人生有些問題，不是努力就一定能解決。你可能已經非常努力，最後仍然失敗；你可能真心對待一個人，對方卻未必同樣對待你；你可能做了所有「正確」的事，結果卻依然不如預期。這並不一定代表你做錯了甚麼。有時候，人生本來就沒有公平的答案。這一集，我會分享《擁抱人生十大無解》中的兩個重要課題：第一，你一定會經歷失敗。第二，這個世界本來就不公平。我們從小被教導要努力、要成功、要得到好成績，卻很少有人教我們，當努力沒有得到回報、當事情無法按照預期發展時，應該怎樣面對自己。很多人害怕失敗，不只是因為結果不好，而是因為我們會把失敗與自己的價值綁在一起。工作申請被拒絕，就覺得自己沒有能力。感情沒有結果，就覺得自己不值得被愛。目標沒有達成，就覺得自己是一個失敗的人。但「這次失敗了」和「我是一個失敗的人」，其實是兩個完全不同的概念。一件事情能否成功，除了能力和努力，也受到時機、環境、資源、運氣和其他人的選擇影響。接受失敗，不是叫你放棄進步，也不是替自己找藉口。真正的接受，是承認結果已經發生，允許自己失望和難過，再從當中找出可以改善的地方。當你不再把失敗當成對自我價值的判決，你會更願意嘗試、更少拖延，也更容易建立穩定的自信。影片後半部分，我們會談另一個更難接受的事實：世界並不公平。好人不一定有好報，努力不一定得到回報，你真心對待別人，也不代表別人必然真心對待你。我們之所以感到痛苦，很多時候是因為我們相信，世界「應該」按照某種方式運作。我們認為努力就應該成功，善良就應該被善待，付出就應該有同等回報。但現實不是一本教科書，也不是一條輸入正確答案，就必定得到正確結果的公式。接受世界不公平，不代表我們認同不公義，也不代表我們甚麼都不做。它代表我們停止浪費力氣，要求所有人和所有事情符合自己的期望。我們仍然可以選擇做一個善良的人，但不是因為相信「好人必定有好報」，而是因為善良本身就是我們選擇成為的模樣。我們亦可以承認，人生中很多擁有的東西，除了努力，也包含運氣。接受這一點，不是抹殺自己的付出，而是讓我們對其他人的處境多一點理解。在這段影片中，你會了解到：・為甚麼我們真正害怕的不是失敗本身・為甚麼拖延往往來自對結果的恐懼・如何把失敗與自我價值分開・接受失敗如何增加行動力與自信・為甚麼我們如此渴望世界公平・成功故事如何扭曲我們對現實的理解・如何面對不公平，而不陷入受害者心態・如何接納情緒，同時重新掌握自己的選擇・即使世界不公平，我們仍然可以做甚麼真正成熟的心態，不是相信人生永遠會按照你的計劃發展。而是知道即使失敗了、被拒絕了，或者遭遇不公平，你仍然有能力處理自己的感受，並決定下一步怎樣走。你可以接受世界不公平，同時選擇讓自己所接觸的世界，變得公平一點。——你曾經遇過哪一件事，讓你深深感受到人生並不公平？歡迎在留言區分享你的經歷。你的故事，也許會讓另一位正在經歷低潮的人知道，他並不孤單。如果這段內容對你有幫助，記得按讚、訂閱頻道，並把Podcast分享給最近正在面對失敗、拒絕或人生低潮的朋友。#心理學 #人生哲學 #失敗 #自我成長 #情緒管理 #自信 #拖延症 #不公平 #受害者心態 #讀書分享 #擁抱人生十大無解 Hosted on Acast.
