(Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus 250,000 British girls sexually assaulted by Pakistani Muslims Last week, a group called Restore Britain released a summary report of an inquiry into the widespread and systematic sexual exploitation of vulnerable working-class women and children across the nation, reports Breakpoint. At least 250,000 girls were sexually assaulted, trafficked, tortured, and even killed, mostly by gangs of Pakistani Muslims. The details in the report are so horrifying, it's difficult to believe they are true.   Evidence of the abuse and reports by victims were downplayed and ignored.  To his shame, when atheist British Prime Minister Kier Starmer, who resigned Monday, was Director of Public Prosecutions and the head of the Crown Prosecution Service, he shockingly dismissed 13,000 cases of suspected child sexual offenders with a warning letter rather than attempt to prosecute. British citizens who spoke out about the abuse or expressed criticism of mass migration were often prosecuted, especially if the criticisms were directed at Pakistani or Muslim communities.  The gangs that have been operating in Britain have deep ideological and cultural roots shaped by Islam, including Sharia law. Also ignored is the difficult truth that Islam, on its own terms, allows child sexual exploitation and trafficking.   Many of the young Muslim men responsible for these atrocities believe they are answerable to Sharia law, rather than to British law. They believe their devious assaults are approved by Islam's false god Allah, especially when done to an enemy who is oppressing them.  Send a 2-3 sentence letter urging that British authorities prosecute the rapists. Twin earthquakes in Venezuela killed 164, injured 1,000 At least 164 people have been killed and 971 injured in Venezuela after powerful back-to-back earthquakes rocked the country on Wednesday night, June 24th, reports Yahoo News. Thousands more are feared dead after a magnitude 7.2 earthquake hit about 100 miles west of the capital, Caracas, followed less than a minute later by a magnitude 7.5 tremor, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. In a Truth Social post, President Donald Trump said, "The U.S.A. stands ready, willing, and able to help! I have instructed all agencies of our government to get ready to move quickly. We will be there for our new and great friends." Supreme Court delivers major win to Trump On June 25th, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Trump administration's decision to end Temporary Protected Status for immigrants from Syria and Haiti, reports TownHall.com. In a 6-3 decision, the justices found that the statute bars judicial review of non-constitutional claims. After the Department of Homeland Security moved to terminate Temporary Protected Status for people from Syria and Haiti, it was hit with a deluge of lawsuits challenging the move. Congress created Temporary Protected Status back in 1990 to grant short-term humanitarian relief to foreigners who cannot safely return home due to armed conflict, natural disasters, or other extreme conditions. Syrians were able to take advantage of the program in 2012 because of the brutality of the Bashar al-Assad regime. Haiti received it in 2010 after a devastating earthquake. However, both designations went on for longer than the “temporary” label suggested. Alarm over Abortion Pills & dead babies in U.S. water supply Based on an alarming 86-page report entitled “Abortion in Our Water,” 14 state attorneys general sent a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency warning about a “growing threat to the country's waterways as a result of the pharmaceutical abortion drug mifepristone,” reports Liberty Counsel. They're asking the EPA to place mifepristone and its generics on the federal list of drinking water contaminants that need further investigation. The abortion industry has moved from clinics to toilets. Chemical abortions now account for 63% of all U.S. abortions in the formal health care system in 2023 — up from 31% in 2014 and 14% in 2005. Women are told to take the Abortion Kill Pills and flush everything directly into our water supply. About 700,000 chemical abortions each year send long-lasting abortion drugs and human remains into America's wastewater systems. Mifepristone blocks progesterone, thus starving the baby. This drug has long-lasting metabolites that remain in the water because the water treatment plants are generally not capable of filtering out these chemicals. In addition to these chemicals, the water systems were never designed for the resulting 30-40 tons of human remains which becomes hazardous medical waste! By contrast, hospitals and abortion mills are not allowed to flush medical waste down the drain for good reason. Court blocks California “gender secrecy law”, affirms parental rights California parents scored a big victory as a court blocked a law that kept school districts from reporting a child's “sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression” to parents, reports the Daily Citizen. America First Legal announced the decision on behalf of the City of Huntington Beach and parents.  “The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit entered a preliminary injunction blocking enforcement of key provisions of California's AB 1955 – a law that prohibits schools from disclosing information to parents about a child's sexual orientation, ‘gender identity,' or gender expression, unless the child consents.” In other words, the State of California sought to prevent parents from obtaining information about “gender transitions” of their own children without the child's so-called consent. Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom signed Assembly Bill 1955 which, as California Family Council explained, prohibited schools from notifying parents if their gender-confused children asked to be referred to with a biologically incorrect pronoun and a new name. This Day in Legal History: The Burning of the GaspeeOn this day in 1772, a Royal Navy revenue schooner called HMS Gaspee, captained by a notably overzealous Lieutenant William Duddington, ran aground in shallow water in Narragansett Bay while chasing a Rhode Island packet boat called the Hannah. Within hours of the grounding, roughly sixty Providence merchants, sailors, and “Sons of Liberty” — led by John Brown, one of the wealthiest men in the colony — rowed out under cover of darkness in eight longboats, boarded the Gaspee, shot Duddington, and burned the ship to the waterline. The legal significance lies in what came next. The Crown convened a Royal Commission of Inquiry with authority to ship the perpetrators across the Atlantic for trial in England, bypassing colonial juries entirely, a procedural maneuver that the colonies read as a direct attack on the right to jury trial in the vicinage.The Virginia House of Burgesses responded in March 1773 by forming the first Committee of Correspondence, a sustained intercolonial communication network that became, two years later, the institutional skeleton of the Continental Congress. The Gaspee Affair never produced a single prosecution — the commission could not get the colonial governor or the Rhode Island courts to cooperate, and witness testimony evaporated — but it produced something more durable: the colonial conviction that the Crown's willingness to detour around local juries was itself a constitutional grievance worth organizing against. The right-to-jury-in-the-vicinage point that Madison wrote into the Sixth Amendment seventeen years later is, in a real sense, the Gaspee Affair's longest-lived legacy.The Supreme Court on Monday granted, vacated, and remanded the D.C. Circuit's decision in American Gas Association v. Department of Energy, sending the long-disputed Biden-era Department of Energy efficiency rule on non-condensing residential gas furnaces and commercial water heaters back to the D.C. Circuit “for further consideration in light of the position asserted by the Solicitor General.” That last phrase is the operative one. The new Solicitor General, on behalf of the second Trump administration's DOE, told the Court in late April that the prior administration's reading of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act was, in DOE's current view, wrong, and that the rule effectively bans non-condensing units that millions of homes and small commercial properties were built around. A confessed-error from a new administration doesn't automatically win a case, but the procedural vehicle — a grant-vacate-remand, or “GVR” — is the Court's standard way of saying “go look at this again with the new posture in mind” without resolving the merits itself.The trade-group plaintiffs, led by the American Gas Association and the American Public Gas Association, framed the rule from the start as a de facto product ban dressed up as efficiency standards. The environmental and consumer groups that intervened to defend the rule will get another bite at the apple on remand, but their position is harder when their own client agency has switched sides. Circuit's case calendar over the next few weeks for an expedited briefing schedule.Supreme Court Vacates Decision Outlawing Gas Stoves, Water Heaters | NewsBustersSCOTUSblog on Monday published a careful overview of an increasingly organized litigation campaign to ask the Supreme Court to overrule Obergefell v. Hodges, the 2015 decision recognizing a constitutional right to same-sex marriage. The campaign now includes Liberty Counsel, MassResistance, and the Southern Baptist Convention, which last year voted overwhelmingly to urge the Court to reverse the decision. The underlying ground for the push is partly the Court's reasoning in Dobbs four years ago, which gave conservative litigants a road map for unwinding substantive due process precedents, and partly the gradual erosion of public-opinion support for same-sex marriage in one slice of the polling, with Republican support falling from 55 percent in 2022 to 37 percent now. The legal headcount at the Court is, however, the part of the story that is not yet there.Only Justice Thomas has been a consistent vote to revisit Obergefell, having said so in his Dobbs concurrence. Justice Alito, despite being one of Obergefell's original dissenters, recently emphasized in a public speech that he is not suggesting the case should be overruled, citing stare decisis. Justice Gorsuch's dissent in 303 Creative seems to concede that Obergefell is good law and tries instead to carve out specific exceptions to it. None of which is a reason for litigants on the marriage-equality side to relax. The path Dobbs opened up is wider than any single justice's current voting pattern, and the campaign is plainly playing a long game.The next round of test cases on standing and ripeness will start to surface in the lower courts in the next term or two — that is when the campaign's seriousness becomes measurable.The campaign to overrule Obergefell | SCOTUSblogThe third and most constitutionally significant story of the day is one we've been watching: the litigation over President Trump's $400 million ballroom — built on the site of the demolished East Wing — is on track to land in front of the Supreme Court, SCOTUSblog reported Monday. The D.C. Circuit panel that heard the case for more than two hours in late April has not yet ruled, but the questioning made clear that a more substantial opinion is coming and that an appeal to the Court is the likely next stop regardless of which side wins. The legal question is unusually fundamental. The plaintiff, the National Trust for Historic Preservation, argues that the President has no “free-floating” power to construct major federal buildings without an appropriation from Congress, and that the Antideficiency Act and the Public Buildings Act both require the kind of statutory authorization the East Wing ballroom never received.The administration's response, delivered in a tone that several court-watchers described as unusually defiant, has essentially been that construction has “gone too far to be stopped” and that the courts have no role in second-guessing a presidential building decision once the steel is up. The structural separation-of-powers questions here — what does the Appropriations Clause actually constrain, and can a federal court enjoin a President from continuing to build something that is partially constructed — are large enough that the Supreme Court will almost certainly want to take the case if it reaches the high court. Construction, meanwhile, continues. The most likely Supreme Court resolution is a narrow opinion on standing or remedies, with the broader Appropriations Clause questions deferred for another day. We will see.White House ballroom battle may soon arrive at the Supreme Court | SCOTUSblogIn my Bloomberg Tax column this week, I argue that the SALT deduction cap's biggest problem is not that it is unconstitutional, but that it is badly designed. The latest failed challenge, Sims v. United States, involved two New Jersey taxpayers who claimed the cap violated the 10th Amendment, the 16th