Today I chat to Doone Roisin, who hosts the brilliant business podcast Female Startup ClubHer first foray into the startup world was through her jewellery brand KINCS, which was picking up serious momentum and making 6 figures in sales, but she realised that the path forward wasn't what she was wanted anymore and pivoted into Female Startup Club, one of the top podcasts in business. In this episode we talk all about how do you know when to keep going with a business idea vs pivoting. Doone has also branched out into angel investing and has such a wealth of knowledge on all the ways that a small business can raise capital - if you're thinking about starting a business but don't know where to get the money to start, or if you have a business and is at a point where you need more cash to grow the business, well you won't want to miss this. @thelazyceo_podcast@dooneroisin@femalestartupclub Hosted on Acast. Samantha Brett, the founder of Naked Sundays, is on the Female Founder World podcast with Jasmine Garnsworthy! Samantha was a news reporter in Australia spending all day in the sun when she had the idea for an SPF brand that could be worn with your makeup. A ton of people in her life were getting skin cancer, and she couldn't get over this one idea she had to make sunscreen something people actually wanted to wear. Her brand, Naked Sundays, has executed so well on that idea–it's grown 1133% since its first year in business. After becoming a viral staple in Australia, they've launched all over North America and the UK. In this episode Samantha shares how Naked Sundays created such an amazing launch, what Samantha has prioritized to find such virality, how press has impacted their sales, and so much more. This is Sandy Ronalds for Female Startup Club.Hi everyone and welcome back to the show! It's Doone here, your host and hype girl! If you've just found us - we are SO grateful and happy to have you here. Every week we're learning from some of the world's most brilliant minds in business. Like the founder of NAT'V Basics, Sandy Ronalds. Sandy launched her biz in 2019 and in the last year alone sold 600,000 units from a few simple strategies. This story speaks to the power of spotting a clear gap in the market, proving out the concept, and going for it.In this episode, Sandy shares her blueprint for making your business make business sense. In the dreaming phase, determine your why and know what your purpose is going to be for the brand through building brand pillars (these pillars have nothing to do with the end product but are about why you are joining us rather than another brand). In the building phase, consistently communicate the dreaming phase; it's one thing knowing something yourself, and it's another when it clearly comes across (pumping socials with the why's and the purpose of the brand so you attract those who naturally align with your brand). In the day-to-day, Sandy still runs the nat'v basics IG intimately; she gets to know you and you get to know the real essence of the brand. It's key to remember here that your why doesn't have to be grandiose. It can be as simple as brightening someone's day, making them feel confident, or offering a sustainable solution. Before we jump into today's episode I want to quickly mention the Girl Code that we introduced a few episodes back! The gist is that it's a very loose and casual deal where if you love what we're doing over here and we bring you some value or a smile or a gem of insight, you take a tiny action every time you listen to one of our episodes. Whether that's by leaving us a review, or sharing this episode on social media - basically anything that helps us reach more ears and keep growing. This is Kristel de Groot for Female Startup Club.Hi everyone and welcome back to the show! It's Doone here, your host and hype girl! If you're a small business owner or an entrepreneur listening to this episode - you probably know how hard it can be to generate revenue - it's bloody tough! you might have just started and made a few sales… you might have made a few thousand dollars in sales or maybe even a few hundred thousand - hell maybe you've made multi 7 figures in sales! Now imagine scaling your business to hitting $200 million in revenue. Imagine what that would look like from a supply chain point of view, a product development pov, the investment point of view. That's what Kristel de Groote did - all while she was in her 20's. I know. Wild. Today's episode is a reminder that when you stick it out for the long run, when you have a real purpose and drive to change the world - magical things can happen. Kristel built her company, Your Super, alongside her partner Michael in their early 20s after Michael battled cancer. They built it to $200m in revenue and then sold it to the Healing Company in 2022 for an undisclosed amount. This story starts with humble beginnings and it ends with so many brilliant learnings, I hope you love it as much as I do!I particularly love the part of this episode where we talk about the bottleneck in your business. You are the bottleneck of your business. Some of the greatest growth that you will see happen in your company comes at times when you work on your personal growth. And by personal growth, I don't mean having all the answers. It's knowing that not knowing is your superpower. It's knowing that you don't need to know step 100 when you're at step 1. It's wholeheartedly finding peace with yourself when you are: on a seat at the table that you have built yourself.Let's