Welcome to this week's episode of the Maeve Ferguson Podcast.  In this episode, we'll be diving into the highlights and insights from the recent luxury VIP retreat in Galgorm, Northern Ireland. The breakthroughs and energy at the retreat were incredible, with guest experts from around the world sharing their brilliance. Today, I'll be sharing some key takeaways from each guest speaker session that can help you build and scale your evergreen coaching business. Coach Kasia, the mindset coach in the Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy, started the retreat by emphasizing the power of intention. She provided a stunning audio session to set the right intention for success. One concept that particularly resonated was the idea of single tasking. As someone who typically juggles multiple tasks simultaneously, the realization of focusing on one thing at a time was a moment of clarity. Kasia also discussed mindful eating, highlighting the importance of being present and grounded while nourishing ourselves. Additionally, she emphasized the significance of daily intention setting and scripting to shape the life we desire. Monika Mueller, an expert in personal style and personal brand elevation, enlightened the audience on how personal style can elevate your personal brand. She shared her journey of helping me feel confident and comfortable in my style, aligning with the message of attracting high-value clients. Monica's insights sparked the question: Are you showing up as your personal brand to attract the clients you desire? Monica will soon be conducting masterclasses in the Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy, providing valuable guidance to clients. Jill Weberding, a copywriter for seven-figure coaches, delivered a compelling session on crafting persuasive copy. Instead of trying to sell something that doesn't resonate with your audience, she stressed the importance of providing what they want while also offering what they truly need. Jill's expertise was highly regarded, leading her to join Team Ferguson as a Copy Coach in the Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy. Her ability to transform sales pages, email follow-ups, and workshop decks is sparking some serious excitement in the Academy community! Felicia Ansah, a vibrant and energetic expert, shared her insights on using Facebook Lives to fill sales funnels. Her session resonated strongly with our retreat VIPs, highlighting the infectious nature of energy and connection. When utilizing her methodology, injecting energy into your interactions helps build know, like, and trust, leading to increased sales. Felicia will be conducting a masterclass on Facebook Live inside the Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy, providing valuable strategies to enhance client connections. Christine Amerman, an exceptional business coach of mine, provided guidance on utilising podcasts as a growth tool without a transactional approach. Instead, the focus is on building relationships and facilitating transformations. Christine's mastery of podcast guesting has helped me secure appearances on prominent shows, and she'll be sharing her strategies in an upcoming masterclass within the Academy. Nicole Janton, an extraordinary talent in releasing emotional blocks, joined the retreat after working with me on overcoming internal obstacles. Her expertise showcased the importance of ongoing personal growth, regardless of one's life experiences. Nicole's guidance and emotional healing led me calm, peace, and ease within my business, transitioning from constant 'doing' to a state of flow. Jess, our in house sales coach within the Evergreen Lifestyle Business Academy, provided additional brilliance to the retreat with her training on energy in sales. By aligning energetically and setting intentions for sales calls, success becomes inevitable. Jess's session empowered attendees with powerful sales scripts and strategies, equipping them for success. Let our Guest Speakers that you heard about them on The Maeve Ferguson Podcast! This is part 2 of Nicole's story. The part 1 episode really lays the groundwork and paints a good picture of how Nicole got to this point in her life and marriage.  At this point in Nicole's journey, things have gotten pretty tough for her. At first, she fell head over heels for her husband because he was showering her with love and affection – that's what they call love bombing. But after they tied the knot and had a baby, that love bombing stopped cold. What Nicole faced next was a harsh reality of constant narcissistic abuse, which really took a toll on her emotionally. And if that wasn't enough, her husband Chris cut her off from her family and friends, making her feel even more trapped. And now that Nicole was cornered and isolated and too busy with raising her 2 children and a very demanding, well paying job; too busy that she did not even have time to question anything her husband was doing. Until the signs that something was completely wrong started staring her in the face.-------------------------------These are all the ways you can get in touch with Nicole:Connect with the Community: https://www.tacosfallapart.com/contact/contact-mommaMental Health Resources: https://www.tacosfallapart.com/mental-health-resourcesEven Tacos Fall Apart Podcast Episodes: https://www.tacosfallapart.com/podcast-live-show/podcast-guestsShe's on all socials as MommaFoxFire:http://twitch.tv/mommafoxfirehttps://twitter.com/mommafoxfirehttps://www.tiktok.com/@mommafoxfirehttps://www.youtube.com/mommafoxfirehttp://instagram.com/mommafoxfire/https://www.facebook.com/MommaFoxFireWebsite: www.AmericanDivorceStories.comWant to share your story? Nicole's passion for eliminating gender expectations and redefining “Woman's Work” is both what keeps her up at night, and what gets her up in the morning. Well that, and an abundant amount of coffee. An in-demand speaker, leadership strategist, respected coach, and host of the “This Is Woman's Work” Podcast, her stalker- like obsession with confidence sets her apart from the constant stream of experts telling us to BE confident. She actually  tells how you build it, and gives actionable tools – not just stories – to BECOME confident. A fugitive of the C-suite at a Fortune 100 company, she has coached hundreds of women in business, which has given her insight as to what – structurally, systemically and socially – is and isn't serving women and leaders within an organization. Maintaining some semblance of sanity in her different roles of wife, mother, and business owner successfully is an ongoing  challenge… in whatever free time she has, she enjoys reading and wine guzzling, is an avid cheese enthusiast,  a hotel snob, and a reluctant peloton rider. MEMORABLE MOMENTS:“The number one confidence builder is action, action builds confidence.”