My guest today is Krishna Rao, the CFO of Anthropic. The center of our conversation is how he navigates the decision around procuring and allocating compute, which he describes as the canvas on which everything else gets built. We talk about what he calls the cone of uncertainty, the three chip platforms Anthropic uses fungibly across Trainium, TPUs, and GPUs, and the daily meetings they run to allocate compute between model development, internal use, and serving customer demand. He explains why the returns to frontier intelligence keep getting higher, especially in enterprise, and how Anthropic thinks about the line between platform and application and why they choose to build their own products like Claude Code. Krishna has such a unique seat watching one of the fastest growing businesses in history, and he is generous in sharing what he has learned since joining the company two years ago. If I'm being honest… I didn't realize how much I needed this check-in until I started talking it out. With the first day of spring here, I found myself reflecting on the last few months and asking a simple question: how am I actually doing right now? Not how I thought I'd be doing back in January. Not what I said I'd change. But what my real, everyday life looks like today. In this episode, I'm sharing a behind-the-scenes look at what sparked this reflection for me, something as simple as a weekly whiteboard question during my practicum that's been getting people to pause, think, and be present. And it made me realize… how often are we actually doing that in our own lives?I talk about what it means to live mindfully (without overcomplicating it), how easy it is to fall into autopilot, and why this time of year is the perfect opportunity to reset without pressure or guilt. Because the truth is, you still have time to shift, grow, and realign with what actually makes you feel good. This is your reminder that change is constant, growth isn't linear, and you don't have to have it all figured out to start showing up differently. In this episode, I dive into:Why March is the perfect time for a real-life resetThe difference between living intentionally vs. on autopilotSimple ways I check in with myself each seasonLetting go of what isn't working (without judgment)Why inner work takes time—but is always worth itMy hope for you is that this new season feels refreshing, honest, and aligned. In this week's More Yourself episode, we explore the connection between personal growth, guilt, and the nervous system and the impact this interaction can have. Many women carry guilt quietly in their bodies. It can show up as chronic illness, pain, and other physical sensations. Over time, these emotions can settle into the nervous system and begin shaping how safe or unsafe change feels. In this clip from a recent More Yourself episode, we explore how learning to notice the physical sensations in our bodies can help us understand what we're holding onto, and where growth might be trying to emerge. In this episode, we explore:Why growth and change can feel activating for the nervous systemHow guilt can show up physically in the bodyThe emotional weight many women carry without realisingHow guilt can quietly influence our decisionsWhy being a woman can add extra layers of expectation and pressureHow to recognise the blocks that can appear when we start thinking about changeHow recognising sensations in the body can help release stuck emotionsCreating space for new intentions, possibilities and directionsThis episode is a reminder that sometimes growth doesn't come from pushing yourself harder, but by gently noticing what your body has been trying to tell you all along. Why not start by asking yourself this question: If guilt wasn't leading the way, what might growth feel like instead?Timestamps:00:10 - Exploring Growth and Change03:31 - Understanding Guilt and Growth07:44 - The Impact of Guilt on Decision Making11:57 - Releasing Emotional Blockages14:39 - Exploring Self-Sabotage and Personal GrowthWant to go deeper? This episode is taken from a recent monthly More Yourself live, where we explore these themes together in real time, alongside a community of women who understand ADHD and the complexity that comes with it.If this conversation resonates and you'd like more gentle, nervous-system-safe spaces for reflection, learning and support, we'd love to welcome you into the More Yourself community.Inside the More Yourself Membership, you'll be able to:Connect with like-minded women who understand youLearn from guest experts and practical toolsReceive compassionate prompts & gentle remindersEnjoy voice-note encouragement from KateJoin flexible meet-ups and mentoring sessionsAccess on-demand workshops and quarterly guest expert sessionsTo join for £26 a month, click here. In this episode, Candace reflects on a powerful moment from Jay Shetty's podcast with climber Alex Honnold — a reminder that success is often just a brief moment at the end of years of repeated failure. As a climber, Alex shares that failing is constant. Projects can take five or six years of trying, falling short, adjusting, and returning — all for a few minutes of completion before moving on to the next challenge. That perspective opens a deeper conversation about how we relate to failure in our own lives.Candace invites us to reframe failure not as something to avoid, but as the very substance of the journey itself. The repetition. The discomfort. The trying again when it would be easier to quit. If things came easily, the moment of arrival wouldn't carry the same meaning.Failure builds character — grit, determination, endurance, and the ability to stay present with uncertainty. It shapes us quietly, teaching us who we are long before we ever “succeed.”This episode is a gentle reminder to stop leaving dreams in the closet or ideas stuck in the mind. To start the thing. To do the hard thing. And to walk forward knowing that failure isn't a sign you're doing it wrong — it's proof that you're on the path.