get into today's episode, this is Kristel for Female Startup Club.LINKS WE MENTION:kristelandmichael.comyoursuper.comYour Super's InstagramKristel and Michael's InstagramHow I Built This PodcastJoin the FSC CLUB & Ask Your Questions: www.facebook.com/groups/femalestartupclubJoin thousands of small business owners who are reading our newsletter every Monday at: www.femalestartupclub.com Join our tool and private community for small business owners, Majic [formerly known as Hype Club]Female Startup Club's InstagramDoone's InstagramDoone's TikTokSay hello to Doone: hello@femalestartupclub.com Hosted on Acast. This is Samantha Brett for Female Startup Club.Naked Sundays is an Australian SPF brand aimed at inspiring the next generation to love and wear SPF every single day with fun, easy to use sunscreens. This is a really inspiring story and we're going to break down her secrets to success, what makes a brand pop and what you need to know about regulations when building a sunscreen brand.I absolutely loved hearing about why Samantha decided to keep this venture a secret from the public for 9 months. She realized that sunscreen is complex, it's made by chemists, and she's not going to be the one in the kitchen mixing this herself. Instead she's getting someone to make the best of the best, but will anyone really take it seriously with her name on the brand? So she didn't tell anyone about being a founder. This is the first time I've heard of something like this on the show, and I find it such an interesting approach. Samantha didn't want people to think that I was just doing this for the sake of it.Another part that made this journey a little more complicated than manufacturing your regular beauty products, is that there is a strong barrier to entry in the sunscreen space. It is classed as a medication in Australia and classed as a drug in America. Those are things to really think about before diving into the space. Even when it comes to advertising rules, you should put on a warning *reapply regularly*, on social media, podcasts, influencers, the whole mix. You can't give a testimonial. It's pretty crazy stuff.Let's get straight into this episode, this is Samantha for Female Startup Club**Avoid prolonged sun exposure, make sure you re-apply frequently in accordance with directions. Remember, sunscreen is only one component of sun protection so always wear a hat, protective clothing and eyewear when you're in the sun.LINKS WE MENTION:Naked Sundays' InstagramSamantha's InstagramJoin the FSC CLUB & Ask Your Questions: www.facebook.com/groups/femalestartupclubJoin thousands of small business owners who are reading our newsletter every Monday at: www.femalestartupclub.com Join our tool and private community for small business owners, Majic [formerly known as Hype Club]Female Startup Club's InstagramDoone's InstagramDoone's TikTokSay hello to Doone: hello@femalestartupclub.com Hosted on Acast. This is Jane Lu for Female Startup Club.Hi everyone and welcome back to the show! It's Doone here, your host and hype girl! If you've just found us - welcome welcome welcome. Every week we're learning from some of the world's most brilliant minds in business. Like Jane Lu, the founder of Showpo. Jane's story is so inspiring and full of ups and downs and what really stood out to me was her sheer determination to succeed and the absolute resilience to keep going no matter what because failure just wasn't an option. I came off this episode feeling so inspired and I know you will too. Jane is the queen of building a business while having some serious fun along the way and she shares so many gems to building her biz to $100m in revenue in this episode! Stick around to the end where she shares some of her crazy stories!A great piece of advice in this episode came down to putting in place systems and processes that will mean that you can then start hiring people to work in the business, so you can start working on the business; it's the first step. It's so hard for an entrepreneur because you're so busy doing it that you don't want to slow down and think about systems, but you've got to think about the bigger picture. Build that foundation. From there on, you can start hiring for your weaknesses. Hiring people to work on the business, people to bounce ideas off. Understanding what you don't like and what your blind spots are. A bit of outsourcing but also in-housing.Let's get into today's episode, this is Jane for Female Startup Club.LINKS WE MENTION:Showpo's InstagramThe Lazy CEO's InstagramThe Lazy CEO Business CourseJoin the FSC CLUB & Ask Your Questions: www.facebook.com/groups/femalestartupclubJoin thousands of small business owners who are reading our newsletter every Monday at: www.femalestartupclub.com Join our tool and private community for small business owners, Majic [formerly known as Hype Club]Female Startup Club's InstagramDoone's InstagramDoone's TikTokSay hello to Doone: hello@femalestartupclub.com Hosted on Acast. Every week we're learning from some of the world's most brilliant minds in business. The KIC app is like your best friend in health and wellness, literally in your pocket. It helps you with easy yummy soul-nourishing food recipes and workout programs you can literally do from home.I really loved this episode because Laura talks us through her journey from turning her experience in a toxic industry into a life-changing, high-impact company that helps women positively every single day. This is Ju Rhyu for Female Startup Club.Hi everyone and