Hotline's Dave Weekley and Coop face off in another round of Pick One, tackling a mix of sports, streaming, and pop-culture dilemmas. The duo debates Disney's standoff with YouTube TV and which loss would hurt more — a weekend without college or NFL football. Then it's on to golf vs. playing golf, elite egg cookers vs. rice cookers, and which solo show they'd rather see — Billy Gibbons or David Gilmour. Coop flips the script with his own curveballs, from Oprah vs. Reese Witherspoon's gift guides to who'd make the better Kermit in a Miss Piggy movie — Ryan Reynolds or Bill Hader. Classic Hotline banter at its best

You are going to start with one counter surface. Not the whole kitchen. One surface. This gives you a quick win and creates a new "set point." We are using James Clear's Atomic Habits principle: make it obvious. Your environment starts driving the behavior, not your willpower. You'll learn: why we start with surfaces how to create structure inside chaos how to categorize without getting overwhelmed how to use "make it obvious" to install a new habit baseline Mini homework: Pick ONE surface. As farmers, we live and breathe systems. We know when to seed, when to transplant, when to harvest. It's all about rhythm and routine. So why do we make our marketing so much harder than it needs to be? When I finally embraced this one simple mindset shift in my marketing — rinse and repeat — everything changed. Suddenly I wasn't recreating the wheel every season. I was building campaigns that got easier, faster, and more effective with time. I wish I'd adopted this sooner. In this episode, I unpack the powerful (and often overlooked) marketing hack of repeating what worked — instead of starting from scratch each season. I'll show you how to systematize your promotions so they become as routine as planting cucumbers in May. You'll walk away with permission to simplify and a plan to do it better next time — by doing what you already know works. This episode is a quick but powerful reframe for farmers who feel like marketing is always “starting over.” Don't miss it. Homework Challenge

What if the fastest path to scaling your nonprofit wasn't doing more — but doing less, with laser focus? In this solo episode, I share a story that's been sticking with me — one that perfectly illustrates the overlooked power of choosing one goal. I break down how singular focus can turn small wins into major momentum and why scattering your energy across too many priorities might be the very thing slowing your organization down. This one's for any nonprofit leader who's feeling stuck, stretched thin, or frustrated by slow progress — because sometimes the key to scaling is subtraction, not addition.

Hey Friend! Can I tell you something that might surprise you? The leaders I work with who command the room, make decisions with ease, and build powerhouse teams aren't spending their time chasing the latest leadership trend. They're not jumping from framework to framework. They've mastered five simple habits that have nothing to do with business books and everything to do with becoming the person others naturally want to follow. And here's the thing: these habits happen behind closed doors. They're invisible. But they're exactly what separates leaders who perform from leaders who embody authority.