Nareit's Senior Vice President for Research Ed Pierzak and Nareit Vice President for Index Management and Industry Information John Barwick joined the REIT Report to highlight key themes and trends in Nareit's 2026 REIT Outlook.Pierzak discussed the dual divergences at play between REITs and broader equities and REITs and private real estate. Each provides an opportunity for REITs to outperform, he said. At the same time, REIT balance sheets point to access to capital, putting the sector in a “great position to really embark on a growth opportunity in 2026,” alongside signs of a thawing in the transaction market, Pierzak said.Meanwhile, Barwick discussed global REIT performance, noting that currency movements were a significant tailwind for U.S.-based investors in 2025 as a weaker dollar bolstered the performance of international assets. For U.S. investors, strong local returns in developed Asia and developed Europe were further boosted when translated back into dollars, which widened the performance gap with North America, Barwick noted.Read the 2026 REIT outlook: https://www.reit.com/news/blog/market-commentary/2026-reit-outlook-trends-and-strategies

What if the reason your podcast & content isn't growing… has nothing to do with the content? Today in Content Is Profit, we're diving into a question that's been going around in our world lately: What are we missing when it comes to content and podcasting today? This conversation got sparked from a spicy debate inside a mastermind, and a few gold nuggets we pulled from Casey Neistat's recent chat with Colin & Samir. Let's just say—there's more going on than most creators realize. We're pulling back the curtain on: Why so many shows stall out after just a few episodes Where creators are hitting friction (even when they're “doing everything right”) And the hidden gaps no one's talking about when it comes to turning content into real business results No fluff. Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:Entrepreneurs deal with fear, anxiety, and overwhelm daily. Dr. Christiane Schröter does not just acknowledge it—she teaches how to turn it into momentum. In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show: Founders of the Future, Dr. Christiane Schroeter introduces the STEP framework (Simplify, Tell, Examine, Praise). It is a clear, four-step system designed to break big goals into small, doable actions and remove the overwhelm that comes with endless to-do lists. From writing two pages of a book a day, to using “Petite Practices” that keep progress moving, her methods show how consistent small steps lead to measurable impact. This is practical and actionable. You will learn how to reframe stress into strength, move from “someday” to today, and build a mindset that keeps you executing.
