Send us a textHow many times have you watched I Know What You Did Last Summer from 1996? After rewatching it again, I notice one huge thing that makes me think both Julie and Helen are down right mean and cruel. I wasn't even effected when Helen died, and I was kinda hoping that the killer didn't take too long to kill Julie at the end.And OMG Barry has issues, and actually now that I think about it while tuyping this, I kind of wish it was Hellen that survived and not Julie. because Julie is really mean to her Mom.... but Helen is nothing but nice, and both Helens Dad and older sister both should have been killed and not Hellen... at least then Helen could move on and have a better life.Podcast Credits; Written by Brad Eastall (aka Brad DJ)Podcast Website;braddj.com/podcast BMR starting song bit"Acent" by JoshE Music credit from looperman.com"Dubstep Drums 140 bpm Build Up" by CozyBroke Music credit from - freesound.org“Ionicsmusic” Drum&Bass 05 and 06 vol.1"Kangus Sound Editor Sound Effect" by Paulnorthyorks"Creepy Tension Rise Build Up 1" by Miksmusic"spooky music" by TheOjt"Thunderstorm Lighting Strike" by Foad"Electric Shock 10" by Mensageirocs

Hi there, friends! It's the third and final part of our "The Thing" series. And we're finally going back to 1982 to talk about the classic, John Carpenter's "The Thing", starring Kurt Russell. So we did our best to talk about it in the fun and loving way we try to talk about all the movies we watch. We also talk about a new horror store that recently opened in Burbank, Killer Fitness. And of course, stay tuned until the end to hear what Andrew chose for our next movie!"The Thing" is the second adaptation of John W. Campbell's novella, "Who Goes There?" We love Mel Brooks. He is responsible for some of the funniest movies of all time. Young Frankenstein is also one of the best adaptations the Mary Shelley classic ever made. So, we were both excited to hear about the sequel to Spaceballs. We rank our favorite movies from Brooks and why Spaceballs once disappointed us.We are also huge fans of Fright Night. While there was a great remake in the early 2010s, you just do not hear enough about it. Despite having one of horror's most iconic lines, it does not get that much love. This week, we have two bits of news; one is concrete; one is its rumored connection to one of the most infamous murders of all time. This year for Pride Month we are discussing The Last Thing Mary Saw. It is a great bit of folk horror that is frightening, atmospheric, and filled with great characters. The mystery is engaging and the performances are top notch. It also treats its queer subject matter with a sensitivity that is not seen enough. The first six months just whooshed by and we have a lot to discuss. We cover a wide range of topics. Why do we sometimes consider no longer reviewing documentaries? The good and bad of AI in film. More folk horror, a slasher, and a reverse exorcism all enter our conversation about 2025's first six months. Adventures in Movies! is a part of the Morbidly Beautiful Podcast Network. Either way, death has a plan… and it doesn't like being skipped.IG - @thehorrorcutshow | @HewittGPro | @StephenkerrActor_Performer FB - Facebook.com/profile.php?id=61573701383591