Amendment, and broader federalism principles. The federal district court rejected those arguments, finding that Congress has broad authority to tax income and decide which deductions are allowed, limited, or denied. My point is that opponents of the SALT cap should stop looking for constitutional defects that courts are unlikely to find and instead focus on forcing Congress to fix the policy it created.I explain that the cap has always been politically loaded: supporters see it as a needed limit on a deduction that benefits many high-income taxpayers in high-tax states, while critics see it as a targeted attack on those states. But unfair or politically motivated tax policy is not automatically unconstitutional. The real weakness, I argue, is the cap's uneven design, especially the pass-through entity tax workaround. Many business owners can effectively get around the cap when state taxes are paid at the entity level, while wage earners, sole proprietors, and many individual taxpayers remain stuck behind it.That creates a serious mismatch: two taxpayers can live in the same state, earn similar income, and face similar state tax burdens, but receive different federal treatment depending on whether one has the right business structure. I argue that this kind of selective relief may be a more promising target for a narrower administrative or legal challenge than another broad constitutional attack on Congress's taxing power. Congress partly recognized the problem when it raised the cap from $10,000 to $40,000, but I note that the fix is temporary, only lightly indexed, and still leaves major structural problems in place. The marriage penalty remains especially glaring because married couples filing jointly do not receive double the cap available to similarly situated unmarried taxpayers.I also criticize the phaseout design because it can create cliffs or marginal-rate spikes that reward tax gamesmanship rather than sound policy. A better fix, in my view, would make the higher cap permanent, index it meaningfully, eliminate the marriage penalty, smooth out the phaseout, and require Treasury to rationalize the treatment of pass-through entity taxes. The lesson from Sims is that courts may uphold the SALT cap, but that does not make it good tax policy. DOCKET ALERTS: A federal judge in Colorado enjoined the National Science Foundation from shutting down the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder. APA, FTW!   The DC Circuit ruled that Pete Hegseth's policy kicking out all trans service members and barring enlistment by anyone who ever had a diagnosis of gender dysphoria is rooted in animus and cannot stand. But the remedy was narrowly cabined to the plaintiffs in this case, and only those who are currency active duty.   The Supreme Court let Alabama redraw its Congressional maps while primary voting was already underway and use a racially-discriminatory map in order to squeeze one more Republican seat in Congress out for the 2026 midterms.   Doofus of the Day: BATMAN! Eric Batman, some whiny dork in LA who says his Christian faith means that he has to work from home during June lest he be oppressed by a trans flag flying outside his office. The grifters at Liberty Counsel eagerly fundraising off their preposterous trollsuit on Doofus's behalf.   MAIN SHOW:   The DOJ filed a superseding indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center. It's meant to remedy the obvious deficiencies in the first indictment, but it actually seems to bolster the SPLC's claim that they were trying to protect informants, not take down donors.   Meanwhile, DOJ seems to have leaked a draft version of the new indictment to reporters before presenting it to the grand jurors, potentially violating grand jury secrecy. SPLC moved for a show cause order forcing DOJ to explain "its conduct and why it should not be sanctioned considering the prejudicial consequences at stake here."   Back in Chicago, US Attorney Andrew Boutros explained that he wasn't inappropriately trying to voir dire the grand jury. Perish the thought! And how very dare you, sir! He was just advising them that if they didn't think they could convict, they should put their hands up and explain themselves. There was a settlement agreed to by the city of Louisville, Kentucky, regarding a Christian photographer who was threatened with legal sanction if she did not serve (so-called) same-sex weddings. The photographer was also prohibited by the city from expressing her views on marriage on her own studio website. Earlier this month, Mat argued before the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in the case of Zinski v. Liberty University. It's a case involving Jonathan Zinski, who Mat believes, "... intentionally set up Liberty University to try to take them down." This case could determine the scope of religious liberty protections for faith-based organizations. Oral arguments will be given before the Supreme Court tomorrow to settle the issue of birthright citizenship (Trump v. Barbara). (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Kevin Swanson and Timothy Reed Nigerian Muslims chained 14-year-old Christian girl to tree for 138 days Radical Muslims are killing Nigerian Christians at a rate of 32 people per day, or 12,000 per year, according to the most recent data. About the same average number are being kidnapped. The stories are the most brutal in recorded history.   Truth Nigeria tells of a 14-year-old Christian girl named Eunice who was cruelly chained in the forest for 138 days, beaten daily, and starved.  She witnessed captives murdered and raped. Eunice's mother, Martha, was also held by the criminal group. She told TruthNigeria, “Whenever we tried to pray, they beat us harder and shouted that there is no Christian God.” This was one of 50 taped interviews. Tragically, the Nigerian government has registered zero interest in these criminal activities. The young woman and her mother are still being treated in a Kaduna hospital, unable to be discharged and unable to pay the bill. Truth Nigeria reports that “Eunice's frame is skeletal — collar bones jutting, arms wasted, eyes sunken into a gaunt face. Argentina's economy is thriving and inflation rate is going down Argentina's economy saw another 4.4% bump last year. Since Javier Milei's election to the presidency in 2022, the economy has soared by 9%. Impressively, Argentina's inflation rate dropped to 31% — the lowest in eight years.  