The Entity Returns 6 days following the finale of the first Smile, not skipping a beat.Smile II, earning its way into the small list of successful sequels, pushes all the necessary buttons for a sequel. the body count is bigger, death scenes are so much more elaborate, there is more blood and gore and the 'killer' is bigger, badder, and more elaborate as well.