welcome back to the show! It's Doone here, your host and hype girl! Every week on the Female Startup Club podcast I interview some of the world's most successful founders and women in business to understand their blueprint to success. And today you're going to meet someone very very special. Ju Rhyu. She's the founder of a company called Hero Cosmetics. Now we had Ju on the show back in 2020 - pandemic - when I was London based - feels like a lifetime apart from today - to share her journey in starting the business - and if you didn't hear that episode I highly recommend you go back and listen to it because Ju took a very interesting path to launching Hero and it's well worth a listen, with so many interesting gems and mini tactics we can all take note of. But today we're digging into something VERY different and exciting and crazy. It's her path to acquisition. We often hear on the show from entrepreneurs who have raised millions of dollars and are in the middle of the journey but last year in 2022 Ju sold her business, for $630 million dollars. That is more than half a billion dollars. Wow. And it's rare that we get to learn from someone who's actually pulled this off at this scale. This conversation is so insightful and as always Ju shares it all. So buckle up - because we're in for a real treat today.Alrighty let's do this! This is Jash Mehta for Female Startup Club.Hello and welcome back to the show! It's Doone here - your host and hype girl. Today on the show we're learning from Jash Mehta, founder of Pop & Bottle. Pop & Bottle was inspired when Jash Mehta and her close friend Blair Hardy made the move from the London to California meeting for their daily ritual - the morning latte. As coffee lovers who also prioritized health, the two friends asked themselves why nothing on the grocery store shelves met their standards: clean label, dairy-free, no refined sugar, and organic. Jash co-founded Pop & Bottle from a genuine desire to create quality coffee and tea beverages she wanted in her own life — and make them available to the millions of people who share in her passion for clean, healthful, high-integrity products. We talk through her early blueprint which his still super relevant to today and how she expanded from 30 to 100 stores and then onto 10,000. Like the co-founder of Form Nutrition, a B Corp-certified plant-based nutrition company, created from the simple belief that we become the greatest version of ourselves while making a positive impact in the lives of others. Launched in 2017 in the United Kingdom, Form Nutrition was born when Co-Founders Natalia Bojanic and Damian Soong started rethinking their habits and the effects diet has on health and the climate. Form's 100% plant-based protein powders and responsibly-sourced nootropics are backed by science and were designed with optimal performance in mind. From performance and muscle growth to improving sleep and cognitive support, Form's unique suite of plant-based products are impact-driven to support overall health and wellness and empower individuals to meet their unique goals. We're talking through so many different things today like the practice of building a meditation habit with a very practical tip to getting started if you're someone like me who is so on again and off again with meditation. Something else I reallyy love about this episode is when we touch on when to quit and why that shouldn't be seen as a failure. I do this constantly in my life and it's such a powerful way to move towards your strengths and superpowers, and away from the things that drain you. This is Jess Hatzis-Walker for Female Startup Club.Hello and welcome back to the show! It's Doone here - your host and hype girl sliding into your ears with a new episode on the Female Startup Club podcast. If you're new here, hi! Welcome! Every week we interview some of the world's most exciting and successful founders and entrepreneurs - who happen to be women. Like Jess Hatzis-Walker. One of the co-founders behind the iconic skincare brand, Frank Bod. Frank Bod started a decade ago back in 2013 and through their strong original branding and an innovative approach to marketing grew it from $0-$100m+ business. In this episode, we chat through what shifted the needle in scaling this brand, how early-stage founders should think about brand and Marketing in today's world, and what Jess would do if she was starting it all again tomorrow.I love the part of this episode where we dive into just how easy it is to get stuck in old habits, even when that's the total opposite of what you should be focusing on. It's easy over time to get set in your ways and rinse and repeat things. But as founders, we have got to remember: the only thing scarier than a new idea is an old one. It's this idea that guides a lot of Frank Body's decision-making. When it comes down to it, a lot of money makes people lazy and stupid. Your best campaigns will be done on a shoestring budget. This is Aasiyah Abdulsalam for Female Startup Club.I'm really excited to be sharing this episode today, It's with Aasiyah Abdulsalam and she's the founder of a company called The Renatural and the inventor of her first patented product - The Wig Fix. It's a product that's used by anyone who wears wigs and it's been a total game changer for so many women (and men!) around the world. 