Have you ever had that moment where you're hustling hard, income is flowing, business is booming… yet deep down you still don't feel financially free? In this episode of The Happy Hustle Podcast, I'm breaking down the simple, powerful financial freedom formula that finally helped me understand what true abundance actually looks like and how to calculate it without stress, confusion, or overwhelm. This episode isn't about hype, Lambos, or flexing revenue screenshots. It's about learning the exact numbers used by some of the world's smartest investors and high-performance entrepreneurs — numbers that I personally learned from my buddy Joey Klein, who studies under Justin Donald, founder of The Lifestyle Investor and one of the most intentional wealth creators I know. These numbers aren't theory. They're real, proven, and used by people who have actually achieved total financial liberation.Once I wrapped my head around these three numbers, my relationship with money shifted instantly. They gave me clarity, confidence, and the ability to actually feel financially safe, not just “hope” everything would be fine as long as I out-earned my expenses. The first big lesson? Most people have no idea what their life actually costs. In fact, research shows that 74% of Americans have no long-term financial plan, and over half don't even know what they spend each month. No wonder so many entrepreneurs feel stressed, stuck, or burned out. When you don't know your numbers, anxiety fills the gap.But when you do know them?Game. Changer. In this episode, I break down the three numbers that matter most, your Core Necessities Number, your Lifestyle Burn Number, and your Aspirational Number. Each one gives you a clearer picture of what you truly need, what you currently live on, and what your dream reality actually costs. And more importantly, it gives you a target for how much passive income you'll eventually need to create real financial freedom. Here are a few key takeaways from the episode:Your Core Necessities Number is your safety baseline. It's the bare minimum you need to live without stress. Once passive income covers this number, you become financially safe — and that feeling alone can change everything.Your Lifestyle Burn Number defines financial freedom. This is what your life actually costs when you're being honest. When passive income covers this number, you are financially free — meaning you no longer need to work to maintain your lifestyle.Your Aspirational Number fuels your vision. This is the fun one — your dream-life budget. Travel, investments, giving, adventures, upgrades… whatever makes you light up. Knowing this number helps you build a life you're excited about, not just a life you can afford.Financial freedom is a math problem, not a mystery. When your passive income exceeds your Lifestyle Burn Number, you're free. Period. It's simple, empowering, and achievable — but only if you know where you're aiming.True wealth is the combination of time freedom, creative freedom, and financial freedom.Money isn't the goal. Money is the tool. Freedom is the goal.My hope is that this episode helps you step out of financial fog and into financial clarity — so you can stop guessing, stop stressing, and start building real wealth with intention. If you're ready to calculate your three numbers, shift your mindset around money, and design a financially aligned life that supports your purpose, your peace, and your Happy Hustle… you've got to check out this episode.Connect with Cary!https://www.instagram.com/caryjack/https://www.facebook.com/SirCaryJackhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/cary-jack-kendzior/https://twitter.com/thehappyhustlehttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFDNsD59tLxv2JfEuSsNMOQ/featured Get a free copy of his new book, The Happy Hustle, 10 Alignments to Avoid Burnout & Achieve Blissful Balance https://www.thehappyhustle.com/bookSign up for The Journey: 10 Days To Become a Happy Hustler Online Coursehttps://thehappyhustle.com/thejourney/Apply to the Montana Mastermind Epic Camping Adventurehttps://thehappyhustle.com/mastermind/“It's time to Happy Hustle, a blissfully balanced life you love, full of passion, purpose, and positive impact!”Episode Sponsors:If you're feeling stressed, not sleeping great, or your energy's been kinda meh lately—let me put you on to something that's been a total game-changer for me: Magnesium Breakthrough by BiOptimizers. When the gospel is preached and believed it transforms lives and births the church of Jesus Christ! Preached 10/26/25 Pastor Damian Tibbs
