In his essay "Schism is Heresy", Frank Reed exhorts the church of Jesus Christ to be unified as a body, not falling prey to the many divisions of the world. In clear and simple language, he shares principle truths from Scripture regarding how the body of believers should view unity. "Principles transcend policies. If we are led by the same Spirit, we will walk the path together. If we allow personal preferences to divide us, we are not part of the body of Christ. "

Today I'm joined by my guy Frank Reed! We talk about my college recruitment process because some of these schools went all out on my visits. What was the reason why I decided to go to Tennessee and what did coach Vince Anderson say to me? We then discuss my race mentality early in my career and when I first decided I was going to go pro. What was it like to get served a lifetime ban and how was I able to come back to the sport that I loved? After getting banned, it had felt like I had lost everything but track was that one thing that stopped me from spiraling out of control. I came back to the sport on a mission and never looked back. We talk about him starting in the business, where he is now and HEAT he has with others. *****Rick did have some technical difficulties in this episode, at the worst time and during a very heated exchange between Frank Reed and Frost but we will just have to forgive him this time....******