77,000 to be precise.Aasiyah talks through her scrappy approach to marketing and finding her first thousand customers, the process to patenting a new product and her experience with raising capital.Diving into the world of business and entrepreneurship has taught this first-time founder one very important lesson: you have to be shameless in order to succeed. Shamelessly ask, shamelessly promote, and shamelessly challenge the status quo."There's no such thing as a dumb question. You have to be shameless in order to grow." If you've ever been made to feel like you're asking a stupid question, you're probably asking the wrong person. The right partners, business or not, will make space for the seemingly silly questions to be answered with consideration and patience. Because there is no such thing as a silly question. This is Lezlie Karls for Female Startup ClubHello everyone and welcome back to the show! It's Doone here - your host and hype girl. And before we jump in today marks something really bloody exciting for Female Startup Club! As of this week we have joined the Acast podcast network and that means lots of exciting things! Firstly we're going to start introducing some different kinds of episodes, like strategy breakdowns with industry experts, and how-to's for earlystage founders and future founders. It also means you're going to start hearing a new voice on the show - you're going to meet my wingwoman and one of the best humans I know, Josephine. If you've ever messaged us on Instagram or you're part of Majic you'll know just how wonderful Josephine is and she's gonna be joining me in a new series where we talk through insights, questions and what's happening in the world of business. Now something I'm really excited about is the comeback of our Facebook group. It's linked in our show notes and I want you to jump in there and join us asap! Every Monday I'll be sharing who I'm interviewing for that week and this is where you can ask specific questions you want me to answered on the show. You can also drop your own questions and challenges and we'll be shouting those out too. It's a great chance to get your brand featured on the podcast.Phew. Ok! That's all my exciting news for today. Let's get into the good stuff. Today we're chatting with Lezlie Karls from Midday Squares. We actually recorded an episode with Lezlie way back in December of 2021 and sooo much has changed in that time. She's gone through probably the worst time in her business since then and has just come out the other side so there's plenty of great insights and learnings to take away here. I hope you love this episode just as much as I do - and remember if you have some specific questions you want to ask on our upcoming episodes, come join us in the Facebook group.Let's get into it, this is Lezlie Karls for Female Startup Club.LINKS WE MENTION: Mid-Day Squares WebsiteMid-Day Squares InstagramJoin the FSC CLUB & Ask Your Questions: www.facebook.com/groups/femalestartupclubJoin thousands of small business owners who are reading our newsletter every Monday at: www.femalestartupclub.com Join our tool and private community for small business owners, Majic [formerly known as Hype Club]Female Startup Club's InstagramDoone's InstagramDoone's TikTokSay hello to Doone: hello@femalestartupclub.com Hosted on Acast. This is Eshita Kabra for Female Startup Club Hello and welcome back to the show. It's Doone here - your host and hype girl. It is a beautiful day here in Sydney, Australia and I'm excited to be bringing this episode to your ears. Eshita Kabra is the founder of a company called By Rotation. It's essentially app where you can rent stunning clothes, shoes and bags - but the twist being that it's all community driven. So think Instagram, but where you can rent the clothes straight from your favourite friends, influencers and stylish women. Eshita created this business out of a view to make a positive impact in the world and change the way we consume fast fashion by creating a more sustainable economy around what we wear and buy. I got to know Eshita's business when I was living in London and have the sweetest story that I'm gonna share in the episode which I just love so much and it speaks to the power of how she's managed to build a really strong sense of community inside this app. Quick reminder about our November meetup which is gonna be in Australia this time. Please do slide into our DMs and let us know if you vote for Sydney or Melbourne. And obvs shout about the episode or Female Startup Club in general if you learn something or love something or leave this with a smile on your face. Hi and welcome back to the show! It's Doone here your host and hype girl. If you're new here - we love to understand the insights and playbook behind the brands we love and buy - and if you're an OG listener. Well, LOVE you. You know what this is all about. Today's episode is a follow up to our original episode with Rachael from 2021. Which I'm going to link in the show notes incase you wanna circle back for all the early stage story stuff and her blueprint for getting this brand off the ground. I love doing episodes like this because so much has happened in between then and now. Rachael's since merged with another skincare company, she's launched TBH skincare into hundreds of Priceline stores around Australia and she's just got so many good insights when it comes to her approach to marketing. She's a big believer in grassroots, guerrilla style marketing - which I just absolutely love - it's so my vibe - and there's so much gold packed in here. It's a great episode! There's a few crazy stories sprinkled in here. If you love it! Shout about it! Tell a friend. Honour the