China's economy is steaming ahead, leaving America & Japan behind China has edged itself into a top position in the world economy. For example, Chinese automakers have trounced Japan, producing nearly 27 million vehicles in global sales last year compared to Japan's sale of 25 million vehicles.  By way of background, Japan had held the top place since the year 2000.   If measured by purchasing power, China's economy is now 50% larger than the U.S. economy. Indeed, China passed the U.S. economy in 2016. British pro-lifer awarded Pennsylvania Freedom Medal British pro-lifer Isabel Vaughan-Spruce was awarded the Pennsylvania Freedom Medal by Republican State Senator Doug Mastriano. Spruce has faced persecution for her pro-life beliefs in the United Kingdom, and was arrested multiple times for silently praying near abortion mills.  Mastriano wrote on X, “She wasn't shouting. She wasn't blocking anyone. She wasn't holding signs. She was simply praying quietly in her mind.” Vaughan-Spruce responded, “This is a huge honor and such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Thank you to all those who recognize, uphold, and defend true liberty!”  Colossians 4:2-3 says, “Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving; meanwhile praying also for us, that God would open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in chains.” America's debt soars to $39 trillion Here in America, since the U.S. Congress lifted the debt ceiling last July — the U.S. Treasury debt has increased by another $2.8 trillion.  America's debt now stands at $39 trillion! The U.S. debt-to-GDP ratio increased more in the fourth quarter of 2025. It now stands at a whopping 123%. That ratio has doubled since 2008. It took 200 years for America to achieve its first $1 trillion in debt back in 1981.  Unbelievably, the Trump administration has racked up another $2.8 trillion in just the last nine months. Liberty Univ. wants right to fire employees who reject Biblical standard Last week, Liberty University presented oral arguments at the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Zinski v. Liberty University, arguing for the right of a Christian college to hold to its biblical standards on employment decisions. The case involves a male employee who attempted to appear as a female while in the employment of the university. Liberty Counsel attorney Matt Staver said, the case is “fundamentally about whether religious institutions can maintain their identity and mission in their employment decisions,” and whether a Christian university “has the right to employ individuals whose beliefs and conduct align with its doctrinal teachings.”  The outcome of this case has the potential to establish whether religious institutions retain autonomy over their missions through employment decisions based on doctrinal standards. Federal employment law operates universally across all non-ministerial positions, regardless of an institution's religious beliefs. Actor Chuck Norris, who committed his life to Christ, died And finally, actor, martial arts pro, and conservative Christian commentator  Chuck Norris, passed away on March 19th. He confessed to living a dissolute lifestyle in the 1980s, when he said he had wandered from the faith. Chuck shared his Christian profession on the program “Praise the Lord” in 2004. Listen. NORRIS: “Unfortunately, in periods of my life, I did drift from the Lord, but the Lord never drifted from me. He stayed with me the whole time.” INTERVIEWER: “Amen.” NORRIS: “Yes. And I just praised God for that. And actually, when I met my beautiful wife here, you know, I was kind of living the Hollywood lifestyle. “One morning, I visited with her, and she went in there, and she was reading the Bible. And I go, ‘What are you doing?' She says, ‘I read the Bible every morning.' I said, ‘Really?' She says, ‘Why don't you sit down here and read it with me?' And that was the beginning of me coming back to the Lord.” INTERVIEWER: “Amen!” Chuck had five children and 13 grandchildren. He was 86 years old. Youth-led protests toppled the government last year. The new government is poised to feature less Hindu-nationalist parties. Hindu extremists drive most persecution of Christians in Nepal.  One pastor in the country told International Christian Concern, “The [election] results are unexpected. Though the outcome is confusing, we remain hopeful, especially as there appears to be a decline in the influence of pro-Hindu nationalist parties.”  Franklin Graham preached to 90,000 in Lima, Peru Evangelist Franklin Graham shared the Gospel of Christ with over 90,000 people in Lima, Peru over the weekend.  Listen. GRAHAM: “The Bible says, ‘All we, like sheep, have gone astray. Each has turned to his own way.' But man has a problem. That problem is called sin. “Sin is a barrier. It's a wall between you and God, and sin has to be atoned, and the only way is through the shed blood of Jesus, Christ on the cross. “Without Jesus, you have no hope. You cannot save yourself, only the blood of Jesus. “You have a choice tonight.  Jesus said, ‘I'll never leave you nor forsake you.' Will you come to Him tonight?” Thousands responded to the message during the evangelical event. Peru is a predominantly Catholic country. However, the number of Evangelicals has been growing rapidly in the South American country in recent years.  Chile is first country to eliminate leprosy in the Americas Chile recently became the first country in the Americas to officially eliminate leprosy.  The World Health Organization and the Pan American Health Organization verified the achievement. Chile has not reported any locally acquired cases of the disease for over 30 years.  The World Health Organization noted, “Leprosy, also known as Hansen disease … primarily affects the skin, peripheral nerves, upper respiratory tract mucosa, and eyes. If untreated, it can lead to permanent nerve damage, disabilities, and social stigma.” U.S. and Ecuador team up to kick drug cartels out The United States and Ecuador launched joint military operations against drug cartels in the South American country last week.  Over a dozen other Latin American countries also plan to cooperate with the U.S. military against drug smuggling operations. U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth addressed these countries during the Shield of Americas Summit in Florida on Saturday. Listen.  