“Mistakes, fear, doubt, loss, any of those sort of, we equate with negative emotions, all of those things actually build confidence if you choose it, if you let it.”“Give yourself grace on the journey…the way we communicate with ourselves, the things we say to ourselves, in our own mind, really matter as it relates to confidence. So what I would encourage you to do when I say giving yourself grace is talk to yourself, like someone you love.”“Confidence is a choice first, and then the feeling catches up. So we've heard the expression fake it to make it. I have replaced that with choose it until you become it.”“No one or nothing is holding on to your confidence waiting to give it to you. The way we build confidence is internally. So I would invite you to think about how you build trust with other people or how they build trust with you. If you can turn that back on yourself, that's probably a really good insight into how you would build trust with yourself.” Connect with Nicole:⭐ Connect on Instagram @nicolemkalil⭐ https://nicolekalil.com/⭐ LinkdIn - Nicole KalilNicole's Book:⭐ Validation Is For Parking: How Women Can Beat the Confidence Con – OUT NOW! Connect with Allison:⭐ Connect on Instagram @allisonwalsh⭐ JOIN OUR FREE COMMUNITY: https://www.facebook.com/groups/shebelievedshecouldcommunity⭐ Check out book recommendations from the show here⭐  JOIN the 12 week #CrushyourGoals challenge group today by clicking this link.  Use code goals50⭐ LEARN MORE about THINKIFIC COMMUNITIES here

We talk about bringing a level of awareness to our relationships with our kids, to the approaches that we take with them that allow us to have a deeper, respectful, connected relationship so they can grow into the people they are meant to be in this world. You will find that this actually involves us as adults doing a lot more work on ourselves: with our ego, reactivity, unconditional love, reflection, and presence than it is with our kids. Our children will be okay if we are okay.  Ellen Gottlieb is an attorney and certified Conscious Parenting Coach. She coaches parents and individuals, teaching them how to live a more mindful, joyful life. Ellen recently published her new book called “How to Raise a Parent: Becoming A Conscious Parent In An Unconscious World.” She has been successfully guiding parents as she teaches them to shed their entrenched patterns and create deeper connections with their children, which fosters self-confidence and reduces anxiety. In this first episode of Insights, we’re exploring some of the biggest issues we face in today’s workplace with Emplify CEO and Co-founder Santiago Jaramillo (@santiagojara).    First, how do you understand what your people actually need? And second, why should the CEO care? It all begins with the employee experience and understanding where that story starts.  In this episode, you’ll hear from Roberta Matuson, (@Matuson), President of Matuson Consulting, a former human resources (HR) director who now runs her own firm.  Roberta stresses that HR can no longer be an afterthought - if a CEO wants to create a people-first organization then they have to invite HR to the table. [And the seat can’t just be CEO-mandated, it has to be CEO-supported.] How can a CEO empower a team to be more strategic when thinking about the HR role? How does the HR team then, in tandem, support the company goals?  Find out on this week’s episode of Insights, a series by Emplify. This week on #Insights, we’re diving into employee engagement - how it’s evolved [especially in the past couple of years] and how this evolution has impacted the relationship between human resources leaders and the C-Suite.  Listen in as Emplify CEO and Co-founder Santiago Jaramillo (@santiagojara) takes us on a journey into the past - because before we can talk about where things are today, we need to understand where we’ve been.  Data from workplace review sites such as GlassDoor now tell us that the first six reasons people leave [or stay] at companies have nothing to do with compensation and benefits. Surprising, right? Or is it? You’ll hear Santiago discuss company purpose - and how you can create systems and cultures to engage the full heart and mind of a person. Yes, it’s important to hit company goals and objectives, but it’s equally as important to provide employees new and increased opportunities to grow.  Also featured is Eric Christopher, CEO, and Founder, and Julie Barker, VP of Talent at SaaS company Zylo, who early on aligned together to establish a culture with values in mind. You’ll also hear the duo’s advice on how to foster trust between HR leaders and CEOs.  How can a CEO create organizations that are sustainable, profitable endeavors while also delivering meaning and fulfillment to the people who are giving so much time and energy? How can we help our employees find purpose and meaning in their work, and engage them as people? This week on #Insights, Santiago Jaramillo (@santiagojara) walks us through how you can define meaning - driven from the top-down - at your organization. The reality is, people find meaning in different ways. For some, it’s working together as a team, for others it could be solving problems or delivering amazing customer service.  Listen in as Santiago discusses the five sources of meaning and how you can bring in the right type of people who value it.  You’ll also hear about employee engagement from Craig Anderson, owner of Craig P. Anderson and Associates, and Jennifer Hodnett, VP of Human Resources at Nolan Transportation Company. The bottom line is, engagement starts with leaders. If the CEO isn’t part of these efforts and initiatives, it simply won’t work.  Imagine saving your company $100,000 just by reducing turnover. Craig tells us his story when it comes to ROI and investing in engagement, and Jennifer discusses how working closely together with her C-suite through the business lens can create win-win outcomes.