When you begin doing deeper work on yourself, the questions start coming: Why do I feel guilty when I take care of myself? Why does setting boundaries suddenly feel so frustrating? Why do I feel like I can't tolerate certain people anymore? These moments can feel unsettling—but they're actually signs that you're waking up to yourself in new ways. In this episode, I invite you into a gentle reflection process with questions designed to spark curiosity, not anxiety. Through real-life examples, we'll explore boundaries, emotional honesty, self-care, belonging, and confidence—helping you notice where you are on your journey without judgment. These aren't tests. They're invitations. Three Takeaways 1. Questions are data, not verdicts. The feelings that surface when you reflect—guilt, frustration, relief—are clues to your growth, not proof of failure. 2. Intimacy starts with honesty. Pay attention to when your words and your heart line up—and when they don't. That gap reveals where safety is missing. 3. Small promises build trust. Even tiny acts of follow-through (like going to bed when you said you would) lay the groundwork for deeper confidence. Looking away kept you safe before. Looking honestly will set you free now. Rishard Rameez is the Co‑Founder and CEO of Zown, an AI‑powered real estate platform that makes homeownership more accessible and affordable. Zown was born from a viral Reddit post where Rishard shared his frustration over paying over $70K in real estate commissions. The outpouring of support inspired him to flip the model: instead of paying big commissions, Zown gives buyers significant upfront cash to help with their down payment and closing costs, while offering sellers flat fees. This customer‑first model has driven rapid growth, with Zown processing over $300 million in transactions and becoming Canada's fastest‑growing real estate brokerage. The platform has recently launched in California and continues expanding across North America. As Cardinal Health nears its second anniversary since the company's first investor day under CFO Aaron Alt's leadership, steady progress has been made in its ambitious transformation. Alt reflects on the company's trajectory since his appointment, saying, “We've deployed several billion dollars in acquisitions to drive our strategy.” This shift highlights the company's focus on specialty distribution and related services—areas Alt tells us offer higher margins and greater growth potential than the company's traditional core business.Under Alt's leadership, Cardinal Health has pursued both organic growth and strategic acquisitions, targeting key therapy areas like gastroenterology and urology. According to Alt, the company's balance sheet has played a critical role, enabling investments and allowing Cardinal Health to return capital to shareholders through increased dividends and share repurchases. With the recent increase in the company's fiscal year 2026 profit estimates, Alt's strategy appears to be paying off. “We're doing what we said we were going to do,” Alt emphasizes, underscoring the transparency and accountability he has fostered during his tenure. Looking ahead, the company's growth trajectory is set to continue as it leverages acquisitions and internal investments to expand its portfolio and drive long-term value creation.

Adapting for Growth: Lessons from Cogent Analytics with Robert and Michael In this insightful episode, Michael D. Levitt sits down with Robert from Cogent Analytics to explore how businesses can scale and thrive—even in the face of disruption. Robert shares the incredible journey of growing Cogent Analytics from a lean startup to a 250+ employee powerhouse. Their success has been built on strategic business development, organizational and process engineering, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Resilience in the Face of Change Robert reflects on how the company navigated the pandemic by pivoting to remote work and reimagining their service offerings. Together, Robert and Michael emphasize the value of operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous learning as pillars of long-term success. The Realities of Supply Chain Disruptions The conversation shifts to the complex challenges of modern supply chain management—from tariff changes to rising goods costs. Michael sheds light on how these disruptions, like spiking egg prices due to bird flu, create ripple effects across the economy. He points out that many businesses' reliance on just-in-time inventory can leave them vulnerable in unstable markets. Strategic Response to Tariff Pauses Robert discusses how the recent pause on tariffs brought short-term relief for many companies but warns that organizations must remain vigilant and cost-conscious. He reinforces the need for smart, steady decision-making amid economic uncertainty—no matter the size of your business. The Ripple Effect of Business Decisions Michael and Robert delve into the community-level impact of business decisions. Michael shares a real-world example of a local restaurant struggling after a key government office relocation. It's a reminder that business strategy doesn't just affect balance sheets—it shapes the lives of employees, partners, and communities. Future-Focused Entrepreneurship Robert encourages entrepreneurs to think beyond short-term fires and adopt a long-term lens. From building cash reserves to embracing hard conversations about the future, he offers practical advice for leaders who want to stay relevant and resilient in an ever-evolving landscape. Surprising Success—and Platform Risks To wrap things up, Michael and Robert reflect on the unpredictability of success in today's digital world. They touch on how algorithm changes (like Facebook's) or dependence on volatile platforms (like TikTok) can create both opportunity and risk for growing businesses. If you're an entrepreneur or business leader navigating rapid change, this episode delivers valuable insight into building a business that's not just successful—but sustainable.