HEGSETH: “We don't have to live with communities flooded with drugs or violence or cartels and gangs. We can seal our border, and we have to for our citizens. “We share a hemisphere and geography. We share cultures, Western Christian civilization. We share these things together. We have to have the courage to defend it. We have a Commander-in-Chief in our country who's set that compass heading.” New poll: Don't need to believe in God to be moral Pew Research reports fewer people around the world believe it's necessary to believe in God to be moral. A majority of adults in the United States, Canada, and Europe say it's not necessary to believe in God to be moral and have good values. People in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America are much more likely to say belief in God is necessary for morality.  In the U.S., 31% of adults say it's necessary to believe in God to be moral. That's down from 42% in 2014. Wyoming passes Heartbeat bill Wyoming became the latest state to enact a fetal heartbeat law. Republican Governor Mark Gordon signed the Human Heartbeat Act into law on Monday. This makes Wyoming the fifth state to ban abortions on babies at about six weeks of pregnancy.  If a heartbeat is detected, the baby must be protected. Liberty Counsel noted, “The ‘Human Heartbeat Act' bans abortions after a heartbeat can be detected. However, it does include exceptions for medical emergencies when the mother's life is in danger, or her health is at risk of serious impairment. The law does not include exceptions for rape or incest.” John Newton, former slave ship captain, wrote “Amazing Grace” And finally, this week is the anniversary of John Newton's conversion.  Newton was a captain of slave ships in his early life. While at sea, a severe storm brought him to his spiritual senses. This led to his conversion on March 10, 1748. Newton went on to marry, become a pastor, and work to end the slave trade. Newton is well known for his hymns. Each week he would write a hymn to a familiar tune. Of his hundreds of hymns, he is especially remembered for “Glorious Things of Thee Are Spoken,” “How Sweet the Name of Jesus Sounds!” and “Amazing Grace.” WINTLEY PHIPPS: “Amazing grace, how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now I'm found, was blind, but now I see.” That was sung by Wintley Phipps. Newton wrote his own epitaph for his tombstone which says, “Once an infidel … was by the rich mercy of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ preserved, restored, pardoned and appointed to preach the faith he had long labored to destroy.” Reminds me of the Apostle Paul. Ephesians 2:8 says, “For by grace you have been saved through faith. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Federal judge upholds right of 4,000 Myanmar immigrants to stay A federal judge has ordered a temporary halt to the U.S. government's plan to terminate Temporary Protected Status for nationals of Myanmar living in the United States. That's a shift from the Trump administration's recent assessment that conditions in Myanmar have improved, reports International Christian Concern. The ruling interrupts a move that had signaled U.S. support for the junta's upcoming elections and marks a departure from the administration's controversial policy to end Temporary Protected Status for Burmese nationals.   On January 23, U.S. District Judge Matthew Kennelly in Chicago ruled that Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem's decision to end Temporary Protected Status for Myanmar migrants lacked a legitimate basis and therefore cannot take effect while a legal challenge proceeds. The judge blocked the Trump administration from ending protections for roughly 4,000 Myanmar nationals and scheduled a hearing on February 6 on the merits of the case.  In his written opinion, Judge Kennelly concluded that there was no genuine review of the conditions in Myanmar that underpin the decision and that the termination appeared more likely motivated by the administration's broader objective of curbing immigration and eliminating Temporary Protected Status generally, rather than by any evidence that conditions back home have materially improved.  According to Open Doors, Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, is the 14th most oppressive country worldwide for Christians. DOJ released 3 million pages, 180,000 images, 2,000 videos of Epstein files The Department of Justice announced the release of millions of new pages from the files of the late sexual predator and human trafficker Jeffrey Epstein on Friday, reports The Blaze. In a press conference, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche explained the details. BLANCHE: “Today, we are producing more than 3 million pages, including more than 2,000 videos and 180,000 images. Just a quick note about the videos and images. “The 2,000 videos and 180,000 images are not all videos and images taken by Mr. Epstein or someone around him. They include large quantities of commercial p*rnography and images that were seized from Epstein's devices, but which he did not take, or that someone around him did not take. We're releasing more than 3 million pages today, and not the 6 million pages that we collected. “I want to address what we didn't produce. The categories of documents withheld include those permitted under the Act to be withheld, files that contain personally identified information of victims or victims' personal and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Any depiction of child p*rnography was obviously excluded. Anything that would jeopardize an active federal investigation. And finally, anything that depicts or contain images of death, physical abuse or injury also was not produced. “To protect victims, we redacted every woman depicted in any image or video, with the exception of Ms. [Ghislaine] Maxwell. We did not redact images of any men.” Ecclesiastes 12:14 says, “God shall bring every deed into judgment, including every secret thing, whether it be good or whether it be evil.” Deputy Attorney General Blanche also said that the White House had no involvement in the review of the latest documents. He added, "They had no oversight over this review. They did not tell this department how to do our review, what to look for, what to redact, or what to not redact." Dept. of Justice arrested former CNN anchor Don Lemon Former CNN anchor Don Lemon was arrested by federal authorities and charged with federal civil rights crimes in connection with a protest at a Minnesota church service last month, reports NBC News. Demonstrators gathered at the service because one of its pastors, David Easterwood, allegedly works for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The protesters said Easterwood is the acting director of an ICE field office in St. Paul. In a Friday post on X, Attorney General Pam Bondi said