Send us Fan MailWhat happens when the body suddenly stops cooperating with the life you've carefully built? In this conversation, we explore a woman's journey from artist to patient advocate, the lessons learned while living with epilepsy, the importance of caring for and listening to our bodies, and what it means to seek care in a health system focused on profit.Today's guest, Holly Eckert, grew up in a small mountain town in Idaho and discovered her love for dance in childhood. Healthy, strong, and thriving into her mid-thirties, Holly's life took an unexpected turn when she began experiencing uncontrollable seizures. Epilepsy quickly disrupted everything she thought she knew about her body, her future, and the healthcare system she depended on for answers. What followed was not only a search for healing but also a deep investigation into the strengths and shortcomings of modern medicine in the United States. Determined to share what she learned, Holly transformed her experience into a powerful memoir, SEIZED: Searching for Health in the United States. This was one of the most beautiful conversations I've had so far, in 3 years of podcasting. Send us Fan MailThere comes a moment in many people's healing journey when they realize that wellness is not only about fixing symptoms… but about remembering who we truly are beneath the noise, the conditioning, and the disconnection from ourselves and from nature. In this conversation, we explore what it means to “rewild” ourselves from the inside out, how disconnection from nature mirrors disconnection from self, and why healing may be less about becoming someone new… and more about returning home to who we've always been.Today's guest, Holly Copeland, has devoted her life to guiding people back to that remembrance. She is the creator of the Inner Rewilding process — a beautiful integration of science, spirituality, somatic healing, and deep connection with the natural world. A former ecologist turned healing practitioner, she now helps spiritual seekers, visionaries, and earth-conscious leaders reconnect with what she calls the “wild intelligence” within.Rooted in modern non-dual awareness and the wisdom of the body, Holly's work weaves together frequency, ceremony, meditation, breathwork, subtle energy healing, and presence to create profound spaces for healing and transformation.Holly also shares insights from her newly released book, Inner Rewilding: A Scientist's Journey into Being. This episode is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and remember the wisdom already living within you.CONNECT WITH HOLLY: Website: https://www.hollycopeland.coInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/rewildingholly/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/hollyerincopeland/Book: Inner Rewilding: A Scientist's Journey into Being.Download my FREE eBook: A Weekend of Feeling GreatSchedule a FREE Discovery call Sign up for my free weekly newsletter: HEREBuy my book Living Your Best Life in CollegeTake the 2-minute Wellness QuizIf you enjoyed this episode, please FOLLOW, RATE, REVIEW & SHARE!! Rates and reviews help the message get to more people! Send us a textWhat happens when two souls reconnect after four decades apart? In this heartfelt episode, I sit down with Pam Yudko – who was once my camp counselor when I was just six years old, and is now a nationally recognized transformational coach with over 20 years of experience helping people break free from limiting beliefs. Our conversation, recorded live at my Heart Conscious Creators event in Los Angeles, explores the profound power of acknowledgment in healing relationships. Pam shares with remarkable vulnerability how she discovered layers of judgment she was still holding toward her husband of 21 years, despite thinking she had "done the work" already. The breakthrough came during a simple hike when he finally acknowledged her feelings about not feeling safe – that simple "I hear you, I'm sorry" transformed their entire relationship. What makes this discussion so powerful is Pam's willingness to examine how our earliest emotional needs continue shaping our adult relationships. She identifies safety as her primary need – above love and belonging – which explains why her defenses activate so quickly when she doesn't feel secure. Through a recent conflict with her husband, she reveals how his response of love rather than matching anger allowed her to access feelings she'd been protecting herself from – particularly the pain of disappointing someone she loves. This episode offers a masterclass in relationship healing through its raw authenticity. We acknowledge that spiritual and emotional growth isn't a one-time achievement but an ongoing process. As I share during our talk, "We don't graduate from our spiritual curriculum here on Earth." Each challenge presents an opportunity to either fall back into old patterns or expand our spiritual vessel enough to shift into a new destiny.Join us for this deeply moving conversation about