She also discusses the work Hustle Crew does, and talks in detail about why measuring the success of diversity and belonging initiatives isn't actually as hard as we might sometimes think it is. We also discuss how we can all assume responsibility for the struggle for equality and justice, the importance of sitting with our discomfort when having difficult conversations, and how to 'zoom out' gain a sense of perspective when our doubts about our ability to effect change are starting to flag.Follow Abadesi on Twitter: @AbadesiLearn more about Hustle Crew: hustlecrew.coListen to Techish podcast: techishpod.com