girl code. Oh! And I'm thinking about our next meetup for November and I'm trying to decide if we do Sydney or Melbourne. Sooo let us know in the DMs where we should host our Aussie catch up next month. I would love to meet you IRL Let's get into it. This is Alexandra Fine for Female Startup Club Welcome back!! It's been a hot second. I have MISSED this. Wow. So today after 7 weeks of not recording I'm jumping back on the show with a friend of mine, Alexandra Fine, the founder of Dame - she makes cool vibrators and is leading the charge when it comes to women and pleasure. We actually recorded an episode a few years ago which is such a vibe and you should definitely go back to hear her startup story but today we talk a lot about what it's been like having her second baby and managing all the things, launching into 300+ target stores, what it's like managing a co-founder relationship break down and at the veryyyy end she shares a funny story about her grandma's best friends getting in on the vibe action. Loved this episode. And while I've got you here - quick refresher on the girl code! If you listen to an episode and you smile and get value from it - take a tiny action for me. Tell a friend, share it on Insta. Subscribe. Eave a review. All these things matter and it's the girl code! I'm so happy to be back recording and I hope you love Al's update in Business. This is Hannah Drury for Female Startup Club. Welcome back to the show - if you're new here! Hi! I'm Doone, your host and hype girl in business. Every week we learn from 7,8 & 9-figure female founders to understand their blueprint in business when it comes to money, marketing, and mistakes. Women like Hannah Drury the founder of Peppermint Grove Australia and Moss St Fragrances. Hannah started this business in 2014 with an investment of $50,000 and now she's selling more than 100,000 products every month. Today we're digging into Hannah's story of building this brand over the last 10 years; what she did when her 100% retail model in business went to zero overnight when the pandemic hit and how she diversified her business by becoming her own manufacturer and perfumer. Hannah also dives into her wholesale strategy in the early days and how she managed to secure her brand in 110 retail stores within the first 6 months of starting her business - as a one-woman show! I love her approach to pounding the pavement and owning her backyard which saw the brand incrementally grow across retail stores at an incredible rate. And the best bit? It was totally free! And while I've got you here; you might have noticed that I've been talking more and more about our newsletter. And that's because we've been crafting it to be an absolute go-to resource that delivers you weekly insights, resources, and extra content to keep you in the loop on all things women in business. This is Kaylin Marcotte for Female Startup Club. Welcome back to the show - if you're new here! Hi! I'm Doone, your host and hype girl in business. Every week we learn from 7, 8 and 9 figure female founders to understand their blueprint in business when it comes to money, marketing and mistakes. Women like Kaylin Marcotte the founder of Jiggy Puzzles. And if you've been around FSC since the very early days circa beginning of 2020 you might remember our first interview together. It's number 10 if you want to go back and listen to Kaylin's story at the very beginning of her journey only a few months into building Jiggy (and also the very beginning of my journey with building Female Startup Club!) Today we're getting up to speed on what's happened in her world since then and we deep dive into the power of her business model when it comes to collaborations with female artists, strategic partnerships with corporate clients and how she managed to get on Oprah's list of favourite things. And while I've got you here; if you're a founder yourself or you're just getting started with putting together your ideas to launch a business slash side hustle; something I've come across that's a problem for every founder at every stage is capital. Every entrepreneur or future founder I speak to - myself included - struggles with the money piece. We all need more money. So we've put together a comprehensive list of every grants and accelerator thats live right now - and we're keeping it updated weekly. There's some really good ones that are closing in a weeks time you should jump onto. To access the doc for free go to femalestartupclub.com/grants to get your copy. We're chatting through a bunch of insightful learnings from this business; like the power of PR and how to use grants to access capital… Desiree's key piece of advice when it comes to the funding piece of the business is to be really thoughtful about when you fundraise, how you fundraise, and why you're doing it. There are so many different types of capital available right now and each will have entirely different consequences for you and your business. And on that note! This is Erin Deering for Female Startup Club Hi, it's Doone here - your host and hype girl - if you're new here: welcome to the Female Startup Club podcast - where we interview some of the world's most successful founders in business. We chat with entrepreneurs - who happen to be women - about all things money, marketing and mistakes - and dive deep into the blueprint that got them to where they are today. Today we're chatting with Erin Deering who is the founder of a cult swimwear brand you probably recognise, called Triangl. It's one