breaking circuits, removing protective walls, and finding the courage to feel everything – even the emotions we've spent a lifetime avoiding. Have you ever felt confused or overwhelmed trying to make sense of the Bible, as if you walked into a movie halfway through and missed the bigger picture? In this episode of Seek Go Create, host Tim Winders shares the eye-opening story of his personal journey to understand the Bible as a cohesive narrative, not just a collection of isolated verses. Discover why the chapters aren't in chronological order, the pitfalls of pulling scripture out of context, and how seeing the Bible as a story can shift your entire perspective. If you're ready to rethink how you read the Bible and want practical insight into making it all make sense, this episode is for you."Taking personal responsibility for getting to know and understand the Bible yourself is crucial—don't just take someone else's word for it." - Tim Winders Access all show and episode resources HEREReasons to Listen: Discover the Story Behind the Bible - Learn why reading the Bible as a story—with a beginning, middle, and end—can totally change your understanding, especially since most of us have been taught to read it out of order.Challenge Your Preconceptions - Hear why unlearning old beliefs, questioning popular interpretations, and digging into the context for yourself might lead to “aha” moments you never expected.Unlock Hidden Context & Clarity - Find out how reading the Bible chronologically and understanding the original audience and timelines can help clear up confusion and contradictions that many struggle with.Key Lessons:The Bible Is a Story, Not Just a Collection of Quotes or Rules - Many people approach the Bible as a manual or a series of isolated verses, but understanding it as a continuous, interconnected story with a beginning, middle, and end gives everything deeper meaning and context.Context and Chronological Order Matter - The books and chapters of the Bible aren't arranged in the order the events actually happened, which can cause confusion. Reading the Bible chronologically—especially the Old Testament—helps the bigger story fall into place and prevents misinterpretation.Personal Responsibility in Understanding - It's easy to rely on pastors, preachers, or tradition to explain scripture, but it's our responsibility to study and wrestle with the Bible ourselves. Taking the time for personal study and reflection, even alone, is crucial for genuine understanding.Misusing Scripture Leads to Confusion and Contradiction - Pulling verses out of context or order can cause us to twist their meaning and fuel confusion or even division. When we read the Bible as a narrative and understand its historical and cultural backdrop, seeming contradictions usually disappear. The Central Theme: God's Kingdom and Restoration - Rather than focusing solely on “getting to heaven,” the overarching theme of the Bible is about God establishing, losing, and restoring His kingdom—bringing humanity back into relationship with Him.Episode Highlights:00:00 Introduction: Understanding the Bible as a Story00:33 Personal Journey: Unlearning and Relearning02:28 The Matrix Analogy: Seeing Beyond the Surface03:44 The Bible as a Chronological Story06:02 The Importance of Personal Study08:43 Challenges of Reading the Bible Out of Order21:41 The Kingdom of God: Central Theme of the Bible29:27 Conclusion: Embracing the StoryResources for Leaders from Tim Winders & SGC:

Hello friend!  On this episode, we talk more about not giving up on pursuing your God-given dreams. Episode 26 was part 1 of this series and today's episode is part 2.  I uncover another common idea that factors into people giving up on their God-given dreams and that's a perceived lack of skill set. I provide an alarming data point for the percentage of people who struggle with this and never pursue their God-given dream.  I reveal what these perceived lack of skill sets are and how they are hindering people from being all God has called them to be. Ultimately they are lies from the enemy- trying to stop you from blessing others with your gifts and glorifying God.  I also share 3 Biblical characters who also questioned their abilities to fulfill what God was calling them to do. However, there was 1 common denominator in all of these stories of grace and God's love for us! It's good news for you friend.  I pray this episode blesses you!  In Him-  Andrea    To sign up for the Kingdom Roadmap launch email: bit.ly/kingdomroadmap To set up a FREE Discovery call or to work with me, email me at:  womenmadefree@gmail.com Follow along on instagram: @andreamarie.co