In this stirring and deeply encouraging Advent message, Pastor Karl launches the new series The King Has Come with a powerful exploration of the first great gift Jesus brings: hope.Turning to Luke 2 and the quiet, largely forgotten figures of Simeon and Anna, Pastor Karl paints a vivid picture of two elderly saints who spent decades waiting in faithful obscurity—praying unanswered prayers, worshiping through silence, and serving without recognition. Yet the moment a 40-day-old baby was carried into the temple, their Spirit-illuminated eyes saw what the crowds missed: the long-promised Messiah, the Consolation of Israel, the Redemption of Jerusalem.Through their story, Pastor Karl reveals that biblical hope is not wishful thinking; it is the confident, unshakable expectation of future good rooted in the unchanging character and faithfulness of God. Hope grows in the hidden soil of daily faithfulness, thrives when God chooses to work in silence, and celebrates the tiny seed because it already trusts the coming harvest. Simeon and Anna never saw Jesus preach, heal, or rise from the dead—yet they held the infant King and departed in peace, because they knew who He was long before they saw what He would do.A tender yet convicting word for everyone who has waited a long time and is still waiting, prayed a long time and is still praying, and hoped a long time and is still hoping. In a season that can feel rushed and noisy, this message calls us to slow down, stay faithful, and train our eyes to recognize the presence of the King—even when He shows up wrapped in the ordinary, the small, and the seemingly insignificant.Because the King has come, hope is not dead. It is alive, resilient, and bubbling up in every heart that keeps showing up and keeps looking for Jesus. Essential listening for anyone who needs fresh hope this Christmas.Watch all our sermons on our youtube channel "Flipside Christian Church"Join us in person 9:00am & 10:30am every Sunday morning.37193 Ave 12 #3h, Madera, CA 93636For more visit us at flipside.churchFor more podcasts visit flipsidepodcasts.transistor.fm

Most Catholic men talk about trusting God, but very few surrender the one area that reveals the truth: their generosity. In this episode, Jacob Cokely joins me to confront a battlefield most men avoid. His new book, Kingdom Generosity: Discovering the Secret to the Abundant Life, calls men out of comfort, out of passive belief, and into the dangerous, countercultural obedience that Jesus demands.Jacob shares how God confronted him twelve years ago and told him to give away everything he had. He only had five hundred dollars to his name. He gave it away. Nothing happened at first. No rewards. No blessings. No instant turnaround. But that step launched a life of radical trust, radical risk, and radical freedom. Jacob shows how generosity is far bigger than finances. It is your time, your gifts, your talents, your attention, and your willingness to act when God prompts you. He reminds us that Jesus Himself is the model of generosity as the one who became poor so we could become rich in grace. At the end of the episode, I issue a direct challenge to every man listening: Take one uncomfortable step of generosity this week. Not talk. Not theory. Action. This is spiritual warfare, and the enemy uses fear, scarcity, and self-preservation to keep men small. Break that chain. For men serious about reclaiming their leadership, rebuilding trust in God, and stepping into authentic Catholic manhood, this conversation is essential.Products and Resources Mentioned• Kingdom Generosity by Jacob Cokely (Amazon) • Free 3-Day Devotional — KingdomGenerosity.Podia.comThree Powerful Quotes From the Transcript“God has something for you. Episode 300 is the thirteenth episode of our mini-series on the Tippit murder. David Belin, the celebrated Warren Commission attorney called it the "Rosetta Stone" of the JFK assassination. It may very well be just that...but for other reasons! In this thirteenth episode, we address three topics related to the escape of the assailant from the murder scene. First, the jacket and who actually found it... and what implications that has for the case and for identification of Tippit's killer. Second, The Abundant Life Temple and how this controversial structure fits into the story tell... and what it might really have been on that day in Dallas. Finally, we address Bernard Haire the witness who, along with Butch Burroughs, saw a second arrest take place at the Texas theatre. Yes…there is a grave possibility that the true "Rosetta Stone" of November 22nd, 1963, might just lie in the quiet Dallas suburb of Oak Cliff, waiting for us to finally put the pieces together. This is a wander I've created especially for you…and of all the wanders you have taken with me, this may be the most thrilling of all! And don't worry, as the fall winds turn cooler, we will all be vacationing once again, in Mexico…I think you know what I mean by that. But our new wander takes precedent. As usual, you'll experience the event with ear popping detail, as you listen up to what really happened. So stay tuned, and keep an eye out for what I think may be one of the best miniseries that we've done yet. It will be on the airwaves before you know it, and please let your friends in on this one too…folks…you just cant write this stuff…
