as a super solvent, and its unique freezing behavior—all of which demonstrate a purposeful design perfectly suited to sustaining life. -- Music's Power to Communicate: The hosts emphasize how music can be used to celebrate, commemorate, and communicate biblical values, serving as a powerful tool to share the gospel and reintroduce people to the life-giving message of the Bible. Scriptures for Further Study: -- John 14:6 -- Genesis 1:6-8 -- Deuteronomy 31:6 -- Philippians 4:13 -- 1 John 1:9 -- James 1:5 -- Job 38:4-7 -- Revelation 21:23-24 -- Genesis 1:2 -- 1 Thessalonians 5:16-17 This is episode 330. +++++++ You can find more information here: http://www.crystalseabooks.com/
Genesis 1 separates Biblical religion from all others because it begins with the Creator and not the creature or creation. It defines who is Sovereign and who is not.
The earth's perfect balance didn't happen by chance—it was spoken into being by the word of the Lord.

Creation versus evolution: the never-ending debate, right? So many want us to believe that science and faith are incompatible. But what if they're not? What if science actually supports faith and what if faith actually informs science? Chip provides helpful insight to the current debate, in a time when the disagreements are more intense than ever.Main Points Defining our terms: Microevolution: The small changes that only happen within a species. Some examples of microevolution are the mosquito's ability to resist DDT after years of exposure, and the ability of different bacterial strains to resist penicillin. Macroevolution: The vertical transition between species (from one kind of species to another kind) evolving to account for all animal and human life. Creation: The belief that God created all things out of nothing, as described in the Bible in the book of Genesis. All of life in its rich complexity happened as the result of the all-powerful, all-knowing, sovereign God of the universe who is Maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible. Evolution: Life's beginning was unsupervised, impersonal, unpredictable, a natural process. The beginning of life was random, undirected without either plan or purpose. Creation: Defined by the Bible. God spoke. Why did life begin? Evolution: Life began as a pure accident. It was random chance. There was no design, no plan, no meaning, no emotions, no purpose, and no value. Creation: You are the special creation of a good and all-powerful God. You are the climax of His creation. Did you know that some of the most severe critics of evolution are not Christians, not creationists, but leading scholars…non-believing, scholars who say the scientific evidence simply doesn't support evolution? Series: The Revelation of Jesus Christ. Scripture: Revelation 21:1-8 Focus: One day God will make all things new and dwell with His people forever. Speaker: Matt Thornton, Pastor. Date: April 27, 2025
Text: Genesis 2:1-3 Divine Rest Inaugurated in God's Finished Work of Creation God finished His work of creation. God rested from His work of creation. God blessed and sanctified the seventh day. Our Eternal Rest Fulfilled in Christ's Finished Work of Redemption The theme of God's rest is seen in the future rest that awaits those who belong to God in salvation. Because of Christ's death and resurrection, we can enter His eternal rest through faith in Christ and repentance (Hebrews 3:7-4:13). In this enlightening episode of Higher Density Living, hosts Jason Rigby and Alexander McCaig explore the profound thoughts of Thomas Aquinas, particularly his concept of creation as outlined in his magnum opus, Summa Theologica. The hosts dive deep into Question 45 of the first part, offering a fresh perspective on Aquinas' ideas and their relevance to modern discussions on cosmology, metaphysics, and the philosophy of religion. Key Points Discussed: Aquinas' Definition of Creation Creation as "the emanation of all being from the universal cause, which is God" The concept of creation ex nihilo (from nothing) How this differs from modern Christian interpretations The Nature of God in Aquinas' Philosophy God as an infinite power rather than a personified being The gap between non-being and being as infinite, requiring infinite power to bridge Creation and Natural Processes How Aquinas distinguishes creation from other forms of causation The idea that natural processes work with existing matter rather than creating from nothing The Concept of Co-creation Aquinas' view on the emergence of new forms in nature as co-creation The hosts' interpretation of this concept in relation to human creativity and procreation The Imprint of the Creator Aquinas' argument that all created things bear a trace of the Trinity The hosts' modern interpretation of this concept, relating it to genetic code and the passing on of ideas Critique of Modern Religious Interpretations How Aquinas' views differ from contemporary religious dogma The hosts' perspective on the rigidity of modern religious institutions compared to Aquinas' more open approach Relevance of Aquinas' Ideas Today The continued importance of Aquinas' logical analysis and interdisciplinary approach How his ideas can contribute to contemporary philosophical and theological discussions Throughout the episode, Jason and Alexander offer their own insights and interpretations, drawing parallels between Aquinas' ancient wisdom and modern scientific understanding. They emphasize the importance of open-minded exploration of these concepts and critique the rigidity often found in contemporary religious institutions. The hosts conclude by highlighting the value of studying "heretical" thinkers like Aquinas, whose ideas challenge conventional wisdom and encourage deeper reflection on the nature of reality and our place within it. This episode of Higher Density Living offers listeners a thought-provoking journey through ancient philosophy, encouraging a reevaluation of our understanding of creation, God, and the nature of existence itself.