India has always birthed at home. Women birthed at home as a culture. Today, women are going back to their roots out of the lucrative outcome of health, easier labor and comfortable birth. Not just India, women birthed at home across the world, as homo sapiens, this was the primal instinct. Yes, women died in birth and babies died too. They die in hospitals today as well not because of someone's fault or lack of medical support. Things happen beyond the understanding of medicine, science and more. Birth and Death both fall in the same category. If you look at it from the place of nature, we are open to being surprised by nature when it comes to plants and animals becuase we are detached but we shrink ourselves in our wisdom, intellect and logic because of the fear of not being able to control death in birth that we have compromised the health of both mothers and babies to avoid a rare event like death. What is worse - living with substandard health by being exposed to drugs and medicines as we begin life or aim for a healthier entry into life and motherhood and accept that death if that is to happen , it will by the rules of that one power no matter where we birth. So should we aim for a drugged birth and compromised postpartum for women and babies or aim for the highest experience of birth and surrender to God what is not in our control. Might seem so religious , so irresponsible , so irrational. But think about it all wisdom to humankind always came through God or nature and all that we have lost in our civilised world is by holding control over nature and  assuming power over it that we are suffering the outcomes of climate , living, food and water. What is left?Komal went through an internal journey to finally arrive at her decision to birth at home and her experience speaks for itselfTune in now!Komal is a Prenatal Postnatal yoga instructor who teaches both in person and virtually and has been serving places in and around Delhi for over 7 yrs now!Support the showSign up for Traverse the Labor Land and Own your birth programs! visit www.birthagni.com/contactusSupport the show: If you like what you hear, leave us a rating on Spotify app and answer the question at each episode! a review on Apple podcasts. I just feel like so many are conforming to the world, and I know that is not true freedom.  I want freedom for all of you!  I talk about what living in the world versus living for Christ is like and how both affect how you live out your daily life. There is a difference, and God's word is very clear on how we are to live.  God has given you good gifts to use here on earth and now is the time to be using them to bless others and glorify Him. We are in an Esther moment and my prayer is that you choose to walk in obedience to your calling, regardless of what the world says.  I pray this episode fires you up and causes you to reflect on how you are living and where Christ wants you to go. Hi friends!  So many times in life have involved waiting. Waiting on God to answer a prayer- whether yes or no. Waiting on healing, waiting on a painful situation to get better, waiting on finances to get better, marriage to get better, waiting on a health diagnosis and so much more. Have you been here? Is there something in your life you are waiting on right now?  When it comes to our Kingdom Calling, we may be waiting on what the Lord has for us now or what the Lord wants us to step into. We aren't sure what the next step is or looks like. And while we're waiting, we tend to isolate ourselves and lose hope and welcome in feelings of fear and anxiety.  I don't want that for you friends! Waiting can be so much more. I often say waiting is where the growth and development of relationship with God happens the most! If we'll choose to abide in Him during the wait, we can have a much different experience while waiting.  I give you some practical things you can do while waiting to encourage you to seek Him and grow in your relationship with God while you are waiting.  I pray this episode is an encouragement to you!  Blessings- Andrea    Sign up for the Newsletter for weekly encouragement bit.ly/launching2024 To set up a FREE Discovery call or to work with me, email me at:  womenmadefree@gmail.com Follow along on instagram: @andreamarie.co To grab my Kingdom Clarity FREEBIE: bit.ly/kingdomclarity

Hi friend!  Today's episode is a little different. The Lord placed it on my heart to teach from Hebrews 3 today.  So we dive into the text of Hebrews 3 and I talk about the warning the author gives to the Jewish Christians at the time about obedience and unbelief. God desires our obedience. And we choose to walk in obedience with Him as an overflow of our love for Him.  I read through the text and break down each part of it so that you understand the context and what we are to learn from it. It's important that we are women of the Word. If we're going to be walking in our Kingdom Calling with God, then it's important that we know His word, are spending time in it and seeking out His will.  I pray this episode is edifying for you and that it equips you on your faith walk!  Blessings-  Andrea  To set up a FREE Discovery call or to work with me, email me at:  womenmadefree@gmail.com Follow along on instagram: @andreamarie.co Get the FREE Newsletter:  bit.ly/launching2024 To grab my Kingdom Clarity FREEBIE: bit.ly/kingdomclarity