Lemon, age 59, and three others — Trahern Crews, Georgia Fort and Jamael Lundy — were arrested "in connection with the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota." The Department of Homeland Security said that Lemon was charged with conspiracy and interfering with the First Amendment rights of worshipers. Cities Church Lead Pastor Jonathan Parnell said, “We are grateful that the Department of Justice acted swiftly to protect Cities Church so that we can continue to faithfully live out the church's mission to worship Jesus and make Him known.” Lemon's attorney, Abbe Lowell, said that Lemon was taken into custody by federal agents in Los Angeles, where he was covering the Grammy Awards. According to the Department of Homeland Security, the federal government has sent 3,000 federal immigration agents to the Twin Cities over the last two months and arrested more than 3,000 illegal immigrants. Trump selects new Federal Reserve Chairman On Friday, President Donald Trump unveiled his choice to succeed Jerome Powell as chairman of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. On Truth Social, the president wrote, “I am pleased to announce that I am nominating Kevin Warsh to be the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.”  He previously served on the Federal Reserve Board of Governors between 2006 and 2011. Appearing on CNBC, David Bahnsen, chief investment officer of The Bahnsen Group, said this. BAHNSEN: “He has the respect and credibility of the financial markets. I worked with him at Morgan Stanley. Thought very highly of him. Look, there was no person who was going to get this job who wasn't going to be cutting rates in the short term. However, I think longer term I believe he will be a credible candidate.” Bahnsen referred to Trump's desire to lower interest rates to spur further economic activity, which Powell has opposed. Disney+ expands R-rated movies by 2,200% The streaming platform Disney+ is expanding its so-called “mature” content library.  Concerned Women for America reported that parents can expect more than a 2,200% increase in R-rated movies and more than an 840% increase in TV-MA-rated shows available on the platform, reports The Christian Post. Disney's streaming platform is adding new shows and movies as part of an integration with Hulu, with the change scheduled for February.  Last Thursday, the conservative advocacy group Concerned Women for America reported that Disney+ will increase the number of R-rated movies available for streaming from 19 to over 439. And he number of shows with a TV-MA rating — meaning that the content is intended for allegedly “mature” audiences — on Disney+ will go from 45 to 425. Matthew 18:6 says, “But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” Florida church banned from worshipping And finally, Coastal Family Church in Flagler Beach, Florida, is pushing back against a Seventh Judicial Circuit Court judge's temporary injunction issued last Thursday, which bans it from holding worship services in a unit they purchased in a strip mall where property covenants prohibit large gatherings, reports The Christian Post. Y Quynh Bdap, the co-founder of Montagnards Stand for Justice, faces a 10-year sentence in Vietnam for alleged anti-Communist activities.   International Christian Concern noted, “If extradited to Vietnam, he will likely face torture, violence, and imprisonment. … This will set a dangerous precedent for the thousands of other Christian refugees in Thailand who could also be extradited to their home country, where they fled persecution.” According to Open Doors, Vietnam is the 47th most dangerous country worldwide for Christians. Flooding and landslides in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Thailand Monsoon rains brought catastrophic flooding and landslides to Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Thailand last week. The death toll has surpassed 1,300, and nearly a thousand people are missing. The National Christian Evangelical Alliance of Sri Lanka is distributing emergency aid to pastors and Christian workers in the country. The group said the flooding has been “displacing families and severely impacting pastors, Christian workers, and churches.” Trump pauses immigration from Third World countries In the United States, President Donald Trump announced last Thursday his administration will “permanently pause” migration from Third World countries.  This came a day after an Afghan national shot two National Guard members with a  357 revolver in Washington, D.C. near the White House. U.S. Army Specialist Sarah Beckstrom, aged 20, died the next day. U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Andrew Wolf remains in serious condition. However, doctors report that he was able to give a thumbs-up sign when prompted and he wiggled his toes on command as well. Brigadier General Leland Blanchard spoke at a press conference. BLANCHARD: “Their families' lives are all changed forever because one person decided to do this horrific and evil thing.” Officials charged the 29-year-old Afghan national, Rahmanullah Lakanwal, with first-degree murder yesterday. The Afghan man drove cross country, from his home in Washington State, to carry out the targeted attack. He had immigrated to the United States in 2021 under a Biden era program evacuating Afghan refugees during the chaotic withdrawal of U.S. forces. Both of them truly embody the profound words spoken by Jesus Christ in the Gospel. Greater love has no one than this to lay down one's life for one's friends.” (John 15:13) Mass killings are down this year Mass killings in the U.S. are down according to a database maintained by The Associated Press and USA Today. There have been 17 shooters who killed four or more people in a 24-hour period not including themselves. That's the lowest on record since 2006. Mass killings mostly occur at people's homes and often involve family members.  California officials dropped $70,000 in COVID fines against church Officials in California recently dropped nearly $70,000 in fines against a church and Christian school. The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health targeted Calvary Chapel San Jose and its affiliated Calvary Christian Academy during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Joel Oster with Advocates for Faith & Freedom said, “This is a complete victory, not only for Calvary Christian Academy, but for every church and Christian school in California. The State tried to use [the Occupational Safety and Health Administration] as a weapon to intimidate a religious institution. They failed. And they were forced to walk away from their own claims.” Should pro-life ministry be compelled to reveal names of donors? The U.S. Supreme Court heard a case yesterday involving a pro-life ministry in New Jersey. The case began in 2023 when the state targeted First Choice Women's Resource Centers with a subpoena, demanding the names of its donors.  