The Master key to Releasing Grace This lesson explores the concept of grace in Christianity, emphasizing how a revelation of God's unmerited favor through Jesus Christ leads to obedience. 1. Understanding Grace Key Scripture: John 1:16-17 • Grace Comes Through Jesus (John 1:16-17): The Old Testament Law exposes our need for salvation, but Jesus offers grace and truth, providing not just awareness of sin but also redemption. • The God of Love and Grace (2 Corinthians 13:14): God's grace is complete, encompassing the love of Jesus, God's Fatherly affection, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. • Grace Through Knowledge (2 Peter 1:2): A deeper understanding of God and Jesus increases our experience of grace. 2. The Beauty of God in Creation • God's Majestic Creation (Psalm 8:3): The wonders of the heavens and God's handiwork inspire awe and reverence for His power. Creation's beauty is but a glimpse of Elohim's Awesomeness and Majesty • Personal Reflection on God's Beauty (Psalm 27:3-4): A yearning to dwell in God's presence and behold His beauty signifies a heart captivated by His grace and majesty. 3. Responding to God's Beauty 1. The Beauty of Christ (Song of Solomon 3:6): The imagery of Christ's arrival, fragrant and glorious, evokes believers' worship and wonder. 2. We all have a choice after we all see his beauty. What will you do about it? Do we ignore it and go about our lives? Do we shout, or shed a tear? Or do we live in pursuit of seeing and being consumed by the awesomeness of his beauty and Majesty? Living in Love with God (Song of Solomon 1:4): A relationship with God begins with love and leads to a desire for intimacy with Him, rejoicing in His love. Caring for What God Cares About Just as love for a person leads to an interest in their values, love for Christ compels us to care about what matters to Him What is on our Beloved's Revealed Heart Desire and Will today, this week, and this year? +++++++ You can find our service times on our website: https://allnationstallahassee.com/ You can find sermon highlights on Twitter here: https://mobile.twitter.com/allnationstally
This week, we continue with our Summer of Connection! Guest speaker, Hunter, speaks on how he connects with God through Creation, while Pastor Bailey shares how he connects with God through Movement. Key Verses for Creation: Romans 1:20 Mark 1:35 Matthew 6:26-30 Key Point for Creation: God is all around us Key Verses for Movement: Genesis 3:8-9 Genesis 5:24 Genesis 32:24-26 Genesis 32:30 Hebrews 11:5 Joshua 6:11 Luke 24:32 James 4:8 Key Points for Movement: Go on a prayer walk/run and talk with God Allow distractions to fade and invite the Holy Spirit into your movement Listen to the Bible while you are moving Physically act out scripture or prophetic movements The key to connecting with God through movement is intentionality. You need to be intentional with your movement. Praying this week you are able to connect with God in a new and exciting way.

Pastor Nate brings the message, “God's Creation, God's Word, God's People.” Psalm 19 speaks of God's creation and His Word. Creation declares not only God's existence, but also His glory. God's Word powerfully guides us through everyday life and declares Jesus as the one and only Savior. The response to God, the creator and author of scripture should be humility and surrender at the deepest parts of who we are.
