After having children my guest today experienced a slowdown in her legal career, penalised like most women still are for taking time out when her kids were born but she did not let that define her. Letting go is incredibly difficult and so often we hold on to things that are no longer serving us. My guest today Justin Onuekwusi had 70 applications rejected, he was at a crossroads of what to do next when finally his determination paid off but despite wanting this for long he realised this was not for him.