Reuters reports that the justices appeared favorable to the pro-life ministry. William Haun with The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty said, “The Court should make clear that state bureaucrats cannot exploit their power to intimidate ministries or chill the faith commitments that guide their work.” Isaiah 10:1-2 says, “Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, who write misfortune, which they have prescribed to rob the needy of justice, and to take what is right from the poor of My people, that widows may be their prey, and that they may rob the fatherless.” The “Naughty and Nice List” of U.S. retailers And finally, AUDIO: “He's making a list and checking it twice. He's going to find out who's naughty or nice.” Liberty Counsel released its latest “Naughty and Nice List” last month. The list catalogs retailers that are censoring Christmas and ones that are publicly celebrating it. Companies that celebrate Christmas include Costco, Lowe's, and Walmart. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Kevin Swanson Nigerian Governor denies Christian genocide Just days after Nigerian Nasarawa State Governor Abdullahi Sule publicly denied the existence of religious persecution or Christian genocide in Nigeria, about 50 Fulani Muslim gunmen launched a deadly midnight assault on a Christian community in the state.   Three individuals were murdered and others were critically wounded in the massacre.   In protest, hundreds of youths from the community displayed the dead bodies of the victims and blocked traffic until the military showed up to disperse them.  They were protesting the persistent invasions and kidnappings, in hopes of some government intervention. According to Open Doors, Nigeria is the seventh most dangerous country worldwide for Christians. Sudanese civil war claims 70,000 civilian lives The ongoing civil war in Sudan, Africa is bringing untold losses to human life. Approximately, 70,000 civilians were killed in the last year, and the same number the year before. A paramilitary group, known as the “Rapid Support Forces,” is killing civilians with darker skin in the ethnic purge — and then burying the bodies in mass graves, reports Al Jazeera. America invested twice as much in Africa as China did The BBC reports that the U.S. has overtaken China as Africa's biggest investor for the first time since 2012. America invested $7.8 billion in 2023, compared to China's $4 billion. America absent from U.N. Climate Change Conference The 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference kicked off yesterday in Belém, Brazil. Notably, the U.S. federal delegation is absent, reports The Hill.com. 7 Democrats, 1 Independent join GOP to end gov't shutdown The U.S. Democrat Party has experienced a seismic split. In an historic development on the national scene, seven Democrat senators and one Independent senator agreed to a compromise with the Republicans in the U.S. Senate to bring the government shutdown to an end, report The Epoch Times. The defectors were Dick Durbin (D-IL), Catherine Masto (D-NV), Jacky Rosen (D-NV), John Fetterman (D-PA), Tim Kaine (D-VA), Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), Maggie Hassan (D-NH), and Angus King (I-ME). The big bone of contention among the Democrats in the shutdown concerned there hope of extending the Obamacare funding of individual and family health insurance.  Health insurers are corrupt and contribute heavily to Democrats Breitbart and American Resolve estimate that health insurers are taking in $1 trillion per year in federal subsidies, thanks to Obamacare. Plus, their stocks are up 1,000% since 2009. These companies contributed five times more funds to the Kamala Harris presidential campaign than they contributed to Donald Trump's campaign. And “Blue Shield of California donated $500,000 and UnitedHealth donated $75,000 to Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom's ballot measure effort, Prop. 50” which could give Democrat and insurance companies five additional seats in Congress. Even more egregious, federal auditors estimate that Medicare Advantage will overbill medical services somewhere in the neighborhood of $1 trillion this decade. Isaiah 1:23 warns of princes who “are rebellious, and companions of thieves. Everyone loves bribes and follows after rewards. They do not defend the fatherless, nor does the cause of the widow come before them.” Tucker Carlson in hot water for Nick Fuentes interview But then, the “conservative right” has their own dumpster fire going after Tucker Carlson interviewed Nick Fuentes. (It was a 2-hour-long interview). Ben Shapiro, the conservative founder of The Daily Wire, referred to Carlson as the “most virulent super-spreader of vile ideas in America.”  Mark Levin layered on another epithet for Carlson, calling the conservative talk show host a “Nazi promoter. " And Republican Senator Ted Cruz of Texas called the Fuentes interview “cowardly and complicit." Supremes unlikely to affirm Trump's tariffs According to the SCOTUS BLOG, the U.S. Supreme Court appears doubtful as to the constitutionality of the Trump tariffs.   Both Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Neil Gorsuch appeared skeptical in the oral arguments which took place last Wednesday.  Supreme Court will not reverse homosexual marriage The U.S. Supreme Court will not reverse Obergefell.   The high court issued their decision Monday to let the 2015 decision stand — codifying the legitimization of faux marriage for those living in unnatural relations, men with men, and women with women — here in the United States. The justices rejected an appeal from former Kentucky County Clerk Kim Davis — who had refused to issue marriage licenses to homosexual couples — on the basis of her religious beliefs. A few weeks ago, Justice Amy Barrett admitted her reluctance to oppose the homosexual campaign for same-sex faux marriage because of what she called "very concrete reliance interests,” reports the New York Times. These apparently did not include God's interests. In a speech Justice Samuel Alito gave a few months ago, he called the Obergefell decision a “precedent of the court that is entitled to the respect afforded by the doctrine of stare decisis.”   