There are truths I know which I wrestle with because I know that conforming to them demands confrontation inside of me. There are opinions I hold which I keep to myself because I know they are NOT shared by millions of people. The truth is, those same opinions are most likely shared by millions of others. Daily I express my thoughts, share some experiences, ponder the effect and outcomes and expose my ideas through this exercise called Leading Leaders Podcast. Daily I wonder just how far I can go in this world of political correctness and spontaneous offense in sharing my true point of view. Daily I wonder of the the social media monitors, the social justice warriors, and those who wear their opinions and emotions on their sleeve like a badge will call me out, shut me down or silence me in some way. Daily, the limited number of people who see this video and read my words encounter a sliver of who I am and what I think. But then there are a select few who engage... These are people from all walks of life. All races, all education levels, all levels of business, all levels of income and influence. They are people who challenge the way I think and who are open to being challenged in the way they think. They are people from opposite ends of the political spectrum and the religious spectrum.