Don't get called for double dribble in the kingdom! In this message, Pastor Jamie Nunnally shares how to stay consistent in your walk with God and keep your spiritual momentum. In sports, a penalty stops the game until it's addressed. Spiritually, penalties stop our momentum. We're learning to identify and call them out in ourselves so we can keep moving forward with God.Today's focus: the basketball penalty called double dribble. A dribble is bouncing the ball while walking. But once you stop, you must pass or shoot — you can't start again. Spiritually, "double dribble" is inconsistency in our walk with God.Inconsistency kills momentum.God's not looking for weekend warriors — He's looking for weekday walkers. It's easy to be on fire Sunday, but what about Thursday?James 1:8 KJV says, "A double minded man is unstable in all his ways." A double-dribbling Christian keeps picking up and putting down God's ways.Remember Demas?2 Timothy 4:10 NLT: "Demas has deserted me because he loves the things of this life..."Demas walked with Paul, saw miracles, and still walked away. Why? Because inconsistency leads to drift.Hebrews 2:1 MSG warns us to hold tight to truth so we don't drift.Culture is a current pulling you away from God.Inconsistency → Ineffectiveness → Insignificance.(Not your worth, but your usefulness in the Kingdom.)How to avoid double dribble:1. Abide in the VineJohn 15:4-5 ESV: "Apart from me you can do nothing."Branches bear fruit only when connected to the root.God doesn't want to be number one on your to-do list — He wants to BE the list.Don't compartmentalize God. Build your life around Him. He's the center from which everything else flows.2. Practice Makes PerfectLike athletes practice, we must develop daily spiritual habits: prayer, scripture, community, worship. Each time you do, it's like bouncing the ball.Philippians 2:12: "Work out your salvation..."Have you seen someone burn hot, then fizzle? They sprint spiritually, then stall out.Consistency > Intensity.Ten minutes daily is better than a monthly binge. The goal isn't perfection, it's progress. Closing: From Demas to MarkMark started strong, then quit. Paul even refused to work with him. But later, Paul calls Mark "useful to me" (2 Timothy 4:11).Tradition says Mark wrote the Gospel of Mark — from quitter to gospel writer.Failure isn't final.God can still use you.Decide today: No more double dribble. Start the daily dribble.Pick ONE thing you can do daily — pray, read, encourage.Don't be spectacular. Just be steady.Could double dribble be called on you?
You can outsource your email. You can delegate your schedule. But you can't outsource your capacity. And if you don't expand what you can hold, your business will break you before it ever breaks through. This episode is your wake-up call if you're doing all the right things—scaling, optimizing, hiring—but still feel like you're about to snap. Because growth isn't about doing more. It's about holding more.In this solo episode, George Bryant peels back the curtain on a topic most entrepreneurs avoid: burnout. But not the kind you think. Burnout isn't a sign you need more time or tactics—it's a signal your capacity is maxed.George walks you through the 4 types of entrepreneurial capacity—mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical—and how each one is the real bottleneck behind your business. You'll learn how to build capacity from the inside out so you can lead with peace, purpose, and power—without breaking under pressure. What You'll Learn in This EpisodeThe real reason burnout happens (and why it's not about your to-do list). Why your business will never outgrow your capacity. How to expand your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical resilience. The myth of “doing more” and the power of being more. How to conduct a personal capacity audit—and what to do with the results. Key Takeaways✔️Burnout is not a workload issue—it's a capacity issue.✔️You can't scale a business beyond your ability to hold what it creates.✔️The 4 buckets of capacity: Mental (clarity), Emotional (resilience), Spiritual (faith/surrender), and Physical (energy).✔️Self-honesty, boundaries, stillness, and prioritization are non-negotiable tools.✔️Growth requires becoming the person who can hold the result—not just doing more. Timestamp Highlights[00:00] – Powerful myth-busting insight about growth and the trap of “doing more.”[04:24] – The myth of more. Why more strategy, delegation, and tactics won't grow your business if your internal capacity is capped.[08:48] – Understanding capacity. When one bucket (mental, emotional, spiritual, or physical) is over-stretched or neglected, it impacts everything.[13:06] – Spiritual capacity. George shares his personal view on faith and how spirituality forms the foundation of his capacity.[17:30] – Letting go of comfort. Why clinging to what got you here can hold you back from what's next.[21:54] – What cravings reveal. How our internal environment influences the food, habits, and energy we gravitate toward.[26:12] – Intentional flexing. Growth is about strengthening capacity across all dimensions, not just scaling strategies.[30:36] – Protecting your priorities. Whether physical, mental, or emotional, you must safeguard the capacity that fuels your life and business. Your Challenge This Week:Audit your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical buckets.Ask: Where am I maxed out or leaking capacity?Pick ONE bucket and commit to a daily practice to expand it.Because what you build is only as strong as what you can hold.Feeling maxed out but not sure where to start?Book a free call at mindofgeorge.com and say “CAPACITY” in the message to get personalized support from George.Join The Alliance – The Relationship Beats Algorithms™ community for entrepreneurs scaling with connection.Apply for 1:1 Coaching – Ready to grow your business with sustainability, impact, and ease? Road Trip After Hours w/ WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long and Host Mac Davis
Ever wonder what it's really like working with Stephanie McMahon? Wrestling legend Teddy Long drops the ultimate insider advice: "Always be on time and get ready for the unexpected." This nugget of wisdom comes during a fascinating discussion about Devon Dudley's recent clarification of his "infatuation" comments about the Billion Dollar Princess.Mac Davis and WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long dive deep into the wrestling world's hottest topics, including John Cena's final match announcement for December's Saturday Night's Main Event in Boston. "There's no story," Teddy observes about Cena's farewell tour, highlighting how WWE has "flip-flopped so much" with their legendary superstar's booking. The conversation reveals both hosts' concerns about the lack of compelling narrative leading to this milestone moment. The show's mailbag segment unveils some incredible behind-the-scenes stories, with Teddy sharing memories of filming segments outside traditional arenas - including kidnapping Ric Flair on Lake Lanier and using Flair's boat for storylines. These rare glimpses behind the curtain demonstrate how wrestling's most memorable moments often happen away from the ring.Perhaps the most revealing segment comes during a rapid-fire "Pick One" game, where Teddy must choose between iconic wrestling figures. When selecting Vince McMahon over Triple H, Teddy explains, "Vince certainly was the one that really brought me out there. He's really responsible for me being where I am today." This candid moment exemplifies the authentic, unfiltered perspective that makes this podcast essential listening for wrestling fans. The hosts close with exciting news about their upcoming appearances at Dragon Con in Atlanta, promising potential live broadcasts from the event. Hey there, hero!Sometimes, it's not just A or B, one or the other. You can often be presented with and virtually frozen in place by a stunning and varied array of options in life, and if you're confused by all the choices, that overwhelm can be paralyzing. We can spend so much time trying to be safe…to be correct…to make no mistakes. And that can lead to not making any choice at all.Think of all the things you might have missed in life by inaction, the interesting twists and turns your life has had, and remember that when you feel frozen by the overwhelm. And know that very few choices are permanent - almost all can be adjusted, changed, reviewed and improved. But only if you take action. Only if you actually make a choice. How do you overcome the need to be sure? How do you choose when the choices are overwhelming? Have a million subscription box ideas, but no idea which one to launch? You're not alone. So many aspiring subscription box owners get stuck right here. Spinning in indecision. Afraid to choose the “wrong” idea. And waiting for clarity that never comes. In this Friday Fuel episode of the Launch Your Box Podcast, I'm sharing a simple framework to help you move from overthinking to deciding. Because the truth is, clarity doesn't come from thinking harder. It comes from taking action. If you've been stuck in idea overload, this is the mindset reset you need. Instead of chasing the perfect idea: 1 – Acknowledge that “too many ideas” is a form of fear.Coming up with a long list of ideas feels productive. But really, it's a sneaky way to stay safe. You can't launch five boxes at once – and you don't need to. You just need to pick one. 2 – Use the 3 C's to filter your subscription box options.I walk you through a simple framework to help you evaluate your ideas and find the one with the clearest path forward. Choose the idea you can build momentum around now. 3 – Let go of the pressure to pick the perfect subscription box idea.Your first box doesn't have to be your forever box. It just has to be the one you start with. And the faster you start, the faster you learn. 4 – Make the decision and move forward.Action builds confidence. Once you've chosen your direction, commit. Focus on progress, not perfection. Your Friday Fuel Challenge: Pick ONE idea and talk about it this week.