That's a legal term meaning the policy of following principles laid down in previous judicial decisions. Mat Staver of Liberty Counsel was quite disappointed.  He said, “The majority of Supreme Court Justices know Obergefell is wrong, and this case should have been granted review and reversed that unconstitutional opinion. We are committed to overturning Obergefell. Like the abortion issue in Roe v. Wade, the Obergefell opinion has no basis in the U.S. Constitution.” The Prophet Micah issued this lament in Chapter 7:2-4. “The faithful man has perished from the Earth, and there is no one upright among men. They all lie in wait for blood; The best of them is like a brier; The most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge; The day of your watchman and your punishment comes; Now shall be their perplexity.” Household debt shot up by 30% Total U.S. household debt has registered a 30% increase since 2020 — now at $18.5 trillion. And, the U.S. dollar has weakened against major currencies this year by about 10%. That's the worst performance since the Nixon presidency.   Meanwhile, gold has increased about 60% in value this year to date. Average American wedding costs $33,000 And finally, in other economic news, The Knot reveals that the average wedding now costs $33,000. And couples who invite over 140 guests will need to pay $40,000. The price tag is location dependent.  New York weddings run $48,000 while Wyoming weddings average $17,000. To compare, the cost of the average starter home in America this year, by RedFin's metric, is $260,000 with a down payment of $16,900. Finally, during the COVID vax mandate of 2021, New York Governor Kathy Hochul and the State of New York issued a mandate to all health care employers saying that you cannot give or consider any religious accommodation request. In other words, all health care workers had to get the COVID vaccine. Mat indicated that this overrides Title VII, the federal law that says there's no discrimination on account of religion in the workplace.

Charlie Kirk, 31, promoter of conservative politics and founder of Turning Point USA, was assassinated yesterday as he was struck by a single bullet while speaking on the campus of Utah Valley University. At the time of this broadcast, it was reported that images of the shooter had been released as the manhunt was still underway. Mat began by reminding listeners that this killing took place, not because of anything Charlie did to anyone, but because of his views. Since that time we've been hearing more and more about Islamic proliferation around the nation, all centering around the lie that Islam is a religion of peace, which Usama debunks. Usama also addressed the following: Muslims that see the Charlie Kirk assassination as a victory. Mayor Eric Adams of New York City wants to give Mohammed's birthday holiday status. A 10 million dollar mega-mosque planned for the Bronx. Some Houston businesses warned to stop selling products that Allah hates.

The Minnesota trans-identifying shooter is part of a dangerous trend of psychosis among those pumped with chemical castration drugs. Conservatives must use this opportunity to ban all forms of castration, not just for children but for adults as well. At the same time, we must remember that transgenderism flows directly from Obergefell and the false concept of a same-sex marriage. This comes after a string of attacks on Christian buildings in the Southeast Asian country.  The Conference of Indonesian Catholic Bishops said, “Any act of intimidation, violence, or unilateral restriction of religious activities violates the law and undermines the fundamental values of life together as citizens of the same nation.” Indonesia is not currently on the Open Doors' World Watch List of the most difficult countries to be a Christian. However, it has appeared on that list in previous years. Anglican Church of Nigeria horrified by lesbian bishop in Wales The Anglican Church of Nigeria cut ties with the Anglican Church of Wales over its election of an openly lesbian archbishop named Cherry Vann who is in a sexual relationship with Wendy Diamond. Rev. Henry Ndukuba leads the Anglican Church in Nigeria. He said, “The Church of Nigeria believes that this moment calls for prayer for the Church of Wales, hoping that the Church of England will not follow in her steps. We should hold them in our prayers with a clear message that hope lies only in true repentance and godliness.” To its credit, The Anglican Church of Nigeria previously severed ties with the Episcopal Church in the United States over a similar situation.  2 Timothy 4:3-4 warns, “For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths.” British pro-lifer targeted a third time for praying outside abortion mill Police in the United Kingdom are investigating a woman for praying outside an abortion mill. It's the third time police have gone after Isabel Vaughan-Spruce, Director of the March for Life UK, over her silent prayers. West Midlands Police previously arrested her twice. Vaughan-Spruce won a settlement over the wrongful arrests worth about $17,500. However, officials continue to target her. Jeremiah Igunnubole, legal counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom International, said, “We will continue to robustly challenge this unjust censorship, and support Isabel's right to think and believe freely.” Could Supreme Court overturn homosexual marriage ruling? Hodges opinion because it threatens the religious liberty of Americans who believe that marriage is a sacred union between one man and one woman.” U.S. debt hits $37 trillion The U.S. national debt hit $37 trillion for the first time, according to a Tuesday report from the Treasury Department. The national debt is projected to reach 99% of the U.S. Gross Domestic Product this year which is the measure of the total economic activity within a country. The Peter G. Peterson Foundation noted that the debt amounts to $280,000 per household in America and is growing at over five billion dollars per day. Fewer Americans drink alcohol A survey from Gallup found that the percentage of Americans who use alcoholic beverages fell to a record low of 54 percent. Young adults are even less likely to drink alcohol at 50 percent.  And for the first time, over 50 percent of U.S. adults say drinking one or two alcoholic drinks a day is bad for one's health. That number is up from 28 percent in 2015. Young adults are even more likely to say drinking is bad for their health at 66 percent.