of those stories that has so many highs - it gained instant cult status within it's first year of business, it was all over our feeds, it grew to a $200m valuation and from the outside - everything looked amazing. But on the flip side, Erin wasn't living her best life and she was struggling. In this episode she shares the story of her highs but also of the lows and what it took to exit the business and follow her instincts. It's rare to hear founders go so deep into the lows and this is one of those episodes we can all learn a lot from so I hope you love it as much as I did. I particularly love diving into Erin's approach to influencer marketing right back in the early days of building Triangl, all with gifting making up the entirety of their marketing budget. The idea is that your product is still the hero, but this marketing strategy put trust into your new brand. That's the key point there, build trust. When you apply that logic with your marketing strategy, building trust with them instead of getting sales, it will shift who you target and who you reach out to. That logic is still applicable in 2023. And if you want even more content from us, we send out an email every Monday that features strategies you can implement into your business, job opportunities at female founded startups, all the best news about women-led startups and women in business as well as new grants and other fun stuff that's worth knowing. It's totally free and you can subscribe at femalestartupclub.com. Hey guys, it's Doone here - your host and hype girl! By the time you hear this episode I'll be somewhere back in Europe and the UK spending time with friends and family and doing all our favourite things on this side of the world. But today, you're going to be hearing from Ami Bateman again. You might remember that we've had her on the show twice recently to talk do a deep dive into her Equity crowd funding campaign - which I can proudly say I invested in. I'd highly recommend going back to part 1 and part 2 if you ‘re not caught up on those episodes yet because they really do sit in chronological order. This episode is absolutely brilliant I just love Ami so much for her candid insights and really breaking down everything from the line item marketing spend to make a campaign like this successful. And if you love this series, let me know! I'm curious if I should do more of these multi part series to get into the nitty gritty of how something works. Remember the girl code! Share the love. This is Doone for Female Startup Club Hey! Welcome back to the Female Startup Club podcast. I just wanted to drop in here and give you a heads up that today's episode is a little different, and for the first time ever, you'll be hearing a guy on the show. This is actually an episode I did a couple of weeks back on the My Millenial Podcast with Glen James and I had SO much fun in this episode that I really wanted to share it with you. We go into detail about my story and a bit about my background, what I'm really excited about at the moment, and talking about startups and investment in general. If you love this episode, please let me know! I'm thinking that maybe I might do more of these. So let me know, and slide into my DM's. I hop you enjoy it. Before we jump into this - I'd love for you to be involved in my new solo episodes. All you need to do is send through a voicenote in the DMS either to female startup club on IG (or my personal account). It can be a specific question you have about business or life or a personal question, something you want to know or learn more about. We're keeping it broad so we can mix it up! It's part of a new content series where we will play your recording (so whatever you send in the recording will play on the show) and chat through that topic or question. And I'm so excited for this! See you in the DMs. Ok, now let's jump into today's episode! This is Natalia Bojanic for Female Startup Club Hello and welcome back to the show! It's Doone here, your host and hype girl! If you've just found us - hi! I'm so happy you found us. Every week we're learning from some of the world's most brilliant minds in business. From performance and muscle growth, to improving sleep and cognitive support, Form's unique suite of plant-based products are impact-driven to support overall health and wellness, and empower individuals to meet their unique goals. And finally we talk through some simple marketing strategies and mindsets that everyone could implement into their business tomorrow. Before we jump in a quick reminder on the girl code - you know we love it! And we're still doing a call out for our loyal listeners to be involved in our new content series where you DM me a voice note or a question about anything across business, life or relationships to feature on the show! This is Jane Lu for Female Startup Club Hi everyone and welcome back to the show! Stick around to the end where she shares some of her crazy stories! A great piece of advice in this episode came down to putting in place systems and processes that will mean that you can then start hiring people to work in the business, so you can start working on the business; it's the first step. A bit of outsourcing but also in-housing. Before we jump in a quick reminder on the girl codeeee - you know we love it! And I'm doing a call out for our loyal listeners to be involved in our new content series where you DM me a voice note or a question about anything across business, life, or relationships to feature on the show!
